This bakery made the best wedding cake for my daughterβs wedding on May 17, 2021 at Highland Manor in Apopka Florida. It was three tiered with vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. It was beautifully made and perfectly tasted. Best prices in town.
Great customer service and always greeted with a smile. Best cookies I have had. My favorite is the chocolate chip butter crunch cookies.
We were very impressed the fisrt time we visited the bakery, we bought a Fathers Day Box...Everything was delicious..Second time, I bought an assortment of goodies about $50, the only one we like was the reb velvet cupcake..A little over price, weird hours..

Highly recommend! Super helpful & friendly staff for a custom order. Lovely items in the display case as well so when I picked up the custom order, I spent a little bit more to sample cookies, a pecan bar & an oatmeal pie. Rave reviews from my family for everything! And the birthday boy was ecstatic over the the Banana Cream cupcakes!! Happy, positive experience and everything we tried was delicious!!

My wife and I first discovered this bakery about a year ago. The owner was super friendly to us each time we walked in and gave us good recommendations on what to try. All of their treats are absolutely delicious, especially their peanut butter bars. My only wish is that they were a little bit more friendly with their prices, specifically with their cakes and cupcakes. Otherwise they are a hidden Apopka gem that all dessert lovers in the Central Florida area should be aware of.
While craning my neck to look at an old building that I admire, we found a sweet bakery shop, Aunt Gingibreads Bakery, on South Park Avenue, just off US 441 (Main Street) in Apopka. They take and fill your order through a big window that looks into a side courtyard. The young woman who served us said they have been there since 2016. We bought a lime bar, peach bar, and blueberry muffin, which were packaged in a small cardboard bakery box (no horrid plastic container) and were exceedingly scrumptious! Highly recommend, it is not often that a simple purchase of bakery goods can be described as utterly charming!
Just loved working with Jennifer & her staff! My guest loved the baby shower cake & couldnβt stop talking about it. Not to mention how delicious the cake actually was! I would definitely recommend this bakery to everyone if you want perfection! Thanks again Jennifer!
If I was rating the blueberry muffin alone, it would get 5 stars easy. Moist and overstuffed with delicious blueberries, This delightful treat will bring me back. However, lack of pricing and label makes it a difficult experience. The apple cobbler was so so. The crust was a bit salty and it lacked apples.
The red velvet cake we ordered for my husbandβs birthday was delicious! We had so many people comment on how good it was. The staff was so friendly!
Our favorite is the Salted Carmel Cake, but we also love the cake/scrap cups, cupcakes, and the cobbler bars. The owners are super friendly!
Visited during the later hours of todays Grand Opening. Glad to see they were nearly sold out but still had a sampler pack of cupcakes for us, plus an amazing chocolate chip cookie, hot and fresh out of the oven! Weve tried 2 of the 6 cupcakes so far, strawberry with buttercream frosting and chocolate with salted caramel frosting. The flavor of the chocolate was delicious, the strawberry was so-so. Both were very moist and the frosting was nice and light, not too greasy like some can be. We look forward to trying the rest of the flavors and will definitely be back.
Very friendly staff, great service, lots of delicious treats to choose from. They even had nut free options, which I really appreciate for my family, since we have nut allergies. Definitely going again, sometime soon!
Dont get me wrong this is a great little bakery with excellent goodies. That is what brings me back from time to time. What I struggle with is the customer service. There are no signs saying what everything is or prices. That would be fine if someone would explain how the shop works or what everything is. Every time Im in there its like pulling teeth to get any information. I continuously have to ask what flavors everything is and how much it is! This just leaves me frustrated and doesnt encourage me to come back anytime in the near future.
Cute little bakery, small selection of types of products, but multiple flavors per type. Pricing is about average, weird hours(closed on Mondays), Ive had better pastries elsewhere. In a pinch it is worth it, but I havent had the opportunity to try their cakes, just their pastries. Ill let you know about the cakes when I get to try them.
Get your next cake here...you WILL NOT be dissapointed. Be sure to order in advance. They also have some really good scones and various other bakery items. All of it is fantastic!

Omg! Best cake ever! My boyfriends birthday was this past Saturday and I wanted to give him a cake hed never forget. I got a recommendation for this bakery from a friend. I called them a week before, after my original baker feel through, and Jenny said no problem! I sent over some pics of what I was looking for, and boy oh boy did she deliver!! It was so perfect! The cake itself was simple. I picked out a chocolate cake with buttercream filling. It was tasty! The best part was the shape. Jenny managed to recreate my bf most favorite of all his cars hes owned. I couldnt believe it. It was fantastic. She is a true artist. Thank you Jenny!!
