Over past 3 yrs Complete Air Systems has installed a new AC unit for us, and continue to provide maintenance for this unit. Their technicians are polite, knowledgeable, and take the time to fully explain their process and answer your questions. They answer their phones promptly and schedule appointments with very little wait-time. Definitely a great value.

Aaron came out - on time - and did a thorough checkout (I’ve repaired HVAC systems in the past but not one with a zone system, so I felt better calling pros). The evaluation was explained in detail and recommendations were reasonable and nothing seemed like an unnecessary money making add-on. I was very pleased with Aaron’s professionalism and skill. I’m happy I called Complete Air and - if anything further is needed - plan to use them again. I will ask for Aaron to handle any further service.

A+ response time and customer service!Scheduled a consultation online for a few days out, they called within 30 minutes and said they had an opening that day. Aaron was thorough and explained everything in a way I could understand. Ended up needing a completely new system, and Aaron explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to force a sale on me, but explained the benefits of going with their products and services. He even offered suggestions on other companies who could provide services that they couldn’t (like duct cleaning in the summertime).I took a few days to decide and ended up going with one of their packages. Even over a holiday weekend, they were able to get everything installed within a few days of submitting my request. Thankfully, the size of AC I needed was readily available and they had an open spot the next day to set up an installation appointment (so depending on your specific equipment needs and availability, it may not be as quick, but it isn’t the fault of the company by any means).There were a few hiccups along the way, but Tony explained the whole process and already had solutions to anything that popped up. The whole system was quite outdated, so bumps along the way were not unexpected, but I was very surprised and thankful at how they were willing able to accommodate to get my ac running again.The cherry on top was how they cleaned up every little bit of mess, even going so far as to sweep the driveway clean! I also loved the text updates for appointments being scheduled and their techs being en route.Overall, 10/10. Extremely professional, informative, quick to respond, and their customer service and quality of work was exceptional.

I used Complete Air Solutions for HVAC yearly maintenance. Service repair person broke the power cut off of my outside unit, destroyed the insulation on my inside unit, and stated he would not replace it but wrote me an estimate to have it replaced. LOL A few days later, my AC was still turning off and I called back to have them look at it. The manager wanted to charge me a service call. I think this company is a big scam. They do not care about the customer. Do not use them and the repair men are not experts in this field.Update: I called Nicks Air-conditioning. The tech came out and fixed my outside power cut off free of charge, serviced the air-condition unit and said the previous Tech did not blow out the water discharge line. My A/C is working perfectly now. Note: I just recently painted my residence. I noticed that the Tech from Complete Air Solutions wrote in permanent marker on the outside of my power cut off. Not happy with that.

I called complete air solutions to come out and give me a quote to replace my old ac unit. I was able to make the appointment for that same day. The first thing I noticed was how punctual they were. Tony showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable and gave me all of the information that I needed to make a decision on the right unit for my home. I made my decision and it just happened to work out that the unit I chose was available the next day and they had an open slot. Met Tony for the first time today. My AC kept short cycling. This was the second time I used Complete Air Solutions. Tony was professional and informative. He can when he said he would, made suggestions and was not pushy when I chose to decline those suggested services. The visit went well. He diagnosed the issue, system was short cycling due to a clogged drain. He fixed the issue and did it quickly. Complete Air Solutions is definitely my go-to for A/C service.

Technician Tony Rivera arrived at 12:45 & assessed that the motor was bad. He provided me with my options and associated cost. Would love to give them another attempt but I felt awkward and slightly judged during the service. Having had multiple issues with our A/C unit I have tried different repair companies and different estimates. I finally tried Complete Air Solutions and wish we had known about them sooner. They are a very trustworthy company that charges reasonable labor costs compared to other companies. We have been using them for the last 3 issues with the carrier unit that was installed by our builder 7 years ago. (R.I.P. Worst A/C unit ever) after getting tired of putting more money into repairs we decided to just install a new Trane unit (10 yr warranty). The employees at CA solutions have the knowledge, professionalism and do quality work that you can trust is done right and not feel taken advantage of. Had a good experience with CAS. I was kept informed through the entire process, with text updates on technician arrival times, etc. Had a condenser coil that went bad, was $2600 to repair, even thought the unit was only 7 years old. Tony explained that the previous installer actually installed a 5 ton unit which was too large, and led to the premature coil failure. He further explained that for my size house, max tonnage is 4 tons...he was very thorough in explaining the problem. In the end I decided to go with a new unit as the higher SEER rating compensated for the additional cost of a new unit over repair. Work was done well and the prices fair, I think. Would highly recommend this company.

Have been using CAS for several years. It is a very great company that always provides the very best of service. I would like also to say that the help is very friendly and professional.They clean up very good at the completion of there job.Last month we needed to have a special A/C line.CAS was the only one that was able tofix the problem quickly and cost efficient. Called Tony on New Years Eve for estimate on new A/C & Heating system. He was out the next day. Went over options and quotes in three brands. We went with Trane! I was not an existing customer and had a problem with my A/C on a Saturday morning. My regular service provider could not get to me until Tuesday afternoon and I called Complete Air Solutions as they were recommended by a neighbor. They came out that afternoon, resolved the problem quickly,and at a reasonable cost. Needless to say, I am a customer now.

We had 2 units installed in our offices in the last 18 months and had a recent issue with one of them which is now costing $1000.00. Of course, it is 1 month past the 1 year warranty. I can deal with that but what I cannot tolerate is how I was treated by Tony, the person that answered the phone who thought I was a tele- marketer and hung up on me. He later apologized but I had to quickly get out that I was a customer. I am waiting for a call from the owner, Jackie. I would not do business with these guys again . Very poor customer service and they seem to be only interested in selling you new units. When there is a problem later, they dont back up their work or certainly have the good will to take care of their clients! I have never in my entire life been treated like that by anyone. Be aware if you do business with these charlatans after this review.11/8/19I wanted to amend my experience - I have spoken to the owner Jackie on several occasions who apologized for the individual and her company. She did not make excuses but wanted to do everything she could to make things right. All I wanted was an acknowledgment that I was treated poorly and an apology and she did that. She accepted responsibility and wanted to keep our business which I was happy to accept and move on. That is the way a business should handle these kind of issues. Nobody is perfect and when we are not, its important to not make excuses and be defensive- simply apologize sincerely which Jackie did - Thank you very much!

Felix was a great tech and did a through job. Well done. What I don’t get is my bill? 1) a $65 diagnostic fee which I agreed to. 2) Then a $59 electrical tracing fee? “ Using multimeter, checked all circuits individually, isolated repaired shorted components, & put system back in service.” 3) $132 ... TP-CON 2/24/40 a $40 part at best with 2 bolts and 6 wires. Less than 2 minutes to install. “ De-energized heat disconnect & removed failed contactor. Installed new contactor, reassembled equipment, put system back in service & checked system operation.” Total bill $256. I think my bill was high but what can you do. Company pricing. Again Felix was professional a well trained tech.

Complete Air Solutions detected the location of a coolant leak in my ac. I was impressed with Tonys customer service focus, his persistence and the extensive HVAC knowledge required to find the elusive leak.

Felix was a great technician! Highly recommend.
