My experience with RockSmith from start to finish was top notch! Everyone that we worked with was very knowledgeable, professional, & respectful. We did a full remodel on our home and had them tear out and install our Kitchen and 4 bathrooms. I am very happy with my granite choices and how well they were installed. I was nervous because my kitchen counter needed a seam and you can barely even tell it is there. A+ on install! I am so thankful they were able to complete everything according to our timeline. Overall working with RockSmith was exceptional! I will for sure be referring my friends and Family to them!

RockSmith did an amazing job with our countertops during our kitchen renovation. They took the time to help coordinate our quartz countertops to match our style and our budget. Now onto the bathrooms, can’t wait to see what they help us pick out next!

The install staff refused to wear masks inside our house while installing the new countertops, even after we asked them to. It was very unprofessional and an uncomfortable situation to be put into. We also overheard them making fun of us for wearing masks while they were outside. Again, didnt feel good at all. The countertops look just fine, but please go with another company if you prioritize your health and safety during a global pandemic, and if you would like your reasonable requests to be honored. For what its worth, everyone else we worked with at RockSmith was great, but the installers were unprofessional, inconsiderate and fifth-grade-bully-level mean. I encourage you to find someone else—we will next time.

If you are on a fixed budget their sales staff will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied and not overpaying. We felt so at ease with their knowledgeable sales staff, we let them practically choose our countertops for us. Their installers put a whole new meaning on the word Trust. The way they carried in and installed our countertops I would trust them to babysit our newborn and hes fresh out of the womb.So to wrap this review up, RockSmith Granite & Quartz are the leaders of the pack. They set such a high bar for all other Granite & Quartz countertop companies to emulate.
