I had always been happy with the store until the recently. I had all my packages redirected there, but Ive now cancelled that due to poor service. The final straw came when an important package was delivered and then sent back the same day before I could get there. I now have to wait until Monday for it to be redelivered, even though I paid extra for a fast delivery. This was time sensitive and is total inconvenient. This was not the first problem

Ive used this store numerous times since Covid hit. I have had nothing but awesome service on every single visit. Ive shipped packages, gotten documents notarized, scanned, printed. Their customer service is excellent and I appreciate them and their great attitudes. Im sure its not easy working with the public like this. I contacted the Corporate office and filled out a recognition nomination - they deserve it!

The store was not yet open when we arrived 9:15 AM. It is more than one hour late than the store hours. Couple people sitting out side waiting. Some people just went back to their car and drove away.

My parents went to this location to have a vehicle title notarized. This UPS store went above and beyond their expectations in every way. The service was extremely fast, friendly, and safe in regards to COVID. My parents had called before going to the store and found the phone service also to be extremely helpful. If we could give this location more stars, we would. A special thank you to Andrew Bazan at this location who was the notary. He was very kind, helpful, and again fast. Awesome place and we will go back for any future needs.

Total incompetence - Don’t trust anything urgent with these guys. Mailed a UPS overnight at this location, watched them put it in the envelope, scan it, etc. And then it never got shipped. They lost it. And then they tried to cover the mistake by sending an empty envelope to the destination a week later... only after calling and complaining. Should be criminal, this behavior.

Terrible service. Because of some problems between the staff, we had to wait for one employee to solve the problem of another when he did not accept the payment correctly. For some reason, he decided that I should wait because another employee made a mistake. Took another client ahead of me without serving me. And as I was leaving, I heard them casually throwing boxes on the floor. I do not recommend this office at all.

I come in this store a few times a week for a notary and occasionally to ship things.While this is a very busy location, I feel like the staff is always friendly and get you in and out in a timely manner.

It’s very important that all UPS customers realize the UPS Store is considered a 3rd party vendor to UPS corp. What this means is if you have insurance claim with UPS Corp underwriter (Crawford) they only pay max $1000. I run small business & ship small expensive items regularly. The insurance underwriter only pays full claim over $1000 if you ship from UPS Corp location or driver, not UPS store. For example, Raleigh NC only has one location that meets this criteria. The UPS Store has no authority, you may as well be shipping from Granny’s shipping center. UPS Store should be required to inform customers shipping insured packages that they are third party vendor & not accept insured packages over $1000.

Poor service. Clerk was unable to do a simple Amazon return. I emailed them the return label to print for 3 items in one box. He couldnt understand that only 1 label was needed and he told me that he didnt know how to access the stores email address to print it. I stood in line for 30+ minutes for nothing. I took it to another ups store nearby and they printed it right away.

I went to send a package there and the store was not at all crowded. The person behind the counter greeted me very nicely. I explained I didnt have any boxes for my package and he told me not to worry and set upon measuring the item I had. He totalled up my purchase and I was out in less than five minutes. It seems that I keep getting lucky with the venues I visit. This is only my experience however! Mind you, the package was a bit pricey for ground delivery, hence the 4 star review. But the personnel were great.

My wife and I have used their services quite a few times and I knew everyone that works there. Every time I go there, I will be very much impressed with their courteous service and professional manner. Being a small business man myself, I knew how difficult it is to please the public. So I just want to thank them (especially at this time of the year during which they have to work at least double to cope up with the packages) and appreciate all they are doing to provide a 5 star service. Keep up the good work. We will always come back with a smile( and also to spend more money, of course) and leave with a 😊.

I went there for the first time, and not impressed. I have a UPS account number that I wanted to use, and they said, I can not use it. Then why are they called the UPS store? They said I need to go to Raleigh to use the UPS account.Running out of time, I decided to pay for the shipment, and then they overcharged me knowing I was shipping to a business, they considered it a resident.I do not recommend. Better places in the area to use.

Old owners were so much better. I paid for my box and they didnt mark it paid. Destroyed or returned all of my mail. Old owners would send notification when mail was received and they didnt send a notification of the change. Now you have to just randomly stop by to see if you have mail. I will be shopping elsewhere.

Brought in a cell phone to be shipped to Amazon with the case attendant at the time gave a receipt and said it will be packaged and shipped later, well Amazon only received the case but no phone and the dispute goes on>>> I believe the ups store employee stole it since i never had a problem with Amazon.. lesson learned ... I wont trust this store to ship anything..

If I could give a zero I would. Walked in wth 2 packages and waited..... And waited. Looked around behind me to see a gentleman wearing a green shirt with a UPS logo on his shirt talking on a cell phone. Either he has so much money and doesnt need the business or doesnt like his boss/the owners or the owner is completely unaware of the lack of attention. I walked out of the store with both packages in hand. Will not go back. Wanted to support a local business but when you have no service or sh!tty service, why bother.

This is a review for the notary service alone.I went in to get some visa documents notarized. The Notary guy there surprised me by saying that the documents cannot be notarized. He said the state of NC law states doesnt allow him to notarize a document that doesnt have a particular notary box!! I was surprised by this and told him i had got same kind of documents notarized by UPS stores before. He refused.I came home and checked Notary law for NC (chapter X?), where nowhere it talks about a special form or Box for notaries signing.I went to another UPS and got them notarized right away without any problems, the same set of forms. Dont know why his guy refused.

Before the holidays I shipped a completely bubble wrapped box. Secured everything. It was apparently received but then 2 days later it was returned because no one was home? When I phoned they said the box was returned. 3 weeks later I received a different box destroyed is to say the least, without bubble wrap, part of the contents gone, all items broken with the exception of an empty blue long wine bottle. How do you explain that one? The store owner refused to reimburse us and then offered to re-ship our items if we got them again. Seriously? I will not recommend this highly incompetent managed store by any means. Unfortunately I will go across town before using this store.

They are a bunch of liars! I had a drone shipped for a Christmas present with plenty of time to get it for Christmas. According to the tracking number, it never left the store. I called multiple times to see where it went and never received a call back. I finally called today and the woman I spoke to said it was packed and left the building according to the tapes. Why didnt the guy scan the package??? And on top of that, according to the woman I spoke to, she said she left me a voicemail next week (which I never received) and the original cashier never placed the value $ amount in the system, when I remember pulling out my receipt and telling her the exact amount! Im never going there again!!

This place is closed earlier than its business hour without notice. Its business hour is until 7pm and I visit at 6pm, but the door is unexpectedly closed. Unprofessional.
