Have waited to put a review. Ive had my cover for 1 year now to date. Really pleased with how this has held up to the elements. I live in Florida and the spa is exposed to sunlight most of the day. Very happy with the product.

Edit 11-02-2020I received another response from this company & now the damage is due to squirrels or birds or some other type of animal. Its also due to the reshingle of our roof. As we have stated the new lid is in the exact same environment and hut tub position our last lid. That lid lasted 15+ years while this new lid lasted over just a year. We do not want anything from this company. We dont want a new lid. We dont want a discounted lid. We received a substandard lid compared to our last lid. We will purchase a new lid from a different company.Edit 10-30-2020We received an email today from this company stating they did find the original pictures we sent and the dirt & damage are due to our dog. We replied the dirt is called tabacco staining from our new shingle roof and we have the roofers & manufacturers statements to prove this. As far as the damage being done by our dog ( the bite & claw marks as they put it ) We dont & never have owned a dog. We do own a cat that never leaves the house The damage they saw in the photos we original sent was due 100% to the elements. They called us a few not so kind words. While telling us we wanted something for free & if we would have just come to them the would have given us a discounted new cover. We did go through them by going through the place of purchase and the response we recieved was the damage was due to the elements & its not covered under warranty. Now its the damage is due to our dog & thats not covered under warranty. I would not expect if a pet damaged a product that it would be covered under warranty. We dont own a dog. The funny thing is the last lid lasted over 15 years while this lid lasted less then 18 months. The spa itself has been in the same exact location for 18 -19 years. Nothing has changed except the lid. This lid fell apart due to the elements not a dog. I will update as they communicate with us. We are not looking for anything free. We just want people to see what we are dealing with.Edit. 10-27-2020We gave blue water spa covers the name they will find the order under. They stated the backyard super store never forwarded the pictures of the lid that fell apart. I have all documentation that Bruce from backyard superstore sent Blue water spa covers all the pictures and the response Bruce received from blue water spa covers warranty department.We ordered a spa cover from back yard superstore the cover was provided by Blue Water Spa Covers. After 18 months the cover started to fall apart. The response from Blue water Spa Covers was that falling apart is not a manufacturers defect to be covered under warranty.I will purchase a new cover from another company that might actually build something that lasts but most importantly a company that will stand by its product.Buyer beware. Terrible quality & Horrendously awful customer care.

Waterworks Pool & Spa (my store) has been using Blue Water for over 10 years now and have found them to be a top notch company. Brian is always helpful and they have most of the templates for all major brands of hot tubs.
