They should improve the store more. The billing attendants are not very good.. during these covid times they don’t wear masks and the person at billing was even coughing and no mask

Its a good Indian grocery store in Apple valley. They have fresh goat meat and all kind of spices you would expect in an Indian store! Also among the mix they now carry Himalayan frozen momo from the Himalayan restaurant in Chicago. Must try! 😋

This store is always very neat and clean. They always have fresh products and take covid precautions very seriously. This is our go to indian store in the Twin Cities. The customer service they have is amazing and prices are very competitive! I highly recommend Mantra Bazaar for all your grocery needs!

I am so happy that I stopped by here coz I found this vegetable that I really like but havent tried for years. They had the malunggay or moringa its frozen but its the same as fresh. They had the fresh leaves too. There are some of this fresh ones but cant find it in here. We have to go Chicago so we can buy the fresh ones and its seasonal too. They had other veggies that I can make with a dish I make. Its a little store but you can find snacks, sauces, meat, fresh veggies, some fruits etc. Its an Indian Store but you can see some Asian stuff too

Great COVID response. Neat, well organized and well stocked store. This used to be our emergency store in the past, but recently we have been shopping here exclusively since we get everything we need. What we like most is their above par customer service and care. Hope they can continue to maintain their good standards aa they grow. Pretty good online curbside and delivery service as well 👍

Great local store to buy good India groceries.

I ordered online thru their website. Prices are competitive, but order processing time really sucks. It took 20 days to receive the product. Hope they will do better in the future.

Im so glad I stopped in here! They have quite literally everything for cooking Indian food. They have a wide variety of spices, produce, rice, and other products that I cant find anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and they have an excellent COVID-19 response to keep their business open. I hope to keep coming here again and again!

I find the vegetables here more fresh than other indian stores. Also, they have more variety of indian greens, teas, organic milet flours, and jaggery. The staff are also very helpful and kind.

A well organised compact store. They sell halal meat and they are very fresh. Staffs working there are very helpful. They have a delivery service/curbside pickup - Very convenient.

Great customer service and great prices.

Most of the groceries are available. Mantra bazaar prefers certain brands and not many other brands available in different Indian groceries. The worst part is billing. If you are planning to visit, please keep an hour to shop in this store, keeping a half an hour window for shopping and rest for billing. Each item gets enterd manually and the process is very slow and makes shoppers frustrated to be in queue for long time. Must say, the standards of this store is going down!!

Their dedication to customer service is amazing and do truly go above and beyond. Lots of unique items here that I havent seen in other stores plus great prices too.

Great shop with lots of variety.

I usually dont leave good reviews. But today I felt this store deserves a good review. They took my order over the phone due to Covid19 and brought it to me curbside with a smile. I am really impressed and touched.Usually this store is the last place for me to go to as their checkout system is very slow and they are trying to punch everything into an iPad POS. But I see the effort that they are putting in the store and I am really appreciative . I am sure this store is going to prosper and become a major store in the future.I just want to thank the owners for the effort of curbside and phone service.

Very nice choices of vegetables and not too expensive

Quite a large selection of sauces and breads, lots of fresh spices as well (curry leaves in particular!) The staff is AWESOME! They are super friendly and very helpful with tips and advice on how best to cook and prepare dishes. I TREMENDOUSLY encourage you to go, find something youve never had (maybe something youve never even heard of), and get the staffs suggestions and directions. You definitely will be rewarded for the effort!

Very very slow billing. Cashiers are slow and the bar codes dont work. Convenient but needs to be more profession run.

Due to CoVID this was the only indian grocery store that supported curbside pickup...we order ginger garlic paste & ginger paste on Apr 2 and got the items that were manufactured on 5/18 and best by 4/20....never expected to receive almost expired item and on our part didnt bother to check the expiry date..and on the flip side there is no returns during this time...recommend to purchase instore if you are desperate. Others please acknowledge if you too have faced the same issue...irony is that we recommended this place during lockdown 😔

I used to come for good service and quality products. However, recently it has changed. The products now are expired. The selection is less. The product is mismanaged on the shelf. On top of that, their attitude is getting bad. I was recently told by the guy at the service counter with angry face, Dont give me attitude for a mundane remark about taking over 5 minutes to scan a single item.My recommendation is DO NOT SHOP HERE.Edit: Thanks for your review My remarks came after the sales person couldnt find the item to scan and calling the owners 3 or 4 times asking for the price of the product. That is highly unprofessional as you are holding the line for 5 mins for a single item.Moreover, as i read other responses to your reviews. It seems you only know how to blame the customers rather than making a simple apology.
