After purchasing and ordering siding, we attempted to pick up our order. On our first attempt, we called at 3:45pm knowing they were closing at 4pm to confirm we could still grab the siding. No one answered. On our second attempt, we arrived at 3:52pm. We walked into the store, but the lights were turned off and were promptly told they were closed. We were able to plead with them to simply process the rest of the transaction and hand us our purchased siding. This company does not have a strong customer service ethic and we will not be purchasing materials from here. We are in the market for countertops and will find the material elsewhere.

So we went here today because our kitchen is getting redone and our deck. So we went in with the idea of possibly getting cabinets or deck stuff. Well upon entering we got a wave and hello from a man on the phone....no I will be with you in a minute. There was also another man sitting right next to him on the phone. We then heard them get off the phone e then make a joke to each other . We continued to walk around the store aimlessly for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Finally I said is anyone going to help us.... we look and one guy is sitting there doing nothing . Finally my wife goes up to him and ask a question...he answers ....nicely....but goes back to sitting there. The sales acumen of these 2 were horrible...not sure if they were sales people but as someone e who owns a business and manages people I would have wanted my non sales people to get someone. So needless to say they loss a potential sale there an I will not let my wife spend our hard earned dollars there. Also the hours are not great as they close at 4 when most people are not done working.....so to think I took time away to go here makes this even worse.

About the least helpful place Ive been to in a while. Wanted to get help ordering some storm windows and was told by the sales person that I dont have time to look that up, I have other customers waiting. Ill find a different Marvin dealer.

Stop in looking for windows, noticed how busy it was. I looked around a while noticed they have door, deck, cabinet, window displays. I was walked through the different brands and some options for windows and they also referred an installer. I choose Marvin and excited for my windows to come in. I will be back for my new exterior door and maybe composite decking!

Love my new cabinets and the custom door that we also ordered last-minute after the big box store was back-ordered.

I used Lamperts for my entire lumber package and cabinets for my new house and it was the worst mistake I ever made. My cabinet order was so messed up and took a total of 8 months to make it right. Some of my returns were not credited property unless I called them on it, and the mistake on ordering the wrong trusses caused my basement to be 16 taller than I wanted with lots of additional costs related to that. I strongly urge you not to use Lamperts for anything more than $10

I walked in to buy some lumber and not a single employee was wearing a mask. Ill take my business elsewhere.

We called to see if they had4x4 treated posts... they said yes and it was $18 something per 4x4x12... when we got there the unfriendly employee proceeded to tell us they were 30$ each with a 5 dollar per cut fee. He proceeded to belittle us for needing a cut fee. Then he belittled another employee too! Unbelievable ...Will never be back!

Green treated lumber was double the price of Menards, i could understand a bit of a markup for the smaller store but double is a little out of hand. Guy at the desk was rude and informed me that their lumber was of a much higher quality which is also false.

Been a customer for over 13 years of renovation. Always the best selection of quality materials. Ask for Len (but all the folks are great there)!

This is not a lumber yard... They do not realy do walk in customers this is more for the guy building homes not the guy just lookin for wood..
