As soon as we walked in Jennifer greeted us and went right to business! She asked me what I was looking for and how much i was looking to spend. She was very patient and wasnt pushy! Got a tempurpedic from the store the sales guy was really knowledgeable and got me a good deal. Good bed I enjoy sleep like most humans and this bed allows me to sleep comfortably. $4k Is a lot for a bed though especially one that doesn’t have enough spring action thus making me have to work ever harder when me and the Mrs get down.That’s why it’s not 5 ⭐️. I’m lazy and it’s making me work harder at something that gets harder to do the older I get.

Jennifer was the associate who helped me select a mattress. I appreciated the fact she was knowledgeable and most helpful. She was also very personal and friendly.

After going to other furniture and mattress stores and them up selling so much no matter what I said. I was not holding out much hope for this place. I was so pleasantly surprised. Within the first 10 minutes of talking to Jennifer I knew that I would be leaving there with a new mattress. With her quirky fun personality that made her instantly likable she helped me find what I needed. She asked questions about what I wanted, how I slept, did I watch tv in my bed or read. All things I didn’t think about. I just thought I liked firm beds with box springs so that’s what I’m getting. By the time she showed me and had me try out several beds I ended up with a firm bed with a slight cushion top with an adjustable platform. The platform was free with the mattress. Which was great! Now I get to move into a brand new condo with a brand new bed.

We were greeted immediately by Michael. He was friendly and asked us what we were looking for. He was informative as we took our covered pillows from mattress to mattress and then gave us time to talk privately about what we saw and to make a decision about our possible purchase. He was very helpful and no way pushy. We would do business again with Michael.

Our salesman Josue was awesome. He made the experience easy and didnt waste our time. I know a lot more about mattresses then before. He has a lot of knowledge about them. He also is honest and fair in the info he gives. They have easy to apply for financing. She was a great listener and we were originally lost but then we did testing and it brought all the information given to light. Getting a goods night rest is very vital to everyday life and hubby and I had 2 different versions of comfort but found a bed that suit both us . Michael was amazing!! I went in there with a plan because some stores will try and steer you away from what you want. I told him what I want and he showed me what I want. It was the quickest and easiest transactions ever. I love mattress firm!!!

I needed a mattress quick and didn’t like the selection at Costco. I called up my local store and talked to Michael M. He helped me find a killer deal, offered to have it shipped in 2 days, and when I said I needed it more urgently he set up to have it be picked up, within 45m of my call, at the local warehouse. The bed was great!

So our sales lady was awesome. However since that point this store has sucked. Our delivery was scheduled for 7/22. We called on 7/22 to find out why we didn’t get a call for our delivery. Told by Missy from Altamonte store everyone in store is out sick. I don’t know but your order didn’t get put on the truck. And scheduled it for 7/25. Made a complaint to corporate. They sent to the store. We got a call on 7/24 saying we won’t get it until the 29th. No effort to correct the lack of communication or the lack of bed. For nearly $3000, I expect better. Just to update from this on 7/27 called said bed would be delivered 8/8. Got a call today saying hoping for 8/12 but could be as late as 8/22. No effort to correct it. No we will throw a sheet set in or two pillows nothing. Basically they are saying if the staff get COVID no one knows what sales and deliveries are pending and they have no idea what is in the warehouse. It’s just guessing.

Went to get MIL a mattress. Have newborn and two toddlers. I called and found they had a Queen in stock, and told her I was on my way. I found a lady named Jennifer working at the Apopka store. She had what I needed in stock. She was fabulous! It was so refreshing to find someone that was jovial and generally happy at her job and also extremely knowledgeable about mattresses. She even knew exactly what firmness of mattress my MIL is used to! She was able to answer all our questions in detail. She also was able to lift and carry ANY mattress in the store and I pulled around back and she loaded the mattress up and I was on my way. Extremely pleasant experience and great mattress for great price! 😊☺️🙃

Recently bought a mattress from Mattress Firm Apopka and I am pleased with my overall experience. I met with a sale associate named Jennifer who asked me various questions to pick out my next mattress. She was very knowledgeable about the various mattresses throughout the store which in turn helped me pick the one best for me. It’s been about 3 weeks and I am still happy with my choice and her assistance.

Michael was absolutely amazing! He used nothing but genuine concern for our sleep ailments to send us home with the best mattress. He wasnt concerned about his commission, he was concerned about us. Not to mention he used all the same points I used when convincing my boyfriend to finally buy a new mattress and ditch the one hes had for 10 years. Now I get the I told you so bragging rights for a little while.

Mattress firm went to bat for me all the way. I only got to use the bed for one month and I moved it into storage as I was staying w friends. They bought the bed back from me as it was within the 120 days trial. And I lost very little of my investments. And they picked it up. Rock on mattress firm

I had an idea of what I wanted and he showed me some that were good and found one I liked $$$ mid grade hybrid but cant get for wks, said Id be back. After wkend and some more research went back and decided to go all out and get $$$$ top grade tempur pedic pro breeze hybrid. Jennifer was there when I went back to purchase and she made everything easy as 1 2 3 and done. They were even able to get the mattress to me a week before it was to be shipped.
