Another good experience with Mattress Warehouse. This time it is with Lindy in Apex. She is very helpful without any pressure. I told Lindy what feels comfortable for me and she presented the options. As I looked for so long, when I came here she made it easy to choose. Plus the mattress will be delivered tomorrow.

Must see Justin! I read all the reviews and wanted to specially ask for Justin as he has the best reviews for excellent customer service and he did not disappoint! He was patient to allow us to try a ton of beds and ultimately select the one best for us. They also have a bed selection machine that will read your data points to see which beds are best for you.

Lindy and Justin were incredible!! Got a box spring ASAP and they even tied it to my car when it wouldn’t fit in the trunk. They got it done and were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!! Thank you!! 🤩

The store is clean and they are taking precautions (masking, sanitizer available around the store and bed covers while trying out the bed). Were looking forward to getting good rest on our new bed.

There are many mattress stores out there. Was very pleased with the straightforward sales process. Justin did a great job of using a technology tool to narrow down the mattresses that would give us the best sleep, and then we dialed it in by trying each of the different models. There no pressure and no hassles. I call that a flawless experience!

Justin was amazing, great customer service! Im giving 3 stars because delivery was really bad, missi g parts, the base did not work, the delivery guys had little regard for personal property. Also, the other lady that works at the actual mattress store has horrible customer service, if you visit this location definitely ask for Justin, he will take care of you.
