Would highly recommend this place. B (Beatrice) is very knowledgeable and very patient. She explains everything in detail. I left there knowing more about my hearing loss than I ever imagined. I got my hearing aid in a couple of days. I’ve had my hearing aid a week now and it is so nice to be able to hear out of my ear again. Thank you Miracle Ear

I am beyond grateful they are open! I had lost my hearing aide and it was difficult to hear anything. They were able to get me a new one and my whole life is so much better! Thank you so much miracle ear!! You guys rock!!!!

I never leave reviews, but had to for this one. Was getting groceries and went to the bank close by. And to my amazement this hearing aid place was open and seeing people inside the office. Took a better look and walked past the office and sure enough, no social distancing happening here. I will file a report to the county, Doesn’t seem like a essential business to me! I definitely wouldn’t bring my parents here to purchase hearing aids, which they need new sets anyway.I could imagine a curbside ability for emergencies for their customers, which I have taken my parents to Medical specialists. Even my optometrist did this for my glasses repair. But to have them inside like they did, shows how irresponsible this place really is. Hope not all the Miracle-Ear’s are like this. Maybe just this particular owner.Felt like this should be known for other customers to be aware of the unsafe practices going on here.

I had a specialist tell me I needed hearing aids, I could not hear the TV unless I turned it up so high, that it disturbed the whole house. When talking with someone, I continually had to ask them to repeat a sentence. I work with children, and you know how that goes when a child is bashful, or mumbles. Again I was asking them to repeat what they were saying. to complicate matters, there was a lot of ringing in my ears, (both). I went to Miracle Ear. They treated me as family, not just a patient. They let me know that I was not the only one with that problem, because I had been told by others, that there was nothing that could be done. YES there is!! They let me know what was available, how they worked, and they were so sorry I have been told there wan nothing that could be done. They SHOWED me that was not true!! Then proceeded to explain all about the Miracle ear. They started out with the basic care, and said, At Miracle-Ear, we know that if you take care of your hearing aid, it will take care of you. I sure had no problem with that! Then what was soooo awesome, Bea said, Its our promise that well be with you every step of the way. Its extremely important to us that your device is functioning properly and allowing you to live life to the fullest. Thats why we offer free lifetime service and aftercare, making sure to see each of our customers, on average, five times a year. The best part: this service and care is included in the original price of your hearing devices. WOW with no extra money for all of those services. Then after I had my hearing aids for about 3 weeks, I had a personal problem to where had to return them. I was in tears! They would have taken them back, and given me my money back that I put down on them also, but Bea and Ladonya helped me solve that problem, even though it was past my appointment time. They worked it out for me, and I did not have to return them. They treated me like family, and were so caring!! Thanks to Bea, and Ladonya, I will not have to go without hearing aids, that I so desperately need!! Thank you both for all the time, and energy to help me keep those hearing aids. I love you both, and you are such a blessing to all that come through your doors.Lillian Louise Noland

I have had a great experience with Miracle Ear. I am taken care of to the fullest and I am more than satisfied with my Heating Aids. I know that I will always be taken care of at Miracle Ear.
