Pick up order. Will never come here again. Pick up was 12 Multi color net lights. Worker brings out 6 boxes, 2 multi color and 4 clear. Been waiting 10 more minutes and he hasnt come out yet. He barely speaks English. Horrible service. Will never order Pick up from Apple Valley ever again.

I called to inquire on a last minute makeup product. After I told her what the product name was she put me on hold without warning. She didn’t even wait for me to spell the product name before doing so, I find this important because it was a hard to pronounce name so I doubt she understood what I was talking about. Especially after saying she couldn’t hear me after answering the phone. I sat on hold for near 30 minutes listening to glitchy elevator music without any response.

VERY GOOD customer service throughout the store and also at the pharmacy.Door attendance personnel, grocery isle personnel & cashier personnel.Very nice area in general & can usually find convenient parking. 😊😊😊

Well it’s what you expect from a Walmart. Terrible service, broken carts that make you hit other people, very dirty and unorganized and empty shelves, very low stocking, smokers outside the store making it smell very bad when you come in. Another thing is that there are 3-4 at both entrances greeting people, but when I click the push for assistance button no one comes. They probably should have a more useful job like assisting the customers then talking with their coworkers.There are also giant stocking just laying around the aisles that make it hard to get around.Tip: Use the Walmart app too find your things, because you’ll be lucky to find an employee for assistance.

Apple Valley Walmart is, in my opinion, one of the best Walmarts around. Not only is it located in the heart of Apple Valley with everything else around that you could possibly need but it is also extremely well staffed! I love the staff here they are always very welcoming at the front door and there is at least one person always stocking shelves in every other aisle that are more than willing to help you and always know where the stuff is that youre looking for if asked. And they are all very personable! Keep up the great work Walmart team!!!! You guys ROCK!!!! 🤩🥳🥰

This walmart was so disgusting and so un-organized! I could not believe that the manager here allows their store to look like this. Also every employee I encountered had the nastiest attituded. This is literally the worst walmart Ive ever been to and will never visit again.

Wow, what an awesome place to shop. Im only in town for the week and only stopped in super fast to grab my rabbits some snacks. The woman working the self checkouts today is amazing. So is the greeter. They treated me extremely well and I left feeling good. Thats grade A customer service right there!!! The woman even fixed the price on something for me that I thought was cheaper than it was when I scanned it on my phone. :) Thank you for your outstanding customer service. I will return anytime I am back in town.

I can honestly tell you to spend a couple of bucks more and go to target. If you use drive up service experience is far superior, the only time you can actually get your groceries in less than 15 minutes at Walmart in Apple Valley is in the morning.I actually watched a single mom with screaming kids in her car walk up to the door go in to get her groceries and haul them out herself one time. She had arrived before me and she did this at about a half hour mark of the two of us sitting there, I had finally given off after 45 minutes.. Also, target does not have a minimum price for what you ordered if you want curbside pickup. I once ordered $80 worth of stuff from Walmart and tried. to go and add one thing two minutes past the point where you could add, and it would not let me. Walmart is always is junk. I do not however mean to disparage the many really wonderful employees working at the store. They are unable to change what is wrong, but they’re always nice. They are the only reasons that I gave more than one star.

I originally rated 4 stars but am now taking one away. The self checkout lines are ridiculously long and slow. Usually only one manned register open otherwise you need to scan your own stuff.

My go-to walmart! Staff are friendly, they always have everything I need, everything is easy to find, store is clean and organized. Will always be going here as long as I live nearby!

Walmart has everything plus some in regards to home items. I wish all Walmart Superstores were laid out similarly. I rarely purchase groceries from Walmart other than bakery items. Also, I would of appreciated knowing that the door i entered in would be unavailable/locked at 10pm? Before i hiked to that end of store. And Why? Why? Why? Dont big stores with big parking lots have some way to identify the row you parked in - like Southdale did years ago. Giraffe isle? Elephant isle...something then when i cant exit thru door i entered and visual recall not available- i could find location easily.

Good place to go if your looking for a big list of things as the super center has more item than other walmarts. Clean bathrooms. Never waited in a line. Friendly staff.

This Walmart is just average. Because it is hard to find an item with the way it is arranged. For example, size 6 hanger t shirt has size 10 t shirt. If we dont look at the t shirt size on t shirt, we will be fooled and again have to return it. Very messy arrangement and particularly the clearance section. I got some clothes for my child and didnt check much because of children item. The clothes were literally stinking with the odor of sweat.

Variety of products. But EXTREMELY messy and lack of pride in departments. Example womens intimates and apparel... packages were torn open and all over the floor, lots of holes(missing product. No assistants to help or just ignored. Self check out was easy.

The customer service was so discriminated against Asian and super rude. She works at the money services. I had to asked to see the manager after all mistreated. he was so nice and respectful.

Its what youd expect from a Walmart honestly but this location always seems to be such a mess. Things arent where they should be, clearance aisles are a total disaster - nothing on shelves, several items on the ground, just chaos.I find it strange that this Walmart seems to have everything set up completely different compared to other Walmart locations. I can never easily navigate this store without having to backtrack and walk around the entire store to try and find what I am looking for.The bathrooms here are almost always nasty too, the last few times I have been there the trash cans for paper towels were completely overflowing so much so that people had just begun throwing theirs on the floor next to it. Just gross.Whenever I find myself needing to go to this location, I try my best to minimize my shopping list as much as I can and choose to shop elsewhere for the things I dont get - i just want to get in and get out as quickly as possible.

Great worker, not so great managementToday I picked up an order. No one answered the phone the first time I called. It seemed like they were short staffed.Part of my order was damaged, laundry product leaking. The man who brought my order out, took the damaged parts back and replaced them. He was cheerful and helpful, and I appreciated what he did and the way he did it.

Really like Walmart Supercenter. Has many products and items. I can find what Im looking for. The employees are nice. Theyre willing to help you find anything youre looking for. Walmart Supercenter is my place to shop at.

Ive never walked into this store without it being decimated. All the clothes are perpetually in boxes on the floor. I dont know if they ever make it to the shelves because they are always empty. Ive honestly thought the place might be closing before because of how bad it was. Save yourself the time and go to any other walmart. They are always out of things or the item youre looking for is discarded out in the store. But hey I guess if you like playing where is Waldo you might like it.

Had to go to the cashiers to get any help. The Manager actually helped me find what I was looking for. So, a thank you for that.

Got a decent deal on a leather belt. Printer ink was way picked over and I had to go with a very expensive XL cartridge or none at all. I do not believe the XL cartridges give you 2.5 times the printed pages. Printer companies take advantage of you on the ink.

Staff isnt always helpful things tend to be out of place. Note to the Apple valley store please put a call button at the hunting fishing section. I waited 15 minutes to buy ammo.... Fast track today is 04/26/18 allot has changed for the better. Everything is in order, think there was a turnaround in staff. It was a pleasant experience. All the spring gardening and lawn items are out. Very well organized

Poor customer service I experienced here. I asked for customer assistance, the lady, who works at this store the way she tried to answer my question was not helpful at all. A poor customer service. I’ve already addressed the situation to her manager. ☹️

It is larger than a usual Wal-Mart, but it doesnt have a proportional variety of items. It does have produce, meat, deli, pharmacy, frozen foods, dairy, and the more usual things; please call to confirm that they have a particular item you want before you get there.

Wal-Mart is what they all are, and nobody wants to change the culture. So I give a standard review and say store was mostly clean. Staff was inattentive and unknowledgeable.

Daughter bought $700 plus stuff there & the Walmart help was OUTSTANDING, though, some items wanted were out of stock...like bunkbeds for an example. She was so burnt out from her busy, busy shopping experiences there (& some new credit cards issues, too💰) that we both neglected to tip the well deserved 3 (or was it 4?¿) workers afterwards who helped load the carts into her suv. We r BOTH QUITE SORRY for that oversight😜

To start things off, the store was super messy, clothes were thrown all over the place. The employees were rude and dismissive, and we waited 20 minutes at the pickup station for an order and nobody came with our items AFTER customer service was made aware. Last time I ever give my business to the Apple Valley location. Spend your money at a store that gives a d#%n about its customers because this one obviously doesnt.

If I have to go to a Walmart, this one is not as bad as eden prairie. But the employees are still not capable. I was just picking up an online order and the employee working sent me home when the order available because they had no idea what was going on. I had to drive back the next day.

Three associated couldnt tell me where the frozen blueberries were located, no signage for canned fruit, and the line at the Pharmacy was ridiculous. Remind associates to politely remind Old, Older and really Oldest persons to get their pay cards out before the items are rung up .

Just left, while I was shopping today I noticed that the shelves are stocked for Christmas. Walking in, the barricade was off but only the grocery side entrance was open. We did also oblige the Welchs Sparkling juice that are $2.77 each right now. Hurry up and get those. The gift sets are out there now. Mens, Womens and kids body wash/shampoo/conditioner sets. Get your little bathroom sets too. Alright yall, good read. ☕

Your management stinks and your store is in disarray and hard to maneuver around in. Your meeting food and cheese Department it ran very well and has good employees they need a raise the other Buddys in the rest of the store need a race to except for management

It’s Walmart. Usually had to find parking, but the sure has what you need. Nice grocery section and while the hard lines has what you need there isn’t much variety, so don’t expect allot of choices.

Its a Walmart, what can I say? I refuse to use the self checkout lanes that are plenty. I chose the lane with a real live cashier. I got good service and felt like I was helping to keep it person employed. For this, I will wait in line longer. Walmart makes it ton of money and should keep people employed. Interacting with a cashier is the American way instead of stressing about about running a machine that Im not being paid to do the work.

Dumpy And run down only go there cuz I have to get supplies, I dont understand why Apple Valley Walmart is so bad and all the other Walmarts are very well kept Im assuming it is to management

It used to be a great store-now its usually out of stock and basically looks run down. They have 2 annoying greeters that stop you everytime you leave the store to check your reciept if you have an item out of a bag...ex: pop, tp, my kid even had candy and they check the receipt.....weird! annoying

They helped me with my Nerf Supiriority in our family Nerf war. Nerf 2 Ultra 6x is Boss!

Its walmart. Theyre on average better on maintaining inventory than other locations. They keep the store fairly clean. Employees seem happy when interacting with each other.

Everytime I buy something here Im either followed in the store or racially profiled at the door on my way out! 3 white people with full carts were not stopped, but me being black and only buying 1 item is apparently a crisis.

I don’t go to Walmart often but this Walmart is pthe cleanest and friendliest Walmart I have ever been in. I was so pleasantly surprised that I made a mental note to myself, — Apple Valley Walmart will be my go to Walmart for any Walmart needs a will have in the future. It is definitely worth the drive for the clean environment and attentive associates!

Isles are full of unpacked food and hardly room to walk or be socially distanced. Most of the produce was gone or slim pickings. At least check out was easy to do with many options.

Look, you all know walmart. It has all the things at decent prices. What Im commenting specifically on is how un-autism-friendly this Walmart was. Super bright lights, super loud sounds, super crowded aisles. I cant imagine anyone on the spectrum going in here and not melting down five minutes in.That said, two different employees were very friendly and helpful, so kudos to the employees, but minus 3 stars for the environment.
