I have had two computers in this shop and an excellent job was done on both of them. One of them was my laptop that I managed to severely damage by closing the screen down to hard. Actually slamming the screen down and I thought it was a goner but it was repaired to new again. The other one was a desk computer that needed more space and it also was done perfectly. The work on both was fast and efficient and the owner is beyond nice. I would recommend this for your computer repair or service.Reasonably priced with excellent customer service.

About a year or so ago, I stumble upon Lawrences shop in Apple Valley. My wife had a job in the city, and I went along for the ride. I am so glad I did, Lawrence was such a great find and my old PC and Laptops are in great hands. He upgraded my old mid-2011 Mac, and has repair another old HP laptop when my daughter drop it on the floor. I had an issue with my Lenovo laptop and he got it running again, no questions asked. Amazing!! After 3 Hours with apple, they couldnt figure out what ht was wrong with my display. Apple wanted to charge me $600+tax and shipping. I go to Aplus and Larry figures it out in 30 minutes and i was only charged for a basic diagnostic! Thanks you!

Only place I would take all of my computers

I was having problems with my phone today and decided to stop by and see if anything could be done about it. Lawrence told me that he usually sends phones out to be serviced, but he would take a quick look at it to see if it was an easy fix. It took him less than 5 minutes to figure out the problem. Handing my phone back he said there would be no charge as it had only taken him a couple minutes to fix. This place is extremely professional and I would recommend it to anyone.

He took time out of his day to help me when I was building my computer. Without an appointment, and without hesitation. Showed me nicely and patiently where the cords went, and even pointed out an error I made with the motherboard. He didnt have to, but he did, and fixed it for me. Awesomely priced too. Other places would of charged 100$+, but hes basically half the price with better service.Will DEFINITELY be going back for other services and problems we ever have. Lawrence at A+ Computers is a Whiz Kid. I know this because the the first computer place I called referred him to me. I cracked the screen on my Mac Book Pro 17. I thought my only option was the Apple Store which was about 1 1/2 away and was booked for 3 weeks. Lawrence managed to order and fix my screen within a week even though it was on back order. Also, when I dropped my Mac Book something went terribly wrong with my hard drive. Lawrence replaced my hard drive AND was able to retrieve my files which we thought were lost. I would certainly recommend Lawrence for ALL your computer needs. The 20 minutes I was in there, people from all walks of life came for computer assistance. Best repair shop in the high desert, they make sure you understand what the problem is and fix it, and help prevent future problems. The man who helped me couldve talked me into spending an extra $45 for something that might not even fix my motherboard, but didnt and advised just buying a new one. Wouldnt recommend anyone else.

A-Plus Computer fixed my Macbook Pro within 3 hours. I had a cracked LCD screen and could no longer do my work. Lawrence is a great guy, very easy to talk with about your electronic malfunctions. Well, I barkeked up on a microsoft certificate issue. Come to find out there were some minor issues with incompatibility with some software programs & a few buggy malware. After explaining my options & discussing what each had to offer, I decided to downsize my OS from Windows 7 to Windows 8 & properly removed conflicting software, upgraded my audio/video card. He also took care of that short in one of the USB slots. Needless to say, 1.5 years later, my laptop is running like a fine tuned violin! I will keep this laptop until Lawerece say, Tammie, it cant be done! His prices are the best Ive found for a while & his work is outstanding if you want to a custom build for your needs. If your issue isnt going to be an overnighter/a day or two, I enjoyed some refreshment while waiting. Hes been honest with me about my equipment & I appreciate his work ethics & integrity.
