Good burgers! They have gluten free bread for the bun. Their kettle chips are delicious!We went back to try their pizza and they got our order wrong several times. We waited like 40 extra minutes, and they ended up giving it to us for free because it was so long (and the free order was still wrong, haha). The gluten free pizza was just okay, tasted a lot like a cracker. My husband ordered regular pizza but they made it gluten free on accident twice so he didnβt get to try the regular crust. I think itβs so loud in there itβs tough for to them hear unfortunately. The owner was very kind but there was a lot going on! We had no trouble ordering over the phone at lunch time when it was quieter.
I ordered a pepperoni pizza on Friday night (10/29) and waited an hour to pick it up. The sauce was much spicier than usual and the pie itself wasnβt cooked evenly. We had one piece and wound up throwing the rest out. It wasnβt good at all. I wonβt be ordering from them again.
Im very grateful for the friendly and efficient service Ruckus offered our party of 32 hockey players and parents. We were all taken care of by Shannon and her staff. The wait staff handled our orders with ease, were extremely polite, and were very patient with the kids. The food was equally wonderful and came out really quickly. I will definitely look to eat more meals at Ruckus, whether it be with my family or my extended hockey family. Thanks you Shannon and Dave for a great experience!!
Friendly bar and pizza joint that adds up to more than the sum of its parts. For a place with alcohol in its name, its surprisingly good for kids and there were a number of families when we visited. Food was good, staff was great.
I really love their pizza. A personal 10 inch pizza and a couple of $4 draft beers and Im a happy guy. They have a meatball sandwich if I recall correctly, and it is also really good. Family friendly place as Ive seen quite a few birthday parties over the last few months.
First time here and enjoyed a burger and hubby liked the chicken parmesan. Lots of people ordered pizza inside and did takeout so it seems popular. But we tried a slice and didnt care for it and needed more sauce (just not what we are used to). Really liked the outdoor seating and comfortable chairs. Very noisy inside and would choose outside when busy. Our waiter was very friendly and gave service with a smile. Cant wait to come back again and try something different.

Best pizza in the area, freshest ingredients and coldest beer. They have music bingo on Tuesdays evening with a great DJ. Our waitress was lovely and service was excellent. We will be back soon.
I ran in for a quick bite got lunch for tomorrow. It was really good and the service was great. I sat outside it was a little too warm for that but that was my choice. Otherwise I probably would have sent him but they do have a nice patio to sit on to eat. I will definitely be back

Ordered for pickup. We picked up the food and half of our order was incorrect or missing. The pizza was only lightly covered with toppings/sauce. The garlic knots are so hard and dry. The soda was straight carbonation. Our βnachosβ were just chips with lettuce and light tomatoes. When we took back the nachos to have them fixed, they gave us containers of toppings and told us to fix it ourselves. Just do yourselves a favor and order somewhere else.
First time trying Ruckus. We did take out this go around but I didnβt realize they do both Music Bingo and Trivia (Tues. and Wed. Respectively). The hostesses greeted me upon my arrival and were familiar with my order when I gave my name. They were a bit busy considering it was peak dinner/trivia so it took a little longer than expected but I was in no rush. Got home and opened up our food and my blackened shrimp was absent from my House salad. Accidents happen and it came with a delicious piece of bread that also accompanied the Ruckus Parm we ordered. Food wise (aside from the missing shrimp) it was delicious. We will probably return soon for bingo or trivia and for a round two of blackened shrimp!

Not the best. Eaten here before - declining.Used Slice App: 1 pizza (2 toppings) and garlic knots. Initial text said ready in 30min... a few (5+?) minutes later it said would be a full hour!!!It was ready at pick up time... BUT... thankfully π a second server realized only half my order came out. πSee the photos######The first garlic knot I tried was great, light and fluffy, and flavorful. The next was an old, tough, dough-nugget with way too much seasoning. Admittedly eating while driving home (starving, due to the wait)... I waited till I got home for more. It was very apparent that there were old and fresh knots mixed in the container... and with slightly different temps.The pizza... disappointing. The flavors were reasonably equal to pizza, but puh-lease reduce the salt by about 75%!!! Ugh - 1 slice and pucker-face! The dough was 1/4 thick and a bit chewy, in a good way. The canned mushrooms were dense, not great The black olives... wait, where were they? Was it all of maybe 4/slice?... maybe they tried to substitute the olive meat by pouring on the juice (hence all the salt)?! The cheese was flat, dense, not chewy, or stringy, or stretchy, or browned... just melted flat.My mouth is still sad, stinging from ALL the salt. In a year, Ive eaten here 3-4 times, and each time was slightly lesser quality. Not planning to try again... π
They could do a little bit better with their spacing, at least they have covered outdoor seating with ventilation. There was also a leak in our roof they are willing to move us with a table came open. The food was really good. My wife and I got I Gorgonzola and walnut salad that they split for us and a vegetarian pizza which was excellent.
Food is low quality, low attention to detail, wouldnβt go back. To start, our salad included lettuce that was already starting to brown and looked pitiful. When our pizza came out, it was quite light on toppings and it had a huge crust which looked that way because they didnβt put toppings all the way to the crust. On top of that, it was over cooked, as you can see. Go somewhere else for pizza.
The food and service is always on point. There isnβt a bad item on the menu. The bartenders are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, particularly Hameed. Heβs always engaging and suggesting new drink ideas for me to try. This is a great place to stop in and shoot the breeze, catch a game, or just unwind.

THE SUACE!!!!!! OMFG I cannot say enough how much I love this places margarita pizza and the Pizza suace... I am okay with pizza but not a huge fan, but this place changed my life now I could eat pizza daily, the suace has a sun dried tomato taste to it and is more robust, you have to try this place for yourself its ruined all other pizzas for me.

This was not our first time getting food from this Ruckus location-we have gotten takeout as well. This is definitely our favorite location.What makes me give them 5 stars though...we are back on Keto/low carb to try and shed this Covid weight.Ruckus has so many good Keto options. We started with the blackened Mahi shark bites with the remoulade which had a little spice and was so yummy. Then, we both had pasta- he had the make your own with marinara, ground beef, basil, red onion and mushroom and of course the super fresh zucchini and squash noodles. I ordered the spicy Alfredo, which comes with spinach and mushrooms, and I added grilled chicken. We also got side salads, which were *very* fresh.Didnt take any photos, but everything looked as good as it tasted. I am so glad to have a local spot to eat some yummy low-carb options.Thank you guys!!
Comfortable atmosphere with a family pub/brunch vibe. Affordable and a easy visit if your children are the milk, pizza, chicken nugget, pasta, hamburger type. The menu is very diverse but not overwhelming. I ordered the chicken parm I would absolutely visit again.If you choose something fried and you are adverse to salt ask to go light. I was slightly surprised at the bold salt on the chicken parm. Nevertheless Ruckus was a hit for the whole family from grandma to toddler.
We were on the outdoor patio. Noise (music?) level made conversation difficult and yet they were only 2/3 full. Food was good and the burger was hot, but I had ordered extra rare and got medium well. Disappointed.

Been eating Ruckus for years. This last pizza will be the last. 2 around the pizza was straight bread. They put 2 different kinds of cheeses which left the middle soggy.UPDATE: management called and he apologized and corrected the situation so that why I changed from 1 star to 3.
Ive been here twice with my girlfriend and we really enjoyed it. Their outdoor seating is really nice and spaced out. We got to watch the big game and the service was really good. Both servers we had knew a lot about both of the drink menu and food menu. Dont be afraid to get the wings and think youre going to get small ones, they were huge and definitely worth the money! This place has become one of our go-to restaurants!
We have been to Ruckus several times and it has always been good but this past Saturday it was very disappointing. We ordered two 24β pizzas. An Ultimate and Buffalo Chicken. Neither pizza had enough toppings and the Ultimate was suppose to have roasted garlic. It had one piece of garlic. The crusts were also soggy in the middle. Not sure if it was because we ordered 24β pizzas. Just a disappointing experience.

Came on a Sunday at lunch time. Our server was very friendly and attentive to our drinks. We ordered a pound of yhe sweet and sour bbq wings (not pictured) and the sauce was GREAT! However, the breading of the wings were a little dry and hard to chew but the pizza was fabulous!! We ordered a 14 inch maraghertia pizza and it was AMAZING! I also ordered a mango tango and it tasted just like sherbert and I would definitely recommend! #wewillbeback
If you order thru DoorDash you may not get all your food. We received our food minus one order for a child. Nobody told us. We would have liked to replace it. I spoke with someone at Ruckus and they said they told DoorDash. I feel like it was Ruckus responsibility to replace the order by asking us what we wanted to replace it with. This is not the first time this has happened. We will not order take out from them again.

I entered into the restaurant and the employees completely ignored me! I made myself visible and made eye contact with them but they continued to talk with their friend. Once I picked up my order, they were rude and took their time.
Fantastic service. Great food made from scratch, and an outstanding menu variety. What more can you hope for? Oh ya, great beers on tap. I think that you will be pleasantly surprised if you decide to give ruckus a try.
14 white pizza, cost $17.31 with tax. It was not hot, it felt chewy. Like how a pizza gets when you microwave it. It was rather bland. Not impressed will be getting pizza from somewhere else next time.

I am writing to inform others of a negative experience I had at this restaurant. I have been to Ruckus twice and have really enjoyed the food on both occasions. The staff are nice, and the wait has never been too long. Most recently, I ordered boneless wings and a side of fries, which should come out to $11. However, when I received my check, the total was about $13.50, not including tip. The bill was not itemized (which is a bit unusual), so I could not immediately reconcile the discrepancy. Upon asking, I was informed that there is a $2 upcharge for the small side of ranch I got with my wings. This felt unreasonable, and a customer could not reasonably be expected to know this when asked Would you like ranch or blue cheese with that? without being informed that it does not actually come with the wings. I would certainly like to support restaurants during these times and it is only $2, but the fact that the true price was hidden from me (even after I received my check!) made me feel disrespected as a customer. When I brought it up with the server, all she could say was Sorry, that happens to a lot of people, which is not much of a consolation, although I do realize this wasnt really her fault. To future patrons, I do not think this is a bad restaurant, but please be aware of hidden charges!

One of the best chicken Caesar wraps Iβve had in years. I got the chicken blackened and it was perfectly seasoned. The chicken was freshly made as was the delicious dressing. Very impressed and will be returning to order this again ππ½

We ordered the Chicken Alfredo prior to confirming my order we asked if the Alfredo was made from scratch & was told it was, when I checked my food I realized the Alfredo sauce was not made from scratch, if you want authentic Alfredo this is not the place but their garlic knots and salad were great.

One of my fav places for tasty pizza. Got there near six, it wasnt packed at all. Definitely worth a return trip. The bill was appropriate for the quality.
I love their food but was greatly disturbed by the fact that when I went inside to pick up my to go order, the place was packed to the gills. No social distancing what so ever! Tables grouped close together and not one staff member with a mask on. They have lost my business for now.

Nice pizza with good taste
This is the first time I ordered togo from Cary location, i have recently moved. I had ordered 10βphilly pizza and Rangoons total of $24.44 + $3 in tips. Once I got home I immediately noticed my Ragoons were all burnt. It tried one piece anyway, but i was unfortunate unable to eat, it tastes bitter!!I called back to let them know that I just went to pickup an order 5 minutes ago under TK (a given name order), but the young lady who answered the phone ignored my call and said she would have to call me back without asking for my phone number. I asked to talk to the manager, she put me on hold instead for 10 minutes. I called back, sure enough my phone number was blocked !!!!Itβs a very simple matter and so easy to resolve this simple problem. Instead the ignorance shows how awful they treat their customers.
Such an amazing and friendly place. They make you feel so welcome. Amber and the rest of the staff go above and beyond. The food and drinks are great. This will definitely become my local restaurant.

This place has amazing food. Thats not why Im giving this place 3 stars. I mean the food is fantastic. The pizzas for example the white pizza tastes delicious. The bad thing about this place is the time it takes to get your food. Every single time I have gone, there has been a 30-45 minute delay between ordering and getting the food. Granted I usually go on a Friday or Saturday, it should still not take that long to get this food. To everyone reading this, I recommend you go on a weekday- less waiting time to seat, and less time to get your food. This place has really good tasting food.

Absolutely ridiculous. My pizza is burnt, the garlic knots are raw, and no extra sauce as we ordered. When we called the restaurant to complain, the host told me there was extra sauce (no there isnt) then hung up on me. Then after calling and speaking to the manager he said I had to send the pizza back and then theyd send another one? After this order was already over 30 minutes late! Hell no. Ridiculous. I was supposed to get my food at 7:15. It got here at 7:55. Unprofessional and unacceptable
Im honestly so sad to be writing this. I used to love this ruckus. In fact I was a regular. But lately theyve gone down hill. And today was the last time Ill eat here. We ordered some fried pickles and three slices of pizza. The fried pickles were greasy and gross....which is so disappointing because I specifically ordered from here for their fired pickles. The pizza was basically sauceless and was super overcooked. Like I get its Togo but seriously? Im honestly so disappointed....
Bailey is a rockstar!! Weβve called and ordered to-go a couple times and sheβs been the one to help us. Last time we ordered, she even wrote us a note on the inside of the pizza box and was helpful when we called back to add to our order. She deserves a raise!! π

Went here today, wanted to watch football outside, the guy at the host station was super nice. I asked if a particular game would be on outside and he said heβd check. Another eavesdropping employee walked up and was super rude yelling at me that they wouldnβt change the TVs outside. 1) I never asked anyone to do that 2) when I explained that I wasnβt asking for that she told me I needed to go outside and check the TVs myself to find out if my game was on. Super rude. Used to frequent their trivia Thursdayβs before Covid, have never been treated so poorly before.
Veggie pizza was amazing as always!!Please work on the ranch dressing.It was watery and didnt taste good at all,even the 2nd serving.Otherwise everything has been wonderful.
Food was great. Our waitress was awful. The manager came around frequently and helped which was good. But the waitress couldnt get drinks right or even out. Waited 20 mins for drinks. Food orders were wrong and waited 20 or so mins for sides to come out. But overall food was good and manager was nice and helpful..
My friend and I stopped in here recently to have a quick bite and drinks. It was our first time at this location and we will definitely be back. The bartender with the beard was super nice and professional and made the best Martinis we have ever had. Worthy of adding to our girls night out rotation.

FAITH RESTORED!This past weekend my wife and I came into ruckus to give it another chance. We have avoided ruckus for at least four months after horrible service on multiple occasions. This time we came in and it was pretty busy, we sat down and immediately get greeted with a smiling face from a young women named Lane. We ordered a bottle of wine to start the night off and Lane listed off some of our new menu items after seeing the menu had changed. We ordered some of our old favorites but were also happy to try the new A1 steak salad! The food was great, but Lane is the real reason we will be coming back.
Every ruckus Ive been to has been quality... A go to spot for lunch meetings!

Great food and great service. I have all different size pizzas here. They are all terrific. The black and blue burger is one of my top choices. There hasnβt been a menu item that I havenβt enjoyed. Donβt overlook this location. Stop by order a pizza and give them a shot. The staff and food absolutely will not let you down!
This restaurant put an allergen to a very serious allergy ON my pizza. Both times the specific allergy was disclosed and explained in detail. I repeated it and made sure the person I was speaking to understood. After the first time, I received a gift card. I graciously accepted the gift card. I went in to use the gift card today. once again I SPECIFICALLY outlined the allergy and what could NOT be on my pizza. I simply said NO CHEESE. When I went to eat it, there was cheese all over the pizza. The interesting part is the managers daughter has this same severe allergy and knows that even as much as the oil from the cheese being breathed in that closely is enough to trigger a severe reaction. Two times in a row, in the same week of this same negligence is not acceptable. The owner is Phil Mastroianni and he doesnt know who his insurance carrier is that represents his business nor does he know what legal representation he has for his business. How does one not know when it is your business? Perhaps this is the same level of carelessness happening in his business as well?
Its great to see a locally-owned establishment take tge time and effort to ensure guests are properly distanced at tables during this time of Covid-19. Staff are continually cleaning as well as wearing masks. Food is great. Owners are genuinely nice people.

Food was great, but our waitress Lauren was the real gem. My daughter left her stuffed puppy behind when we left, and Lauren remembered that we said wed be travelling the next day. She found us on Facebook to let us know the puppy was still there and that we could come back and grab her! When we got there, Lauren wanted to come out to the car to give my daughter her puppy. She was so sweet and kind and really made our night!!!
Ruckus has a great selection of food, outdoor seating is nice for the ambiance (when weather is good). Decent beer selection and staff is always awesome.
Great burgers and gluten free pizza. The crust on the GF pizza is great, slightly thicker and softer than usual. It also made acceptable leftovers, which is good because the pizza is very filling! The barbecue chicken pizza is delicious. We did have to sit outside where it was a little less noisy, but the patio was covered and what do you expect from a sports bar? Plenty of TVs with different games on. They have a good selection on tap, although there is only one cider.

Had a good dinner driving through the Town. We just picked up our new puppy and was aloud to join us on the patio! He was a bit bark-y, but everyone was so nice. We enjoyed our dinner and beverages. I would reccomend.
3-16-19 I ordered delivery through door dash. I ordered chicken tenders, wedge salad, and 10 inch buffalo chicken pizza. About 20 minutes after ordering I received a call confirming the order and notifying me their was a back up on the pizza and it would be leaving the restaurant in about 20 more minutes. I asked if the chicken tenders were already made and if they would be cold and she assured me that they had not made them yet.. All items arrived cold. Pizza base was so disgustingly greasy that the toppings including the cheese slid off when picked up. I didnβt even eat it. The chicken tenders lacked flavor and the breading fell off of them. Maybe their not good at take out?Edit: Looking at other reviews, The owner is quite rude and sarcastic in his responses to complaints. He/She does not seem capable of taking ownership or giving a simple weβre sorry, weβll try to do better...
