Came up the hill to this shop, from Fontana just to come here. This is a very cute, small shop that has just about everything. From hand guns, rifles to ammunition, magazines, etc., thats what I hoped for! I was in and out in no time. The gentleman who helped me out was nice, and very professional. They always have something on sale at a deal better than you can find anywhere else and the staff is helpful as well. I look forward to it going back to the prepandemic atmosphere though when waiting in line or a couple weeks for shipping was unheard of.

I ordered a G17 raw metal slide and forgot to specify I wanted it bead blasted to prep for coating. I emailed, received a quick reply and even though it was being readied for shipment, they got it done and shipped. Very positive experience, good communication. Will definitely order again.

Ordered a G19 parts kit. I was sent the wrong barrel. Had to pay for the postage to send it back. Wait for them to receive it. Then wait for them to ship correct part. Never was reimbursed for shipping. Wouldnt respond back to my emails. Cant call them. Not a business I would use again. They limit there comments on social media.

Horrible reaponse period I understand covid times are hard. It is impossible ro geg a hold of anyone, I had to cancel an order for something that was not packaged or shipped and they still charged me a restock fee. I would understand the fee it if was packaged but they never got to that stage. No email or phone response, my advice is take your business elsewhere.

I placed an order of over $600 on the 20th of January 2021 order #45144 and as of yet to receive any update or change to order status. I have spent many hours trying to get in contact with the company to see if I could come into their store to pick up my order in person or if my order will even be fulfilled. I am preparing to Notify the BBB but i still hope that will prove unnecessary and will update and change rating should anything change in the near future. The pandemic has made business difficult and I understanding of the hard work required to maintain a business and hope to revise this review should that prove to be the reason for the lack of communication.I have since received my order and it is exactly what I ordered my only complaint is the lack of communication to ease the anxiety of being scammed as happens so often online.

Ordered a p80 g17 kit. Knew id half to wait based on the website saying so and the economy. Sent 2 emails that were responded to in a very timely fashion just to make sure everything was on track. It showed up when they said it would, signature to receive package. (Loved that) all contents included that were stated on the website. Assembled it after a full days work. Shot it today, its awesome! Worth every penny and every second waiting!!!! No flaws on finishes or firing. Ran like any store bought, but better because I built it! These guys are legit! I may not have ordered from this company if I had checked their reviews before ordering and that would have been a loss. For everyone who complains about having to wait for your stuff, it is posted how long it can take, they arent McDonalds. When I had a question, I sent a friendly message and got a reply. I did have an issue with a defective finish on some product and they made it right with me, along with sending me a nice small token of their appreciation for the trouble. It takes a little patience because they are very busy but they have always gotten back to me every time I have written them with concerns. Bought a g19 slide from them on sale for 119. Works great unlike the one I returned from lone wolf or the one I tossed in the garbage from rock slide USA. I purchased the non cerakoted one and colored it with perma blue paste. Looks factory blued. It came looking like it was sand blasted or tumbled. Not smooth so no preparation was required.

I had emailed USPA about the full g19 kit to see if stock was indeed correct. They responded with an honest answer that the kits are coming and going very fast and that the delivery time could be between 28-45 days.Knowing this I went ahead and ordered the kit anyhow. In my order confirmation it stated the same 28-45days turnaround time. Being patient and not expecting it until late September, out of the blue on the 14th day, I get a tracking number. The next day, it was in transit.I dont know if everyone will have the same experience I did, but I had a great experience with them and they are now one of my go to sites for parts. With the pandemic and all, everyone should be a little more understanding of wait times ect.THank you USPA!

Update, finally got a response and my order is supposed to ship tomorrow, will adjust review again on receipt, they answered my question about the barrel ramp and I am grateful for the response. You guys need to do better on communication but I will give you the benefit of the doubt that you are at least trying to make up for it.Ordered a kit nearly a month ago (Order #20323) I understand the backlog,l dont understand the total lack of any response such as is my lower ramped or not. No answer from their phone (mailbox is full), only a we have a backlog generated response if you email them, if you message through the website no response. Very, very, slow delivery and service, even though I live in the same state, plus I haven’t received any after ordering email updates. It’s been way over 15 business days and I still haven’t received my package or a refund, even after spending over $380. I think I miss ordered a hi-cap mag but they haven’t tried to get in contact me or refund me in any way. First and last time i order or spend any of my hard earned money here. I feel I just got robbed over the internet.

I was really hesitant from buying from this site at first due to some older reviews I read online. Ended up ordering a slide and am extremely happy with their product. Shipping was under a week, even with this covid/Biden thing going on. And the slide is really good quality especially for the price you pay. Unless I have an experience that some of the negatives reviewers had, I Will continue buying from them. & happy to support other veterans businesses!

I rarely, if ever leave negative reviews. However, I purchased an item from US Patriot Armory and it arrived missing components. Company refused to provide the missing parts and will not accept a return. My only option was to contact the company that produced the item, who has not returned my emails. So basically I’m out of luck. Definitely don’t expect the “exceptional customer service” they advertise. Disappointing.

The barrel I ordered was not in stock so I had to upgrade which was no big deal. Only downfall was the communication and shipping. I believe this company is still growing. I was afraid of getting scammed and losing my money. Nope! They had gotten back to me within an hour of emailing. And in 5 days I got my money back. Small parts and items will ship almost instantly. Full build kits and slides will take 2-3 weeks to ship during this pandemic. I have had good service and got what I wanted in the end. Horrible customer service! I ordered a barrel and slide for a Glock 19, which was delivered quick. The barrel was perfect, But unfortunately the slide was wrong size. I was sent a G17 slide. It took about 2 weeks to get a reply and get a return label. I Shipped the slide back! And I have not heard anything from the company in 2 weeks. They have already received my package 2 weeks ago, but have refused to respond to any emails. Even to just confirm that they got my package. They do not answer the phone at any time of the day or week. Googled the owners name and checked out the Facebook account, and found this is a frequent issue with this specific company on online orders. It’s sad because they actually have good quality products. Customer service is killing this company.

These guys give super customer service. When you go to their shop when it’s your turn to be helped they give you 100% of their attention. Their parts and part kits are top quality and they back them up. I have used mail order three times and all my orders where correct and there within 4 business days. There prices are very good and their selection is great. It’s an hour and a half from my house and I don’t mind driving their store is so cool.

My first buy was on point. Received my package in a timely manner without having to ask for updates. But my second package has not yet arrived and it’s well past the amount of time it took my first one to arrive. Customer service lately has been responsive and has been answering back normally. Overall service was good and I would recommend and return for more.

Ordered some glock parts from them. The confirmation email told me shipping would take up to 45 days so I messaged them asking when my order would ship. Whoever replied to the email was extremely rude so I asked to cancel the order and was told I would be charged a 10 dollar cancelation fee. Will be doing a charge back with my bank for the difference as well as never ordering anything from these absolute clowns ever again. Ill happily pay more somewhere else.

My only complaint is absolutely zero communication. My order (#14391) of $550 has been processing for 45 days. I will be contacting my credit card company Monday 5/18/2020 to begin the process of refunding my money if no human communication is attempted by then. The lowest level of customer service has not been met. I will update if anything positive comes from this.

They think Illinois has a ban on magazines larger than 10 rounds. They are mistaken. Will no longer do business with them.

After reading bad reviews I was a little nervous ordering from them. Due to the price points I took a shot and figured if anything went wrong I could dispute my credit card claim.... THIS WAS NOT THE CASE, I ordered custom parts and they showed up exactly 14 day’s after the order was placed and I live on the other side of the country. The parts are good quality, beautiful finish and were a perfect fit........ I also want to address the complaints about customer service. I was having trouble putting parts together after receiving them. I emailed the owner Jim and within hours got a response, advice and my problem was fixed due to his help that same day. I would recommend this company 100 times over and will be ordering from them again.

Beyond horrible customer service! Your company should never be “unreachable” during business hours to paying customers that have yet to receive their product. Understandable that you guys are overwhelmed but when is it ever ok to mention on your voicemail that your not returning calls and probably won’t be returning emails either to customers that have PAID for products??? If I would have called before I ordered; that voicemail greeting alone would’ve chased me off. May 1st received an email saying the in stock items had been received at their store and would ship the following week. Two weeks later no one is answering the phone or returning emails. SLOW BUT WORTH IT. For online purchases order processing is very slow, but they warn you on their website. THIS IS NOT BROWNELLS OR MIDWAY USA. Went to us patriot armory because I was referred to them by a friends, once I got there they were really helpful with all of my questions and concerns, the guy Butch went above and beyond with helping me out.. I highly recommend this place for any firearm needs. Honestly this is the best gun shop in the inland empire!

Ordered a slide on January 24, and got an email not but 10 minutes later that my order was received, and awaiting processing. I was pretty happy to advance my build, but not in any real hurry. The 10-14 day shipping time didnt bother me, that is if it actually shipped. It is now 3 weeks later and havent heard anything. Ive emailed, called, and given them more than enough time to respond. I was really looking forward to having a good experience with this company, but so far, I aint having fun.

I have bought both Glock and 1911 build kits from these guys and couldn’t be happier. Sometimes it takes a little bit for them to get the parts you need out in the mail but the service is great and you won’t be disappointed. Be patient. Order was over $600 and have not even been informed of anything about the order changes, just the initial order confirmation. They took my money and have not sent me anything. Ouch, sold stock they had didnt have, sold lies. I am very disappointed in my decision to order from this company, never been treated so poorly. I really should have read the reviews before using this place, but was going of recommendation from a good friend, apparently he was one of the 10% that got their orders timely.Edit:day 41 last email was that they only had one paint booth this was 10 days ago and that they were doing their best to make sure that they had it shipped that week. I have been trying to reach this company, just to get a shipping date or status update and I have sent several emails with no test response!.. paying over 600.00 bucks you would think they would atleast email me back and keep me posted. As of late Im disappointed! They should give me the option of getting my money back or even a update I had ever intention of buying double keys of the original purchase but now I just want out of the purchase completely

In my experience was a VERY GOOD company to buy from. I bought a complete kit in the Covid madness and after about 2 wks I wondered how long shipping would take so I emailed them. The same day I received a email saying that they shipped it out that day and I got it about 3 days later.

I got a great deal on a product that I had been shopping for. Top grade product, best price I could find, unbelievably fast shipping! Friendly folks on the telephone. I will definitely shop here again.

3 months later I get my 80% kit just happy I got it!!!! one star off for customer service. I will admit I was kinda nervous there for a minute after 2 months and no package. will be buying again if not in a rush just be prepared to wait 3 months!!! I ordered a Glock 19 upper internationals kit quite a while ago twelve days ago and still haven’t received it yet. No communication from them I have to contact them through email and I got one email back saying they will get it out but that was twelve days ago. I will not buy from these guy ever again and I see there reviews are the same as mine. All I can say is read the reviews and make your decision and hope for the best. ( order # 13088)

These thieves will rip you off and leave you with no other option but to contact your credit card company.They have 7 open fraud cases with the BBB.

I placed my order before I had a chance to read their google reviews. Many reviews mentioned about slow shipping and bad customer services. That worried me quite a bit after I placed my order. HOWEVER, the experience ended up awesome for me. It took them three days to fulfill the order and ship the order out via 2-day shipping. The total wait time for me was only 5 business days. I couldnt be happier. I did call the store to ask about my estimated shipping time and the lady was polite and on point. Overall I am impressed.
