I absolutely love love love this place. Specially because I dont buy in bulk and I order small amounts at a time. These guys are top notch for big business and home use jobs. As a novice consumer, I was directed to this company by Vickers Metal Shop when I inquired about covering a 3x4 foot hole in my yard when my sprinkler plumbing needed repair. Heidi and Alex in the sales showroom were patient and kind with me as I did not know what I needed. The warehouse crew were just as nice and helpful making sure that I got exactly what was needed to solve the problem and helped load a 1/4 inch thick 4x4 foot steel plate into my vehicle. I didnt have a good experience with them, I have a small business, every penny counts, if you are going to do business with them, make sure you are very clear about things and put everything into writing. Im sure everyones experience might be different, for me, I wont go into that place again, I rather buy things online, my peace of mind its more important than people testing my patience.
