Bayshore Mailbox Company is tops in customer service. I ordered a mailbox door to replace a broken mailbox door. I was out of town but when I returned about two weeks later, I realized I had ordered the wrong size. I called and spoke with Brittany, the sales manager. She assured me that everything would be taken care of. I googled “how to fix an enclosed mailbox” and discover this product. Wow! I ordered it immediately and within minutes if it’s arrival, the door was fixed. I wish I would have discovered this sooner!

If I could give this business a zero star, I would. I ordered a white mailbox door and a black one was sent instead. I tried contacting the company via phone and email many many times over a couple month period and cannot get a response from either. The voicemail fills up every few days and then its cleared out so I know they are getting my messages. I dont trust this place and neither should you. It looks like communication is not their best attribute. I just need a white door on my white mailbox......is that too much to ask?
