Recommend shopping online more than in store. The staff is not friendly on the phone and in person.Once I find another local source for some of the products I need I will stop shopping here.The online sales occasionally beat out the competition since their warehouse allows them to stock items smaller local nutritional stores may not.Thanks for the reply...however I never utilize the associates for advice on anything.. nutritional advice or otherwise. The only questions are the basics on specific items in stock like availability and price and often they are too overwhelmed and busy to address even that. Which is why shopping online is better...it avoids the rudeness and the exasperation completely.The pandemic is impacting attitudes in such a negative way...people forget that part of customer service is actually providing it respectfully and pleasantly. Ordered probiotics from this website. The product is supposed to be shipped cooled with dry ice. The package came in 4 days even with priority shipping and was very warm. Will not recommend using them.

Natural Healthy Concepts went above and beyond for me. The Post Office lost my package containing nearly $200.00 worth of supplements. I reported it to the post office three times but they did nothing over and over again. As a last effort I appealed to NHC. I was very impressed upon walking into Natural Healthy Concepts. The staff was incredibly friendly and insightful with their knowledge of Gluten free products they had on hand for their celiac customers. I purchased the Gin Gins candy to help with nausea and upset stomach and was given some samples of some digestive enzymes and some activated charcoal! They have a huge selection of options for everyone and the staff took the time to listen to my dietary needs and was happy to help. Will definitely be returning !

Ordered product in the beginning of Dec and tracking showed it hasnt been scanned ever since. It is 3 weeks late and I made contact with customer service 10 days and 14 days after order. I was told to keep waiting. Got the run around and they wouldnt send me a replacement order. Mind you a family member ordered a few days after I did and had her order in less than a week. This information was given to customer support and I kept getting the run around. Now 3 weeks later the customer service agent finally says, would you like me to place a replacement order for you. I said yes of course and now they are out of stock!!!!!! This is the worst customer service ever!!! Will never shop with this company again. They do not take care of their customers!!

Had what I needed. But the employees are not very knowledgeable on the products they carry. The prior staff were highly educated and knowledgeable with products sold. Will be back but recommend more training or knowing what you need prior to shopping there.

I had placed my order on 11/10/20They said I should receive the item maximum 2 to 6 days but it’s 11/20/20I still don’t get my order and they keep saying it’s on the way,finally, they hang up on me. She was faking that she could not hear me on the phone! Wow, what a service!

I’ve ordered here my third time in one week. I had an issue with a package but somehow I got on the phone with a customer service rep, and she had the slightest inkling of what was going on. All I kept getting was “I really don’t know” “I mean idk” “hold on...yeah I don’t know”. That is the worst customer service I’m ever experienced. I think after this trial run experiment, I’ll be buying my royal jelly somewhere else. I’m actually supposed a company so professional would have employees like that working the phones. Sweetheart if you don’t know something, ask someone else or transfer the line to someone who may know. Don’t sit there and say “well idk”.

Scam. Didnt work for me and then you want to keep trying to charge my account for more. Really.

I asked for the phone number for the Appleton store to come in tact them today and natural healthy concepts will not give me their phone number though they have a telephone. Naturally healthy Concepts states that they can only email the store and that they will contact me in 24 to 48 hours. I need the store to contact me today. It is unreasonable that when I need to speak with somebody at the store today that they can only contact me in 24 to 48 hours.

Great customer service and Huge variety of products as they can pull anything from there large warehouse stock as well. I suggest taking a look at their website before going because you will find a lot more on there than is stocked on the main floor. Still tons of awesome stuff though!

I just tried to place an online order. Item listed as in stock. Received error re: processing payment, but none of the buttons worked on that web page. I finally went back, started over, and got the same error, along w non-functional link buttons to review the info they mention in error (nothing is highlighted or specified). After another few minutes, i eventually ride the browser’s back button to a screen that allows me to reach customer service, where Dan informs me that the item is out of stock....”but (the smaller, more expensive version) is available - would I like him to place the order for that, instead?”(Me:) “Only if I can get it for the same price/oz.” (that was a no - not surprised). When I asked if they’d be willing to expedite shipping (upgrade free ship from regular) if I waited for the original item to be restocked, that was also a “no.” Ok. So, I hope i am wrong, but the whole experience felt like a huge pain-in-the-buttocks bait and switch. I have never ordered anything from this company, but I was just about to make an $85 purchase - one item - and that is a lot for me, especially these days. The product is that good, but I just can’t afford to risk it. Sorry nhc, but you lost my faith and my business. Probably not even a blip on your radar, but it is discouraging to me, considering all the glowing reviews.UPDATING: want to thank NHC for the personable and genuine customer service noted below in reply. Until I decided to write this review, I had no idea they were a store! I thought it was an online business only! Im even more impressed. My second order just arrived and for some reason, I feel as if NHC is just above and beyond some of the other sites Ive used, but havent felt particularly compelled to buy from again, for no particular reason. The first time i bought from NHC I was really pleased with every aspect start to finish, so I went back, needing some things I hadnt had in a while. I like the brands they carry and website was easy to use. Shipping time is fast, and the packaging - with the funky little webbed brown paper - is really well done. Im weird about packaging - usually theres minimal padding or way too much padding, waste, box....they nail the balance perfectly. Theyre either really practiced at the perfect sized box or they tried about 10 til they found the perfect fit, with just enough packing to pad well, not wastefully. They stuck some extra samples and stuff in there which was a nice, unexpected bonus and some coupons. I bought a bunch of stuff here instead of same vendors via amazon prime. They had a vendor I wanted that amazon didnt, and it was easier to find two other things here than wade through Amazons cajillion products, many of which are ?. Ive only bought twice but it appears NHC doesnt have cheesy low-end health stuff (which many do and I dont want to have to figure out). Also, I learned they do consultations so thats a quadruple bonus as Ill surely use that at some point in the future. So this is my definitive go-to health product site. Plus did I mention I like the funky webbed brown paper which is kind of spongy cushy and space saving too? LOL Thank you!

I was on vacation and running low on prenatal vitamins, decided to place an order online with Natural Healthy Concepts, never heard of them before but gave it a try because of the great reviews. couple days later after the order I receive a strange email from that company saying :... Please provide us with a statement of your choice – complete with telephone number for validation; such as: utility bill, Cell phone, Cable/Satellite Bill, rental agreement or any other type of mail you have that connects the cardholders name and address together with the statement you are providing....WHAT?????????????? They already got my 2 addresses with all my information, charged my card for over $200.00 never shipped out the products and want more information???So I called customer service and the agent told me that they never send this kind of emails to the customers, asking me to forward that email back to him for fraud purpose, then reviewed the email put me on hold and told me that :YES THE EMAIL IS LEGIT. THEY WANT MORE INFORMATION FROM ME TO COMPLETE THE ORDER!Excuse me, because my shipping address is different from billing address you will not ship my purchased items??????I never heard of such a thing before, never did I ever had any problems purchasing products online. What a waste of time!I canceled that order immediately same day.Buyer be aware, not a legit company!!!!

They refused to fill our order and claimed a 3 months supply was abuse and implied we were going to re-sell it. They blamed this on the brands restrictions. They attempted to charge me for a partial order which I was not interested in accepting. After I placed my order, they sent us an aggressive message that essentially said our order was abusive and they would fill part of the order and be charging us for it.We used to spend several hundred + a month here. Sadly now others get that business because they refused our money for a product and quantity my spouse needed after cancer surgery per her doctor.I was exceptionally disappointed with the way this company chose to handle our situation. I found it almost impossible to get ahold of someone on the phone. The only person I was able to reach was in their front office and they absolutely refused to help me. I even explained firmly if they didnt deal with the charge the company was trying to push through for a partial order, which I was unwilling to accept that I would issue a chargeback and they still did not care to help me.I finally talked to someone online who did cancel the partial order they were trying to charge me for after great reluctance to do so even though it had not yet shipped.I attempted to find contact information for a manager or owner of this company to let them know about how poorly our interaction was handled by both there social media person and front desk manager but I was unable to find a way to contact them.Edit: I spoke with the brand directly and they told me they have no such policy as what natural healthy concepts claims. I have this confirmation in writing from the brand that directly contradicts what natural healthy concepts told me.Ive also successfully ordered the product in question from other reputable retailers with absolutely zero issue.

They clearly have a large selection of products but when I asked for assistance finding what I needed the clerk was no help. If you know exactly what you need, this might be the place for you but do not expect much in the line of help.

I have been ordering from this company for over a year, my automated order consistently gets delayed or they run out of the product and neglect to let me know. I would definitely find a product you’re looking for elsewhere because their customer service for their automated ordering system is the worst.

Extremely poor customer service. Rude and suspicious of new customers. How do they stay in business when they insult new customers?I placed two separate orders for my clients and they refused to ship my orders citing credit card fraud. I told them I used a gift card because Im not comfortable using my personal credit card online due to the high prevalence of identity theft. Ive had my credit card and bank info stolen before and I try to protect myself by purchasing with a gift cards. In a very condescending and insulting manner they demanded to see my bank statements, mortgage, phones bills and other personal info which I refused to give.Then they accused me of being a reseller saying, The order frequency, purchase quantities, and shipping address for the orders that have been purchased by you can most easily be construed as being too large for personal use. Too large? Two bottles is too large? What kind of retailer would pay full retail price from another retailer? What they hell do they care what I do with my vitamins after I buy them.These guys arent just insulting I think they are trying to run a ID scam by fishing for unnecessary personal info. Im glad I didnt let these crooks sucker me into giving them any of my personal info. There are too many other places to get your vitamins. If you decide to do business with these crooks, hold on to your information and use a trusted 3rd party Payer like PayPal, otherwise keep a close eye on your credit card and bank statements to check for fraudulent purchases and if they ask for any your personal info run the other way!

Noticing the more recent reviews are bad, I think maybe the company changed hands as well. when placing my online order it declined twice, bank said nothing wrong with the card. on the phone said they would force it through, why should they have to do that? then received the wrong item, agree with previous reviewer that staff not knowledgeable or friendly and were not eager to solve my problem. there are plent of good supplement sites to order from, something fishy about this one.

I paid almost $20 for expediated next day shipping, (website said delivery by 10:30 am the next day), and the product did not come for four days. On hold with customer services for over 20 minutes, Manager very rude and unhelpful and refused to refund shipping, and cancel my order. I will never order from this company again!

Vast selection of items in stock. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. If you need help finding something, they always know where to find it, and can also check the warehouse stock to see if its available, sold out, back-order, etc.

Very disappointed, my husband and I were in this place a few months back, talked with a sales person about the cbd oils, talked about the thc, this person after talking in extent on the different brands very specifically told us the particular brand that was organic had no THC bought, good product no doubt, however stopped today talked with woman, not true, kind of blew me off like oh well so little, get it, but if people are drug tested ect it is a big deal. They def are not trained enough bc of lack of correct info and until it is legal in wisconsin for some it may be a big deal. Was in NHC store today. Noticed man without mask. Stayed away from him. Found the items I wanted and was in the aisle for Neuro, had a product in my hand to read the lable. Clerk headed my way with maskless man in tow. I backed up as they stepped closer, and closer, and closer! They were within a foot of where I stood and forced me out of the aisle. The clerk finally noticed my actions and said, Oh, well stand behind you. I thought, Uh, no. You wont. I put the product in my hand on the nearest shelf and exited the store. I then attempted to call. The first time the phone was answered, the clerk hung up on me. When I called back she said she moved on to the next call. (On a side note, when I answer the phone, I generally confirm there isnt a person who may have a bad connection before disconnecting.) I explained my experience to her. She apologized and said shed mention this situation to other staff. That was it. I cannot go back to NHC, even after Covid-19 is tamed enough to venture out safely. Im very disappointed. The products I wanted to purchase today would have come to about $150, which is probably nothing where it concerns sales at the NHC store, but it meant a lot to me. Not to mention I would have probably purchased all future products there instead of Amazon because I think its important to support local businesses. I purchase these items monthly.
