I love Golden State Water.The staff are so nice whether you see them in person or on their customer service line.This is a company that cares about the people they service and that is almost a rarity these days.

Always patient and helpful when i call. if i ever need an extension on my payment they have no problem whatsoever. the rates could be better and i read something about them going up next year which would be a huge disappointment. but overall pretty great company

I like this utility company. Of all the utility companies Ive had to pay, this company has been the most friendly. Calling to active service, I got a super friendly rep that went out of her way to answer my questions and be happy about it too. Users can pay online via Western Union for a $2/mo service charge - takes a few days to appear (online) once you get the bill in the mail. I missed my bill by several days and never got a late fee (called in and apologized and paid promptly - they verified the payment) so not being nickel and dimmed is nice. Ive walked by this place on Hitt Road - super small building. The staff they hire alone make it an A+ business imo.
