Absolutely love our new carpet and we could not be happier with it (before and after pictures)

As a military vet, I have lived in many places and had experiences with lots of contractors. This is by far the worse company I have had to deal with. I wrote a review last year and Camilo (owner) contacted me directly and asked if I could take it down and allow them to rectify the issue. I did and here I am 1 year later still fighting the same battle. Bottom line my floors have lifting from the original date of install, Camilo tried to convince me that I had a moisture issue in my home, but several reputable contractors told me that there was no issue. I gave him countless opportunities to fix the issue since I am on a 10-year warranty, but he continues to schedule repair dates and doesnt have his team show up. NO CALL NO SHOW! I have taken several days off work for these scheduled dates”, and no one shows up or calls. The unprofessionalism is beyond anything I could have ever imagined. My stairs material lifts so much that my dog and several family members have fallen due to the material getting caught on our feet. The entire upstairs planks are lifting and so is the entire bottom floor. They never came to repair the quarter rounds that were peeling from the wall from the start of installation and the list goes on and on. I have text messages with no response from them that go on for months to include the text stating they would be at my house and never showed. Ive heard about peoples experiences with terrible contractors, but this company takes the cake. Dont let the lower price of their floors and installation reel you in... You get what you pay for, and it will be well worth the money to pay extra for quality materials and SERVICE.BTW this post will NOT be coming down.Review for the Tampa Florida Location

Sammy at FlooringMaster Apopka is an absolute professional who genuinely cares. We had a difficult project and he was willing to work with us -- successfully replacing the flooring in our entire 2 story home. He even helped coordinate a local company to assist with a balcony / handrail install, even though it was outside of his job scope. Sammys crew was diligent and performed their work with great pride and attention to detail. Very polite and respectful, and most importantly skilled at their craft. Sammy has a designers eye, and was a huge help in choosing colors, style, etc. The project turned out perfect and we are grateful for Sammys team at FlooringMaster

We live in Emerson Park Subdivision in Apopka, Florida and had Flooring Master to install our carpet and they were professional and quick. They moved our furniture, beds and nightstands and put them back in place. Their were no playing or talking; ALL BUSINESS. They worked and took care of business. The carpet looks FANTASTIC. A true testament for any company is the amount of repeat business it can generate from its customers. We were so impressed, not only by the work that Sammy and his team did but also with the professionalism and service that we received, that we hired them to do 3 separate jobs for us. Our business relationship started with remodeling the floor tile in our bathroom showers, which was a relatively small job. Sammy’s advice, pricing, and ability to complete the job on schedule were the keys to our satisfaction. This smaller job led to 2 larger jobs (porcelain wood tile in our study and billiard room and porcelain wood tile in our family room and kitchen) where we were extremely satisfied as well. We really appreciated his willingness to work within our budget guidelines and timeframes as well as his candor with the materials that we should be using. We looked for a long time to replace our tile floors. All of the estimates wanted to take up the old tile and that would mean packíng everything up and moving out during the process. I told my wife if she could find someone to lay it over the tile we could do it. She said we are going to the Home and Garden Show. We met FlooringMaster there and also talked to the Shaw rep. They said they could do it. Sammy came out and gave us an estimate and we contracted with them. They arrived on time everyday. Worked very hard everyday. Cleaned up everyday. They were one of the most professional installers we have ever worked with. We are very pleased with the floor and the installation. We would highly recommend them.

Moving to a new area, buying a home. Is a stressful time. Then add in that you need flooring done. You dont know anyone no one to give you a referral.My wife and I went looking for dmv.got lost and ended up in front of Flooring Master. We went in looked around asked a bunch of questions then set an appointment for a salesperson to come out to our house measure. Show us samples and give us a quote.A man named Sammy came out spent a good amount of time putting together our estimate. He was through and professional. I had a good gut feeling about him and his company. (he was the General Manager) and decided to go with him and his company We purchased vinyl for a Bedroom and tile for kitchen, dining room, and den.The. Workmen came out English is not their first language but there was no problem in communicating with them.This crew was professional, respectful of my property and so so talented at there job. Over all the experience working with them was not good. I read a lot of great reviews which is why I decided to give them a shot.Good :Install team I give 5 out of 5 stars. Now granted they dont speak English so dont bother to ask questions. The flooring turned out great and they did a great job installing them.Bad :Their office staff is nothing less the clueless. 1) brought the wrong flooring on day one. 2) Did not add on the backboards we picked out. They told me it was on backorder. Then started installing the small wood trim on our existing backboards? I called again and they told me the backboards I picked out was never added to the order. Not sure how we went from out of stock to we never added it to your order? Had to go up their again to remind them of the backboards I picked out at the time of order. 3) Had to call multiple times to find out whats going on, timeframes and next steps. Seamed every time I called I got a different answer. 4) When making final payment she wanted to take my card numbers over the phone and told me she was going to write down my CC #. Had to explain to them [ business 101 ] you NEVER write down anyones credit card info on paper. Credit cards taken over the phone should be directly put into the POS so customer information cant be compromised.Over all the install guys I give 5 out of 5. Office staff gets a 0. Average 2.5 stars.I would HIGHLY recommend you double check everything on your estimates and if you dont speak Spanish find someone to help you.

Flooring master came out to my home give a very reasonable estimate to replace laminated flooring on a room,did a fantastic job,very friendly and work was done as per schedule. I highly recommend this company for any flooring job.

FlooringMasters replaced 2000 sqft of HW flooring a previous installer had completely messed up and glued down. The previous job was such a disaster (we are talking lawsuit) and we were worried how it could be fixed without replacing the subfloor and larger construction. But, they pulled it off - the new floors look beautiful, perfectly installed. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up their mess, were courteous and professional. Outstanding work and I. can highly recommend Flooring Master.

Flooring Master of Apopka was a joy to work with. They were professional, timely, and displayed strong work ethic. The installers were very meticulous in their work and took great pride in the end result. We had the team, demo hardwood flooring and install all new floating floors throughout house and carpet in 1 room. Work took a week for ~1700sqft. All in all we are very pleased and have issues with recommending Sammy and team to others!!!!!
