Very nice atmosphere, deep reds and dark colors felt warm and inviting. The restaurant was very clean, every dish prepared very well. Ordered 3 appetizers, 3 main dishes, cost 2as average 12 per plate. Service was high end of good, not great. Well worth the investment for the meal and take home quantity. 100% will return.

The people here are so nice and helpful. We called ahead of time looking for firewood, and customer service went out of their way to help us and went to look. It saved us so much time and gas, as were not from the area! The cashier and bag person were super friendly as well. I had a great time talking to them. I left with a giant smile on my face! Thank you! Well be sure to visit again the next time we come!

My best friend and I were picking up a large order for a baby shower that we were going to. All we had was a name for pickup and the manager comes out and says that well need 6 carts to carry all of it. She and the staff were so friendly and helped us carry it all to my friends car. If I lived closer, I would definitely shop there. It was a clean, calm, and friendly atmosphere.

They have picanha (served at Brazilian Steakhouses like Texas De Brazil) which is an amazing slab cut of beef able to feed a party from rare to well done everyone getting a their share, obviously rare first until well done and gone. Left on a well manicured grill and skilled cook- Everyone happy! 😁

I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way to the next nearest Publix because the prepared foods department is lazy and doesn’t want to have to make rotisserie chicken. Mind you this was only 7pm. THREE HOURS BEFORE THEY CLOSE. This is not how I expected a grocer of such high standards to product themselves. If this location wasn’t 2 blocks from my house I would avoid it at all costs.

Do not get your covid shot here, appointments are a joke, youll still wait for over a hour. This place is not what you expect for a Publix. The second shot toke even longer. Appointments are a joke and clearly not used properly. 🙄

This 1 star review is solely due to the way they handle their seafood department. I frequently grt off work at 7pm and can get to publix by 730. EVERY time I come in after 7 om any given day, the seafood is packed up. When I approached the manager about my concerns, they let me know the seafood is still in the back frozen, just not out for display.I want to see the food before I purchase it. Seafood is seasonal and doesnt always look/taste/cook the same.This needs to be changed for people trying to make their family a dinner after a days work.

I was looking for a banner or something for my daughter in law that was coming home from the hospital with my son and my little brand new baby grandson and I went to their florist dep.were the person that was working in there around lunch time did a wonderful job with a couple of balloons and one of them was a bear 🐻 that saids is a boy.Thank you she loved it and my son did too.

Love this grocery. Always clean, a large selection of not your usual foods, the pre made foods in the meat department that require baking are great, large fresh fish selection and nice, helpful employees.

Awesome customer service. I accidentally grabbed an item that was bogo and a similar one that wasnt (different sized shrimp) from a different Publix and didnt realize until I was on my way home. Had ordered a pubsub 😋 from this location so I was stopping anyways. The ladies up front were more than happy to help me out and let me return the incorrect item and exchange for the correct one. This type of customer service is why I have been a Publix customer for years and will be as long I live in an area with a Publix. My pubsub was awesome too, but you already knew that 😉.

Another great place to find what you need. Love meat counter with prepared items for a meal and help behind the counter to answer any question.

We have been shopping here for over 20 years since they opened their doors. All I have to say, is that it is Publix. Phenomenal customer service.

Pharmacy staff was really special. Even with the long line they tested each customer in a very respectful way. In a few minutes the line was gone. And at the same time they were administering the covid-19 vaccine! Masters in handling many customers in a tight space.

My first time back to Publix since covid-19. I only have half along and other problems so I had not been going. I was very happy because they had everything that we were looking for. We like the bogos especially!!

I want to give a shoutout to the amazing pharmacy staff that was working today. I went to get my covid vaccine and had a pretty major panic/anxiety reaction about it. They got me water and made sure I was okay, got me a Benadryl and called non-emergency for me just in case I was having an adverse reaction. Thanks so much. Im sorry I cant remember your names but if you see this, know that I really appreciate you.

Great store but really pricy but everything is in Florida

My family and I just moved to the area yesterday from Casselberry, and we had a wonderful experience this evening! The staff was friendly and helpful. This store also has more options that are gluten free, which is great because I have have gluten sensitivity.

Im next in line for a sub..25 minutes later....How can the sub line be this slow? Im waiting for 20+ minutes next in line and the sub makers are talking and joking when there is multiple in line.The taste is fine, the quality is fine, speed is terrible.

Pretty neat location with good employees. If you are ever in the area you must try their deli or produce which is always fresh and ripe.

I hate shopping at this store, when you walk inside your immediately taken back with the stench of Fish at the front door. The selection is limited because of all the Instacart shoppers. I cant wait for them to open the new store so I never have to shop at the Rock Springs store again!
