Unable to lift my Chevy 1500 for a tire rotation. Unable to get a oil filter I had to order and bring it with me. Technician and manager took 15 minutes to determine if they could service my vehicle. Was never told I could sit in there waiting area.

Gave these guys a call to see if they could service the transmission on my car on Saturday, they told me they could and to bring the car in, so I did. When I got there it was like they were hesitating, then they started asking me why did I wanted to service the transmission? I said because it needed one. Then they asked if the car was shifting hard? I said no, the car drives fine. Let me see if we have a compatible oil for your car. A few minutes later a guy comes to the counter and asks; why do I want to service the transmission again. I said cause it needs it and I also asked what do you guys recommend? He said to have it serviced. But then he asked me for records of previous services, which I dont have. He said it was because they couldnt give me a warranty without me showing them said past service records. I told them just to do it, the car is a 2013 model its an old car I said. He said let me check make sure we have the oil for your car. After all that he returns to the counter to tell me that they did not have the oil for the transmission and recommended for me to take it to a transmission specialist and that he was sorry for the inconvenience. Not going back to that place again.

These guys were on it, they know what theyre doing and its done in a Jiffy! If they find something wrong with your vehicle during the free 31 point inspection theyll come to talk to you about the problem in a way you can understand, and let you know if itll be safe to drive and give you options on repairing, I let them fix mine right there on the spot, cheap too. Just sign to give permission, they show you the part or parts they replaced, the work is all video taped, you could even sit in your car and watch these guys do there thing. Im impressed with the entire crew, theyre honest, fast and excellent, knowledgeable mechanics, all the work performed is documented. Overall, these guys are just great, they care about your safety, when your fluids get low just swing by and theyll top them up for free, I dont think you can get anything better than that.

Like to take advantage of woman! Dont take your car, truck, Van, ect there. You should never pay 122 for an oil change.

Pulled in for oil change and tire rotation. Was told I had a bad engine knock cause it was low on oil and had carbon buildup. Had to sign a release of liability to have the oil changed. Came home and found a loose heat shield that was rattling. Tightened it down and noise is gone. Would of been an easy fix for them and I would of been a happy customer. But they decided to try to sell me an engine clean service. This place is a joke and I am done with going to Jiffy Lube.

I had a bad experience at this location. They did not tighten the oil bolt on right, causing the oil to spill out of my car. When I pointed out to the associate at the counter they acted as if I was in the wrong. I just wanted them to fix the issue, I feel like like customer service is severely lacking at this place. Will not return and will let everyone I know about my experience here.

Gus really is amazing. I live in Utah, and my daughter and her roommates broke down in California on a spring break road trip. Thank goodness they ended up with Gus. He went above and beyond to help get everything repaired and back on the road as soon as possible. The entire staff was very nice and helpful every step of the way. We got outstanding work done on the vehicle, with great customer service, for a price that was more than fair for the amount that needed to be done. He even sent the old broken parts home with my daughter so I could verify the work done with my local mechanic. If you need any service or repairs and you are in the area, do yourself a favor and go see Gus.

I had the headlights on my wifes car cleaned and polished up. I had a guy by the name of Kody help me out and was able to answer all of my questions quickly and confidently. They dis a great job and the headlights look brand new. I will be coming back for the customer service and knowledge.

I went there for an oil change, found out that I have a leak in my oil pan, and yet they offer a free top off service in between oil changes. Fred has been very helpful since my oil change and topping off my oil every week. I highly recommend jiffy lube off of Bear valley boulevard.

Service is good. I just dont like how they lure you with their special price and then try to scare you into upgrading to a much more expensive option.

I went in for a transmission service and oil change. Left and a few hours later i noticed a significant amount of leaking from my transmission and oil. Went back to the victorville location to have it checked. The apple valley location did not tighten the bolts causing both to leak. A worker told me both bolts were loose and they will fix it. Then the manager came to me and decided to tell me the leaking was just from residue and they wiped it down. WHAT A JOKE. All these places do is lie. Just happy it was fixed. Will not be going back.

Bad idea to take your car here. Went to get my oil changed and took my car into a mechanic 2 weeks later and my oil was half gone, they didnt fill my car all the way with oil. I got on the phone with the manager and the boy refused to give me a refund while admitting that less oil was put into my car than car takes, 5 quarts. Manager is smug and unhelpful and should be replaced if the franchise owner wants this location to make money. The workers are nice and helpful though, probably just following orders from the shady manager so the manager can keep their job because they are incapable of leadership. If you have to go to jiffy lube go to another location but I would just recommend taking your business elsewhere.

To start with, the guy carefully brought my cabin filter to show me how dirty it was and I took it and held it to the side and the dirt mostly all feel off. He told me reasons why I still need to change it so I told him to go ahead but I wanted to keep the old one. So while I was sitting there holding the old one he came and said, you dont need to hold that, Ill put it in the car for you.As I was leaving I went to wash the bird turds of the window that they didnt wash, (one of the services included), and found no window washing fluid, (another service supposed to be included), so I went back to ask them​ to fill the fluid and then noticed my old cabin filter was not in the car, so the guy filling the fluid asked the guy that was helping me before about it and I saw him get it from the trash. So this makes me think he didnt want me showing it to anyone and also Im wondering what other services did I not get that I was supposed to get and paid for.

I dont not recommend using Jiffy Lube. They left my oil plug lose and the oil drained out while I was driving. Hopfuly I found it in time. I hope because there was no oil left in the pan. When I talked to them they called me a liar so I called there manager and told him what happen and he said he would give me a refund but that never happened. I have been using them for more then 20 yrs. And this unacceptable and not the first time they have screwed my vehicle up. The last time they left my air filter hanging out of the cartridge. But this will be the last time I will go there...look around for a better shop to get your oil changed and for less. They have no clue what they are doing.....

Pretty disappointed in the customer service. I called in the day before to get a quote for high mileage oil change $69.99. The male who answered the phone also mentioned 12 off for the month of March. When I went to pay I was nice but vocal about the price I was given over the phone. The male African American who checked me out became instantly rude. He gave me the discounted price but the reduction in price was accompanied with rudeness. I will not be going here again.

Went for power steering flush and they didnt do it and charged for it, I found out when i went to service my car somewhere and checked my power steering fluid and they said it was old and that hasnt been changed.

Everyone there was friendly and fast. When my car had problems, the mechanic there was able to repair the issues. He was honest about what needed to be repaired and I did not feel like he was trying to over charge me and take advantage. Hard to find these kind of people these days, so I continue to take my car there for not only oil changes, but for any mechanical repairs my car may need.

They helped me out, and printed out what i needed for future replacement which a few shops Ive been to expect you to memorize it

Gus is the man. He genuinely cares about the customer and never tries to over sell you anything you dont need. Hes extremely knowledgeable and explains the inner workings of the car so an uneducated car owner can understand with ease. I see alot of poor reviews on here but call and give them a chance. If gus is in hell take care of you.

Went today to get an oil change asked for pricing was quoted $90 not including tax for 5 quarts of oil, 1 filter, and to check other fluids. Also was told I would not find a cheaper price under $100 for my 2015 Nissan sentra. Now it may be because Im a female but I am no fool when its comes to cars and maintenance. I find the pricing to be outrageous and disrespectful. I will never return to this place or any other jiffy lube if this is the treatment I receive. Shame on you. This place deserves ZERO STARS!!!!

Very bad customer service, very rude, my Mother needed an oil change, the guy seemed like he had didnt want to be at work. He short and rushing. He was not friendly and had a really bad attitude.

Terrible service ! Worst experience ever. They wanted to over charge me and when I changed my mind they messed up part of my car so bad I don’t even know how to fix it or get it fixed without it costing me a fortune. Absolutely ridiculous and now they are taking no responsibility for it.

So the basic package was quoted to me over the phone at $24.99.... ok, so when I told the man on the phone that I have already purchased my own oil and filter the price went up to $33.00!!!! Labor only he says. Tell me why it costs $8 more when I purchase the oil. I hate you Jiffy Lube.

Overall I paid $51.00 for a can of oil. Nothing was done to my car that I paid for.These guys are a joke. Plan to follow up at jiffy lube on Mon.

I went in for trans service, the mechanic comes out and says he cant service it because its a sealed transmission, Ok fair enough I told him I had a shutter and he tells me my transmission is done ...hes a basic oil change guy, he doesnt know how to use their equipment because if he did he would of been to hook the computer up and do it....JOKE
