The store is really nice and organized.I was here in a honey do task and had absolutely no clue what I was here to buy.I called my wife and put her on speaker with the incredibly helpful staff who knew just what she needed.Awesome!

The manager who was there was very helpful and knowledgeable. I like this location a lot better than the one I used to live by.

There is a way you treat people even if something is out of your control. Clearly The one who opened today doesn’t get that!Communicate with people don’t just look at them rudely.

I went in today at 12:00, to purchase hair extensions for the first time. I wish i could remember the ladies name who worked there, because she was, so helpful and nice, helped me pick out the correct color, and even explained how to put them in!Great customer service!

Service was ok. They dont interact with the customers a lot, which seem a little odd. Also the part that is really upset is they dont provide you with bags, if you want a bag needs to pay .15 for a paper bag.

Asked for advice on how to deal with daughters thick hair was willing to pay whatever was needed to help my daughter and black hair lady was rude to me and my wife after answering a question from her she kept asking are you sure? are you sure? this was my first time in Sallys and definitely my last

Gosh, I wish I got her name.. The beautiful Italian woman with the dark curly hair is LITERALLY the hair whisperer! Great tips and techniques that I can’t wait to try. Be prepared, save your coupons. Paying full price at Sally’s is no fun. Very nice store with a great selection for women of color.

Some people that are working there are EXTREMELY RUDE! I had asked this lady about why the phones are not working and she gave me a rude response saying “yeah sometimes they don’t work” like she didn’t even care!! And when I asked her if they are ever going to work she said “why? For what?” WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS ?? DONT RECOMMEND GOING THERE AT ALL.

I asked for help and lady screamed what from the front all the way to back of store. I guess I bothered her while she was on phone with her friend. Happen 3/2/2020 at 8:45 am. And kept talking in Spanish like I was not even there. Very rude and uncalled for. Won’t be back.

I arrived here at 8:30 pm on a Wednesday, exactly and they had the lights on in the store, no employees present and the doors locked. I had items to return. Yet the store hours says they’re open until 9pm. That’s really rude and wrong to do when there’s 30 minutes left to closing. If the hours are wrong then update them on google so people don’t show up to a locked store. Waste of gas. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Sallys always has what I want. The ladies are always polite and ready to answer any questions about about anything . Sallys is one of my favorite stores!!!
