There is nobody better when it comes to the Oil Industry. The customer service is top notch and always walking out with a smile on. Just great people always in the building. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Have used them my whole life and that won’t change.

We need more local businesses like LG Jordan Oil. We have used them for numerous years and have nothing but good things to say about their service and their people. They also give back to the community in so many ways. I know first hand they have sponsored local basketball teams and swim teams. They care about their customers and their community.

I strongly suggest everyone not to do business with this company. The worst customer service on the planet.

The customer service at LG Jordan is fantastic. They helped me setup new service and delivered the necessary fuel quickly to get my heat going in the winter as needed. Every contact I made with them was professional and prompt. Specifically, their customer rep Ashtyn went above and beyond to get me taken care of. I will definitely recommend and continue to use for all my fuel needs.

LG Jordan Oil came recommended to me from our RV storage company. I received service beyond my expectations as I called to see if they could fill my RV propane tank. The service provided was reminiscent of a time when customers mattered to local businesses and they valued each customer. It was such a great feeling to know that there are still local businesses that care. They filled my RV with the few gallons I needed, charged a very fair price, and did it all with a smile. We have used Jordan Oil since 2015 and have always had good service. This past week they went above & beyond when they came out last minute after my request to fill our tank, it was snowing & our power was out. I submitted an online request on their website & Amy promptly communicated with us to ensure we had the capacity to support our generator until the weather cleared. They can out the following day while it was still snowing to provide service. We were going on hour 30 w/out power so to refresh our tank while snowing gave our family peace of mind- Thank you & Happy Holidays to the staff at Jordan Oil !!!

Jordan Oil has supplied me with fuel for over 30 years and have exceeded all expectations. If I ever had any issue they were quick to respond and came out immediately to take care of any perceived emergency I thought I might have. They have serviced my home and business without fail and always responded professionally and timely. They are extremely knowledgeable and respond with a team of service professionals that can handle anything thrown their way. I would recommend Jordan Oil Company and have for years to anyone looking quality and service in reference to propane, gas, fuel oil, BBQ equipment, or propane logs.

Very excellent customer service. Prompt return of phone call and when I called back the customer service representative picked right up where the first one left off with no difficulty at all. The installer of the tank was prompt and very courteous. Keep up the good work.

I had originally contacted a different propane company to install a tank at my new house and was told they would be sending someone out. After waiting almost a week, I decided that they were not actively seeking my business and told them to forget it. I then called L.G. Jordan Oil with whom I had done business before. Everyone I dealt with from the office personnel on the phone to the tech who installed the tank was very friendly and helpful. They even buried a line to my gas grill with quick connect couplings for my convenience! Great company and great people.

This company is the best -- Anita is always so helpful and super nice. Their prices are fair and they work quickly and efficiently.

Website indicates in multiple places (text, map, and zip code lookup) that they deliver to Lee County but the lady who answered my call said they dont deliver beyond Moncure, a village that isnt even in Lee County.1-star for false advertising. Will update if and when they update their website to accurately reflect their service area.

I have used Jordan Oil for propane services since 1989. I have always received good service from them, and they have always been a pleasure to deal with. When I have had technical issues with my heaters, or have had new equipment installed, they have been very accommodating and easy to work with.

SCAMMERS if not simply HORRIBLE in every way! Buyer/Customer Beware! A scheduled tank fill turned into an unscheduled inside home visit, without prior notification or authorization. Aside from physically pushing his way into our home, the lady of the house was scared due to the size of the man and is MANDATE that he WILL COME IN! After inside, she rushed to the phone and called me. I got the gentleman on the phone and he was very sarcastic, did not listen to anything we had to say and while expressing my concerns of a stranger working on parts of the home without so much as official identification being presented and be cleared, he BROKE our furnace valve (which was old and fragile and operates differently than newer models). Technician refused to provide signed copies of documents and told us to take it up with the company. A phone call to the company owner resulted in Customer Being Labeled a Liar because the technician of many years would have NEVER done such a thing and that we must have our facts mixed up. Then the owner chuckled at his own response. Furthermore, Mr. Jordan clarifies they have over 3000 Customers so what is one more that if we were unhappy with their company then we should find another. After many years with them with an account in great standing, this is simply amazing!TERRIBLE - at best. Proceed at your own risk.NOTE: we have been without heat for over 3 weeks now while we save up for a 700-1000 dollar repair in which Jordan Oil takes ZERO responsibility.Want simply the facts - all worked before their senior technician arrived. Interesting, huh? I suppose this IS a way to bring in more cash for their business, no?

Called last week to verify service to our address. We were told we were in their service area by a very friendly lady. This week we were told that we were not in their service area(despite their website saying we were in the service area) by a different and very rude lady who hung up on us.
