Kathy, picked a setting she liked but wanted some changes. We meet with the owner Jay and he took the design to a new level. I highly recommend and would buy again.

I am pleased with the redesigned ring that Jay F jeweler produced for me. Using my diamonds they reset them into a more contemporary ring. They listened to my ideas and creates a plastic prototype, I was able to have them adjust it after the first sitting to make it perfect. The personnel I dealt with were professional and helpful. I also appreciated the Covid protocols. I would recommend them for both redesign projects as well as the showroom items I observed.

We had an amazing experience here. My wife had a 90 year old engagement ring from her grandmother that was missing a stone and needed some refurbishing work to make it wearable again. The staff here went above and beyond to find the rare size and shape stones we needed at an affordable price. They took excellent care of this precious, fragile, heirloom and brought it back to life so that it no longer lives in a closet, but on my wifes finger where her grandmother intended it. My wife and mother-in-law were thrilled with how this turned out and know that my wifes grandmother would be so happy to see how this turned out.

I swung by as a last hope to find somewhere that could repair the bracelet I’m wearing this weekend for my wedding because the original manufacturer messed up my order. I had my late grandfathers ring sized down to fit me from an 11 to a 9. When I went to get sized initially, the ring sizer 9 was perfect. So I asked them to size it down to a 9. But when I picked my ring up this morning, the ring is very loose on my finger. It will fall off my finger if I’m not careful. It doesn’t feel like a true size 9, at least not the 9 of their sizer, and I feel like it might be just a tad larger. I wish they would’ve ensured it fit correctly and ensured my complete satisfaction. Instead I got the impression it was my fault for choosing that size. I think there is some variation from the sizer to the ring itself. I guess I should’ve gone with a 8.5.Having said that, the work itself is flawless! They cleaned up the band, it looks like new. You’d never know it had work done to it. They are very nice and friendly. I just didn’t feel that my complete satisfaction and ensuring the fit was right was their top priority.

When I gave final approval to make my ring I mentioned I would love to receive it by my birthday. They didn’t promise, but they got my ring ready for pickup the day before my birthday. My experience replacing my wedding ring was excellent. We took diamonds out of my wifes ring and put them into a new ring for myself. Meanwhile we took the opportunity to update my wifes ring. Jay was able to make us exactly what we wanted and we stayed under our modest budget.

In 2013 they worked flawlessly with the two of us to create rings that we genuinely felt matched who we are and what we wanted.
