Had what was needed, helpful in providing different options. Got in and got out. Would of been 5 stars if the clerks werent so... talkative amongst themselves... 3 or 4 clerks behind the counter and only 1 doing something other than visiting with each other.

I cannot say enough about their staff of quality helpers. They are the best.

I live over 30 minutes away from this location. So i tried to call ahead to see if they have my part in stock. The rep told me to hold for 2 minutes. Waited on hold for over 10 minutes. For them to hang up on me. Tried calling back 2 times and no answer. Gonna have to take my business elsewhere

Love that they can hook your car up for free & print any codes that are read up for you. Assisted in determining what was wrong with the car and where to start!

Instead of giving me customer service I was followed around, my intelligence insulted, and low key comments made by the girl helping me and to top it off because of the horrible, condescending, and judgmental service I received. The stores inventor error was put on me, as if I stole it, then asked for assistance 2or3 times about that and 1 other thing. But instead of receiving informative help I was treated as if I were guilty of a crime I DID NOT COMITE.. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST DETERRENT FOR LEFT!! Leave the rest to loss prevention!

Prices are really good, Korean and taiwanese parts are good, avoid Chinese parts if you can.

5 stars for the guy who waited. So we showed up tonight 10 minutes before closing, the Hispanic guy literally locked my friend inside at 957. Saying he just wants to go home cuz hes opening early. Understandable. Not. But things happen. Then a white guy comes right at 10 to lock door but it was already locked....5 stars for him. Cuz things happen and Time constraints suck but theres nothing u can do about it. Brakes dont fail and tires dont blow on business hours time.

I needed to have my battery tested and replaced, when I first arrived every employee was with a customer and they were very busy but still got through the line fairly quickly. First employee we had was Christopher and he tested our battery, He was very helpful even though he was at the end of his shift. He explained the process, and then traded me off to an employee who just started his shift. This employee was Arthur, he charged my battery found out it was bad and went over battery options with me. He was very informative and he didn’t make me feel pushed into a decision. He answered every question I had. Even my 10 year old sons questions which I thought was so above and beyond, he didn’t have to but my son was very interested in it all so he made him feel included in the process. He then replaced my battery where again my son had a ton of questions and he took the time to answer all of them. At this point we were the only customers they had so I didn’t feel like we were taking up his valuable time. Thank you for going above and beyond Arthur and Christopher we will for sure be a returning customer.

This is by far the worst Autozone I have ever been too, me and my fiance had an issue with our 2011 acura TL sh-awd (j37a4). We just found out that it has an oil consumption problem and the oil light had come on indicating we needed some oil, due to the COVID 19 pandemic we parked at the end of the parking lot to get away from everyone that was outside (alot of who were not wearing masks or social distancing). We called the store and a very rude employee by the name of Christopher C. answered the phone and had a very combative and angry tone from the beginning, he told us we HAD to come to the front of the store and once we got there he told us in a very rude way that we HAD to have the ID and credit card that was used for the purchase (mind you I have been to the Autozone on Main st in Hesperia for multiple items since the pandemic began and NEVER once had an issue, I went to Best Buy in Victorville in April during the lockdown and picked up $1400 worth of TVs and sound equipment and was never treated like this even remotely). Chrostopher C. treated us like we were criminals and even insisted that I remove my mask while he took a significant amount of time (while I was exposed) to look from my ID to my face a bunch of times all because my fiance (Jessica) was the pickup person and me (Richard Brown) payed for it, which is exactly the way it was done at all the other places we have visited and we never had a problem (like we are trying to steal 2 quarts of 5w 20 motor oil). I am immunocompromised and a Veteran of the United States Navy, Christopher C. chose to act in a very unprofessional and rude way in uncertain and dangerous times to boot, he could have chosen any other time to act like that but he didnt. I did my time serving my country and paying it forward so that people like Christopher C. can go on being unprofessional and rude to whoever they feel like, I called corporate and will continue to pursue this matter because people like Christopher C. shouldnt work in retail.

There is thus worker named Kara she like to click when your waiting on hold for a good twenty min nd she picks up greets you and as your speaking she clicks on you. Then when you tell her after calling a second time she puts you on hold well your speaking. Your ride and need to learn your people skills before you mess up on the wrong costumer.

A girl at the counter tried to hustle me. I asked for cable chains. Told me that I couldnt get cable chains because of the type of car I had. She tried to sell me a bunch of snow extras that I didnt ask for. She bumped the price to $200. Besides that, I know my car! Ive bought cable chains before. So, I left and I bought my cables at OReilys for $90. Know when youre being hustled folks! What a joke.

Rude and unprofessional

I went in a little nervous because I am not good with cars and automotive parts but the sales team was extremely friendly andmade sure that I had everything right before I left. I definitely recommend if you need parts or anyting else for your car

As I was waiting to be helped, two employees made eye contact with me but didnt acknowledged me. They didnt seem to be doing anything except for walking behind the counter. Christopher, who was on the floor helping others asked if he could help me. He was very helpful. After he started helping me, one of the previous employees started helping another customer! The store was somewhat busy. I just think that the 2 employees could have been involved sooner.
