What a rude employee, I was merely trying to find a place to sell my dead parents antiques. This person went to tell me what consignment is. I have 3 degrees on IT, I am educated enough to understand your companies title. I only wanted to know what was a good ave to start. If this is California business, jandleing a new perspective customer, keep your items...I dont it

This is a wonderful consignment place to get deals the owners are awesome and friendly and lots of upscale merchandise to sell.

Very nice and appealing inside with lots of beautiful, unique and interesting items. Great customer service too. The hutch pictured now in my possession and a well made piece.

The staff and owner are extremely rude and unprofessional people. They get trash and junk and wash or paint it and hike up the cost. Any questions are met with a rude attitude like how dare I ask him a question about a product Im trying to give him business for. I went to Carraige House Antiques on Hesperia Rd. Much better service and quality!!

Bill was friendly and helpful. I went in to purchase a curio cabinet advertised, but found 2 others I liked better. He was more than happy to empty the cabinet I chose, removed and wrapped the glass shelves, secured the doors and his partner helped us load the cabinet in our truck. The shop has a lot of items to choose and some were a walk down memory lane.

Beautiful things in this store and a lot to see.Can be pricey but you can always find some specialty items for good prices.

I love shopping here. The guys are very nice and helpful and you can just take your time and look around all you want. They are helpful but dont bug you while youre shopping. They have very nice things and the store is clean and orderly. Overall I rate Consign & Design a big fat 5!!

We have purchased dozens of items here. My favorite place to shop for home decor and accessories in the high desert. Great merchandise, great prices, huge inventory, an always new merchandise daily. So clean and inviting. Bill and Braidy run a great store.

Lovely place and i was there today when i believe the owner snapped at a gentleman about a tv stand he was looking at . I was in the other room and heard it, i walked out a little after and my fiance was outside looking at the 2 cabinets with his friend, i told him that that owner was rude and not to bother asking for a discount because a older man was just yelled at . i dont think ill be going there anymore . Professionalism is the key word here, try acting like it even if you had a bad day .

I go in there a lot and did buy a few items and I went with a friend of mine, he asked the older tall gentleman with glasses if he could buy a piece of furniture for a discount and the man was rude and loud and yelled out NO, I felt so embarrassed for my gentleman friend and walked out the door, that is no way to treat any customer at all, next time lower your voice and say things politely, everyone in there just looked and shook their head .
