Do not waste your time these people took my money almost $500 for a prototype in hopes of getting my product made. I never got a product just a run around and being passed around to different people from Patrick to Kayce down to interns. I am a mother of three and work very hard for my money. They pick and choose who they want to put effort into. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!

I really didnt want to have to write a negative review because Im all about supporting local businesses, but Id like to spare other people from having the same horrible experience Im going through now. Please stay away from this company. I wish I could give zero stars. Ive been waiting since November for my product and still dont have it. Solid Print 3D took my money and still havent provided the promised printed product in return. And worse they have now stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. Since November they have continued to give me the run around with a promise of a product, but then miss the promised deadline. Now here I am months later with still no product in hand and no communication from the company. Beware of this company and their shady practices!!! Please spare yourself from being scammed like I was.

Phenomenal results and the prices were very reasonable. The entire team worked diligently to help me achieve my end result. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a polished product!

Patrick and his coworkers are just amazing. I was looking for someone to duplicate a family heirloom- a cast of my (deceased) dads hand in a baseball pitch pose- and they came up with a way to make a mold and duplicate.I saw how they put much thought and care into how to do it and how to get perfect results.Patrick kept me informed on the progress and was friendly and professional.They care about doing not just a good job but a great job. They are smart and technically talented. I am grateful and appreciative.Great company and wonderful employees!

Thought I needed a 3D printing of some letters and the guy suggested to laser cut them out. That saved me time and money and they turned out just the way I wanted. Came to pick them up and they have a impressive shop.

Can I give 6 stars. I recommend this company to everyone. Working with a team that is all in house is also the way to go. I had been to 4 other companies trying to solve my prototype issues. I was so impressed with how the owner Patrick and his team were able to see where the issues were immediately.. He identified and pin pointed the issues to fix. He also helped to change my design to make it even better than it was originally. I wish I had started off with him from the beginning. I have never been so happy to pay an invoice in my life. Solid 3D is by far the Best 3D printing in Orlando hands down! Fast is not the word. 18 machines running around the clock means you will have your deadline met. When I walked in the door and saw all the machines printing I was blown away.Patric and Mike even work on the weekends, now that’s a real business. They got me quoted and print started on a Sunday? I’m sorry but but most 3D printers don’t even answer their phone or email on a weekday much less Sunday.Their years mastering their craft mtches their customer service and dedication, that’s why these guys print for my friends at Siemens.Don’t get scammed by weekend warrior garage wannabes with only one machine. Weve worked with Solid Print 3D on several projects, and have always found extreme value in the professional services they have provided.

Wow! All I can say is wow!......This is not just the best 3D company on the planet but I have never experienced customer service like this before.Most businesses, if a mistake is made, they blame the customer or blame their manager but never truly apologize. We had them print a part for our custom built generators and there was a small ridge inside making the part not fit on the shaft. Not only did they deeply apologize and changed company protocol on printing shaft parts (never see any business to do that now days) but they reprinted the part and over nighted it too us? I’m amazed! I told them our rush is not their problem and wanted to pay for the over night shipping but Patric refused my money.Wow! What a breath of fresh air in this day in age. These guys are the best my team has ever worked with. The 3D print itself that can withstand hundreds of pounds of rotational force at high RPM’s, their ultra fast prototyping turn around, their knowledge and customer service is definitely out of this world. Now I can see why NASA is one of their clients and recommends them. NASA actually recommends them and credits Solid Print on NASA’s website which is one of the reasons we choose them.My team can not express in words how impressed we are and what a pleasure working with them has been. Solid Print 3D has our business for life. O, I forgot to mention their quote beat all other quotes we could get, which is the icing on the cake.If your project is important to you don’t trust your project to or waste valuable time with anyone else, especially if you want your project to go better then expected!

Stay away from this business! I went in to have some drawings created and paid in full but the job was not completed and they kept my money anyways. I tried reaching out to them but Solid Print 3D would not answer. Their business practices are horrible and dishonest.
