We had always loved coming to this store because of prices and selection. However, this is the third time in a row that we have been and then not have one single register open with a cashier. These visits have occurred at various times of day, each time with numerous shoppers in the store.

I always buy here it is clean and tidy, but these last few days I have observed expired merchandise like the one in this photo

Let me start out by saying the pickup service at this store is out of this world. The pickup service is definitely streamlined at this store. As for my in-store shopping experiences, theyve been great too. Employees are always quick to help and answer any questions. Only area of improvement would be the number of cashiers at times. I have no problems doing self checkout when I have a few items. When I have a full cart and a toddler on my hands, I like to utilize the cashier lines. A couple times there have been only one cashier and a huge backup at that line. Not so convenient.

I’m disappointed because every time I come to this Walmart I end up having to go to a 2nd store to finish my shopping. It is always a gamble as to if they will actually have what I’m looking for this time (even if they had it the last time I was there)The shelves are always a mess and missing super basic or popular items.

Left a different Walmart due to no handicapped motorized carts. This location had plenty all lined up and charged. Definitely a plus! Store was clean and well staffed. Staff was friendly and willing to help. It a little farther than my regular store but I will be back. Keep up the good work!

Convenience for many items, fair prices and sometimes an item I didnt expect, but couldnt pass up like jogging pants! I guess they were all sold out of the small bottles of Dukes mayo and had to go with the large. Several occasions they dont have what Im looking for. I like that they partner for events like Prescription Take-Back Day! Gas is usually cheaper here and less crowded...go figure.

I love this Walmart from the time it opened it has been the place to call home. I do wish that it carried some items that the super center Walmart carry but hey it will just have to do for the meantime. The customer service is A1 they just gotta keep it clean as always and provide excellent customer service my brother and I shop at this location together all the time and they love us because we are a familiar face Shop here if you live in the Apopka area and if your looking for A1 service take the drive and come on down they will take care of you

I normally like the store because it is close and convenient and the lines are short and the parking is easy. I recently ordered delivery from here because we are all home sick. It was supposed to be here over two hours ago. Not a big order. Not complicated. Just basic necessities.

This review is not based off the grocery part of the store. It is strictly in regards to the pharmacy. Amy who is in the pharmacy department is an unprofessional, incompetent, and rude individual. I was trying to purchase medication for myself and asked my husband what the name of it was. Before I could even get the information from him she stated “she would not sell it to me and refused service” because I was asking my husband what it was called. So her pharmacist, Jamal tried to help me. Then when her pharmacist was unable to locate the medication because they were out, I told him thank you for your help but I really feel that Amy needs more training in customer service and listening to peoples concerns before jumping to conclusions. Amy overheard me speaking to him and came from the drive-through window to the counter to be rude, disruptive, and aggressive in my face about what I was saying to her supervisor. Her actions only further prove she needs more training in customer service and handling people and their concerns, as she was nasty and told me that if I had an issue with her 1800 Walmart is where I can report it. I would never hire her as an employee, considering I am a nursing supervisor and pride myself on excellent customer service to my patients. Whoever is responsible for her as an employee has clearly dropped the ball with training.

As usual.....they didnt have what I needed. Good Ole Walfart! 👿👿👿Dont even know why I bother.

Please no one come to this Walmart for pick up the inside of the store is wonderful but the grocery pick-up we have literally been here for almost 40 minutes and we had to call them on the phone for them to come we have been doing grocery pickup for months now so its not about incompetence on our end. All of these surrounding Walmarts are fast and efficient for grocery pickup you have been warned!

This was my first visit to this location and I was quite pleased! I was able to get EVERY ingredient I needed for tonights dinner!! I did have a problem finding one item, but after a customer service rep explained where that item was located in the store, I easily found what I was looking for. Thanks for a super clean store and a very positive shopping experience!!

Closing lady was rude. Wouldnt let me go grab salad dressing. It was 11:01

A great selection of products, Excellence customer service including when I had to return to items in Bethany took very good care of me ended in a timely fashion. I used self check out and the person running self check out made sure everything was cleaned well to maintain infection control and when I needed help at the end to make payment they were quick to respond. Everybody was very friendly and I was able to find 99% of what I was looking for on my grocery list. I have a lot of food allergies in this is very close to where I live so I was extra appreciative to not have to drive further to another Walmart.

This market is well maintained and the staff is fun and welcoming. Theres little more they can do as the bases seem completely covered.Its nice to see a fuel station to synergistically accent the shopping experience. Their fuel station has a hilariously fun staff as well.The savings I attain here allows me to do much more with my life I would say. Its better to shop here than eat out nearly every time.

First time visiting this store. I found it to be amazing. Loved how clean and neat everything is. Spacious, fresh fruits and vegetables. Loved how organized the isles are, the staff are very pleasant which is a plus. They dont carry electronics such as microwave which its something that I was looking to get, but no big deal. Im super happy with this place and I really loved it. I strongly recommend going here for groceries shopping as this is also a convenient store as it mostly has everything you need.

Placed an order online and went to pick it up. 1 time and I must say I was pleased with the process. I drove up to a spot called in and was done grocery shopping in 15 minutes. Will use this again.

1st time here and cant complain. Very basic amenities. This cute place is for gas fill only and a drink and snack only. Dont expect more then that going in. Employee working here was very kind, 3 thumbs up too him. So yes, I will return.

Nice clean Wal-Mart. Friendly staff and easy to get shopping done then get checked out quickly. We shop here weekly. Prices are very good.

I ordered my groceries online and went to pick them up. The process was easy as once I parked I called the number to let them k ow what spot I was at. The rep came to the car verified my name and processed to load my groceries in the trunk. Will use this service again.

Ive been delivering groceries through several different grocery services and Ive got to say the pickup staff or really just the staff thats outside doing the actual dispensing of the groceries couldnt be more distracted you know the other day I was the only car there and I waited 15 minutes for the girl to come outside and then she went back inside for 10 more minutes and came out with some guy and they were definitely more interested in flirting with each other than dispensing the order to me total bummer

Super friendly and helpful employees. Received help finding a few items. Had some trouble at self checkout and the employee was happy to help. Store seems like an updated Walmart. You can find a smoothie machine located at the front. Theres also a Walmart gas station and a pickup area. For some reason I thought it would be closer to my home in Apopka but it isnt. So Ill most likely frequent Aldis more for groceries.

Self checkout belts are dirty and you have to wait almost ten minutes to get assistance is you need help. Some employees will almost bump into you or run you over trying to stock and wont say excuse me.

A lot of products missing from shelves and a lot of empty spaces in fresh produce.

I wish they had more real checkers. I wont use self-checkout as Im not being paid to do it.

Early morning runs are the best, its as though they are open just for me cause barely anyone is shopping. I was there just for Liquid Smoke for a recipe and couldnt find it. I asked an associate to help and she did; though I dont believe she truly understood what I was talking about. Though they do not carry this particular item (Publix did), they are always so clean and every associate is so nice, welcoming, and ready to assist when need be.

I went to this Walmart to do my weekly grocery shopping. As I was browsing the refrigerated aisle - the one with butter, biscuits, and cookie dough - my eyes locked on something new, Lucky Charms cookie dough. Oh my! What a glorious invention! I opened the door and reached in to get this special treat, however, I was too excited apparently and my depth perception was off. My knuckles were directly impacted by the metal shelf that was holding this specialty cookie dough. I heard a few metal clinks as this happened and frantically looked at my hand. The hand that wore my new engagement ring. The hexagon diamond was gone, only the prongs remained. The despair I felt in that moment was overwhelming, but I knew I had to do something. Trying not to have a mental breakdown, I rushed over to the first employee I could find, thank goodness it was Matthew (manager of this location). As soon as I told him what happened, it was clear that finding this diamond was his main priority. He took all items out of the shelves, moved all the grates, and carefully looked through each section. At this point, I was doing everything I could to remain calm and I would not have been able to do that without this employee. He told me that his wife also lost her stone in her engagement ring, and they found it, so mine could definitely be found too. He enlisted other Walmart employees (Kevin and a female that I cannot remember the name of, my apologies!) to assist us in this process. After a good 40 minutes, I was slowly coming to terms with the fact that I would have to go home and tell my fiance that the stone was gone, and that fact was utterly depressing. I remember standing still and blankly staring at the empty shelves, and was about to loose it when Matthew said, Hey, I am not giving up on this. We can move more shelves and look again, but I am not giving up until you say so! That simple response inspired me to keep going. Within 10 minutes, Matthew found my hexagon diamond! This could have been one of the worst days of my life, but because of the extremely supportive Walmart employee, it became one of the greatest experiences for me. The team work and care put into this search was outrageously awesome. The genuine kindness shown by these employees was extraordinary. I am so grateful and so lucky to have experienced this, it really made me think about human kindness - that some people will go above and beyond to aid others in times of distress. I feel like saying Thank you doesnt even cover the relief I feel from having my diamond back - but those two simple words were all that these employees needed to hear because they truly helped me out of the goodness of their hearts and not for recognition or personal gains.

This place has bad customer service. And a lack of real health concerns. Look at this photos from just a few moments ago. All the lady kept saying is they lost power and all the eggs were new. Are these the kind of people we hire and promote. Are these the kinds of people we want telling us its ok to feed this to our kids. I think not!

This was my first time visiting a Walmart Market and I was pleasantly surprised! It was well stocked and very clean!

I really do enjoy going to the Walmart neighborhood Market. However, the items that were marked down never had a n original price on them to be able to figure out how much they were marked down. It did take a while to find someone that could help me and get the original price on the items. I still enjoy going to the Walmart Neighborhood Market.

What a joke. Placed a pick up order. 24 hours in advance. When I was placing my order some items were sold out so I couldnt purchase them. Go to pick my order up and you guys barely have any of my order! I walk inside and find the items you said you didnt have. This isnt a stocking issue as I placed the order 24 hours in advance. Why offer a service if you arent going to do it. I had to do it!

Felt small for a supermarket focused store. Thought it would have a lot more and better variety... Atmosphere was like walking into a dollar general... Sub par for a Walmart... Disappointing.

After 9 weeks of going in every 3 or so days, to my surprise they finally had Tolet paper on the shelves, lots of it, Charmin Soft or strong. Amazing so long without, been getting that one ply guarantee to have your finger go threw, thank for Walmart.

Its a great place to get your groceries. The feel of the store is of a Publix but the prices and selection are pure Wal-Mart.

Clean well organized store that prices were better than the store in my neighborhood.

Pretty clean and much easier to shop than the other Walmart. Checkout is normally a breeze. The biggest negative I see is the consistent out of stocks on many items and it was like that before covid.

This store gets 5 stars from me, very friendly service, most of the time they will show you where an item is at in their store, Ive never had that happen in any other Walmart! This store in particular seems like they take care of their employees, so their employees take care of you, there for you get awesome service form an awesome staff! Their produce is also excellent quality at this store, love it!

Great produce and Customer Services are excellent

I only went here once. It was really packed and kind of difficult to navigate. Very different from a typical Walmart. The bathrooms weren’t very clean at all. I had to clean it before I could let my kids use it. It’s kind of a new location but seemed like it’s becoming run down already. It has the basics of what you need and of course the prices are Walmart prices so they’re gonna be the best.

Stopped in for a few items..came here because it is not as busy as a Super Walmart..Easy to run in and get out quick..Store was clean and well stocked..I had some business at the Money Center..The lady working the center was friendly and knowledgeable..My transaction was over very quickly..I used self check-out..The lines were minimal..I dont think I was in the store 15 minutes..Start to finish..

My first visit at Sams Club. Employees very friendly. Good selection and prices. Wish they would enforce their mask policy for the safety of the employees and customers. We passed by at least a dozen people with masks not covering their mouth & nose & a few others with no mask at all. Lines for check out and customer service are very slow and not efficient.

Had a nice time, found everything ok, I shop at least 2 to3times a week.

If you shop inside the store its great but dont buy fruit using the online/store pick up app because they give you the worst items they have on hand. We never had an issue but for the past three weeks the apples they have given us are very bruised and not good. Its obvious this is their policy, give the bad items to the pick up customers since they dont check the quality of the items until they get home. If this had been a one time thing Id be fine but since its been three weeks in a row it shows that is their way of doing business and its not just a fluke.

This one is a little different from the normal setup. Very clean and well stock, a little more upscale than the norm. BTW, make sure to get a loaf of Puertorican bread, it is excellent for tostadas, sandwiches or to eat it with a cup of coffee.

Did our grocery shopping there, they have plenty of electric carts for handi cap. Friendly and clean.

Apopka Walmart Neighborhood Market is great if you are just looking for groceries and cleaning supplies! No need to fight the crowds at the Walmart Supercenter unless youre looking for more than groceries. More employees and most are more friendly too.

I shop here first to get necessities and important things like their chocolate muffins the 💣 bomb! Clean restrooms! Be careful. The cold rotisserie chickens. Sometimes they are frozen and ruined.

Store is always clean, shelves are stocked, employees are nice and helpful. Prices are pretty good too! Although I wish they had more bogo sales like the other stores do. And they should use more local produce. I live in Florida, I want Florida Fruits and Vegetables. But all in all I love this store and often recommend to other people.

Have lots of specialty products if food is what you want and not the whole WalMart experience this is the way to go.

I love this neighborhood walmart, very clean and the shelves are always stocked or being stocked while Iam there. The workers are attentive as well.. always some cute finds or food I would regularly find at a super walmart!

Always helping the customers, ask about something they check it out for you right away. Sometimes the younger populus ofemployees at the front can act a little put out by a request but this is to be expected because of there age, drama in school and such. The meat department is exceptional!
