Great place for saving money on tools. You probably already know that. Honestly this location is very well stocked. Organized for quick in/out purchases. Or spending time figuring out next project needs.Only wish they had more help to answer questions.

Best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. I came into to the store to do a little sight seeing, but really needed a new caster for my engine hoist. I got stopped by Matt( store manager), and asked if I needed any help. I explained to him what I needed, and he was on it. They didn’t have the part on the shelf, but he went back in the back and was able to find one for me. I’m sure most people would have just said no, and left it at that. But he took a second out of his busy day to help someone. It definitely makes since as to why he is the store manager. Because he likes his job, and he cares. Thanks again sir you definitely got a repeat customer from me...

Store is good, but hard to find. Its located 1 block over with no indication you have to leave the main road and go to the next block. No signs on main road.

We went in just to pick up a few things. It had be recommended by my brother who said the quality was as good as the big stores and the prices were much better.The customer service was just incredible. The clerk helped us find everything quickly, so we decided to browse. My husband came away with a tool set he had been needing but putting off. The price was just right!As for current circumstances, everyone that I saw in the store, both employees and customers, were wearing facemasks. The counters were cleaned after every sale. The baskets and trolleys were wiped down carefully between customers. They were taking precautions very seriously, and I appreciate that. Also, I heard not one complaint about the changes.Color me totally impressed. Well be going here for our needs in the future.

At the checkout, the cashier helped me save money. He explained how by joining the membership, I would save money. Basically, it worked out that I got the product I wanted, saved money, and the two year warranty was 50% off. Now Im a member!

Of all the Harbor Freights I’ve stopped at this location is the only one where there isn’t a long line of people with a coupon in hand wanting their free tape measure, batteries or duct tape.

Friendly associates. Kind of disappointed that they stopped the 20% coupons. Now it is 20% off any item under $10.00. Still some good deals there though.

Great place to buy tools. Quality is ok. Most tools have a lifetime warranty!!! They carry some hard to find sockets and wrenchs. Harbor freight has saved me many times when I’m halfway through a project and find I’m missing a critical tool. Also with the sockets being so cheap (price wise) I can modify them to fit what I need it for

Cheap tools but cheap prices they have every tool possible from super cheap junk to better quality stuff and in between. I like shopping there most of the female employees sorry dont know what tools are or what there used for. I have askedfor special tools and they didnt even know what they were .why they work there or are hired there when they dont know what a Dremel is or a half inch flex drive socket from a hammer I dont know. Only give it 4 stars because they dont sell anything made in this country aside from that you cant beat Harbor Freight but theres some stuff you dont buy from Harbor Freight if you need and very accurate level or something you dont buy it here. But most of the simple hand tools Im impressed with their grinders can you get a 90-day warranty on the power tools you just cant beat it. I try to buy American as much as possible but the American pay sometimes doesnt allow that

Was looking for a lock pick set. To my disappointment I didnt find any.

I needed a buffing wheel..I looked on line found what I needed..I went to the store found the item plus several more of the same type to choose from..Got what I came for plus several more good deals..The item was $1.00 more than the listed price online..I do not like that they have put their catalog on line..I find that I buy less..It is a pain to have to find and print the coupons..Still my go to place for good deals on tools and supplies..Staff is friendly and knowledgeable..

For example, watch repair tools and solar panels.Just be careful whar you buy, as some things might not be of very high quality or last long. Before buying anything of significant cost, I would suggest looking up some reviews.Always give your phone # at checkout. I had to return an item but lost my receipt. They used to be patient with u at the register when your trying to find a coupon but now it seems like they rush you out the door

Service in here sucks. I have been in a lot of them,and this one sucks. They follow you to see if you’re going to steal something.There can be a line if people and they don’t open another cashier. They pass you by,and don’t ask if you need help. That’s why I prefer to go to winter park,Winter garden or south Orlando. Better Customer Service

I love Harbor Freight Tools. My husband and I purchase most of our tools from here. However, this morning I called with a question. The woman that answered the phone was not only very rude, but was very quick to get me off of the phone.

I grabbed a home security set that the pink slip said $29.99 and I was made to feel that I was trying to pull a fast one. I will never step foot inside that place again. The cashier was rude to another customer before we even made up to her in line. If they want to do the bait and switch on someone they need to do it with someone who doesnt pay attention to prices. Ive never had anyone treat me the way I was today.

Great place to get tools, good customer service, great prices. Bought a Chicago electric miter saw and a blade and the precision and cut was amazing.

I came in right before closing time to get a few items... and we all know how store employees love last minute customers. Of course I didnt know where anything was and kept having to ask an employee. Both of them were extremely nice and accommodating. I didnt feel rushed and got the items I needed at a great price!The store was very clean and organized and they actually have great prices on a lot of items.

Harbor freight is generally known for cheap tools. This location seems well-run, and Ive never had a problem with the service at this location. The tools I receive are cheap, and somewhat flimsy, but you get what you pay for, I guess.

Great place for cheap Chinese tools...some of them may not last as long as more expensive Snap-On tools, but then yourre not paying much.! Excellent tool source for the occasional mechanic.
