We had a wall clock that we purchased right after we were married 36 years ago so lots of sentimental value. About 2 months ago, it started acting up. It would keep time OK but the 1/4 hour chime and the hour chimes would not work. The mechanism was tight; couldnt move it with the key. I asked for recommendations on clock repair on a neighborhood app called, Nextdoor. Several replies recommended Supreme Clock & Repair. I called and made an appointment to drop it off. With Covid-19, all interactions are curbside and masked. I pulled up and he came right out to get the clock. He gives you a claim check. Do not lose it as it is needed to pick up your clock. After a couple of weeks, I followed up to see the status. He said he was just going to call and say it was ready. He had run it a complete cycle with no problems. Turned out he had to replace the guts. I picked it up and put it back on the wall. It is working just fine. My wife is so happy! Me, too. :) He also warranties his work for 1 year. Very happy with the results. Thanks!

Very nice little shop! I just needed my watch battery replaced. He was able to fit me in between other appointments the day I called. It took all of 5 minutes and my watch is working great. Friendly and professional. Be sure to bring cash or (local) check for payment! (No cards.)

I contacted Greg to fix a wall chime clock for me. He was very professional and explained that he would have to replace the movement on the clock. He provided pricing up front and finished the clock in a week which included ordering the new movement. He explained everything about the new movement when I picked the clock up and provided a written sheet on some of the clocks features including how to reset the clock. When I got home I noticed that the clock chime was extremely loud compared to my previous movement and therefore, had a definite echo that lessened the quality of the chime. I checked that the sound setting was already at the lowest level. I contacted Greg to see if there was anything more that he could do to lower the sound which was extremely loud and echoing which made the chime far from what I wanted. Greg indicated that if I had the sound setting at the lowest level there was really nothing more that he could do to adjust it. He did suggest however that it might help if I put some padding around the sound box. I padded the sound box on all exposed sides with the type of stick on felt pads you use for the bottom of chair legs and also over the vent for sound on the side and it worked well. I now have the quality of sound I want without it echoing or being extremely loud. I really appreciate that Greg was willing to brainstorm a solution to the problem even though there was nothing that he could manually do. I would definitely recommend Greg to anyone looking for clock repair.

I had a broken balance staff in my heirloom Hamilton Railway Special pocket watch. This repair is a delicate operation that as far as I know, no one else around here will do. Im told others will send them somewhere to be repaired.Greg did the repair in his shop and gave my watch a cleaning and oiling at the same time. Right now my watch is running great and is accurate to within a couple seconds a day. Thats pretty darn good for a sixty-nine-year-old timepiece! If you need your watch repaired, this is the place to take it.
