Whenever I find a fragrance I love, its never there the next time I go back, way too high turn around rate for scents. Usually way too expensive to shop here in the first place. And not only do they not match their online prices, they dont even give us the option to buy online and pick up in store for anywhere closer than Green Bay, and Im not paying $10 shipping for a $3-$5 sale item. I wouldnt be so irritated if the online sale price wasnt 1/2 the in store sale price, and the fact that on their website they tease us with the BOPUS, but it isnt even available. Only gave two stars because the staff is nice enough, and the scents are often nice, and every once in a while they will have a sale for a decent scent at a reasonable price for what it is.

Who doesnt love B&B?? Super friendly staff and very accommodating. Love the sales and coupons!!! Fresh fruit smells are my favorite.

They always seem to be discontinuing the items my husband likes. In fact in the entire store there is 1 tiny table of mens items

Hi! I went here yesterday around closing time. There was some blonde girl was at the cash register. I was looking for winter candy apple and ice gingerbread. They told me it was there so i drived WITH MY MOTHER all the way from ocshmort. and they said the candles were there. the blonde girl was ridiculously rude. i was very angwy. AND JEN i hate jen i hope jen dies

Forever my favorite. Employees are amazing. You see them constantly stocking shelves and just helping you find whatever youre looking for. Tons of variety. It may be the one store that it really pays to come to in person versus online. I feel like the variety is way better in store.

Waited all month for soaps to go on sale before Christmas and the best “sale” I got, with a coupon and everything, was paying $3.75ish. Which isn’t a good deal when over the years, around Black Friday, cost of soap was around $2/bottle with no limit.$14.50 fragrance plug in was broke when I brought it home. Things are just tossed in baskets in there so it’s easy for cheap plastic to break. I had to go in and return it for a totally different style plug in because I was afraid my moms gift would break after the first use/changing of a scented wall flower.Lastly, customer service blows. One small candle came in a giant box, missing about 15/20 things in it that was ordered back in November. Customer service said it should have been delivered along with the candle (in the big box) and it wasn’t. So rather than letting us pick five scents that were currently out of stock for the sale price we got using a coupon, they wouldn’t let us. For an error on their part, wouldn’t reinstate the same deal we paid for back in November, just ordering different scents, makes no sense. They’re worried about the bottom dollar and not worried about keeping their customers happy. Especially when we spend hundreds of dollars there each year for ourselves and for gifts throughout the year. Such a shame.

I was shopping for aromatherapy shower foam. A nice gentleman directed us to the area and then stopped by to explain best seller and scents. The checkout was being cleaned between customers and did have plastic dividers.

I love shopping here and your products never disappoint, but you guys need to work on crowd control. Yesterday, I came in shopping and I felt there were too many people in the store, not enough to distance ourselves 6ft from each other. Because of this, I felt suffocated even with my mask on. Victorias Secret had a better crowd control and were more strict in their store. Please follow their example, but in the mean time, I will be shopping your products online.

The staff were helpful in general. The store leadership left something to be desired.

The employees at this store are too sweet! The random times I would shop here, I always had an employee greet and help me find whatever I needed.

I came in a couple Friday nights ago on a whim just to get out of the house, and found out that it was a BoGo 3 wick candle sale what a score! Usually when I come in the staff is pretty nice, but Emily really took it above and beyond. Emily was so kind and helpful in finding some new fall scents. Sometimes trying to find the right smell is tough, but she made sure that I found exactly what I needed and her energy - amazing. You guys are super lucky to have her on staff!

I went there looking for my favorite fragrances and darn, they discontinued. Alway coming up with new !New, New, For that matter I left!

Havent been there in a while but still as awesome as I remember

Went in to see if I could find some ginger scented hand soap. I had a sales clerk approach me, after what seemed like an eternity of looking around and she asked if she could help. I told her what I was looking for and she said they didnt carry it. I continued to look on my own. After 40 minutes I found Autumn Sunshine hand soap in a pump which was fragranced in ginger (plus some other scents, I think.) They also had a sale going on, buy 3, get 3 free, but it had to be of certain items, of which I took advantage. Nonetheless, the clerk did not know the store very well, nor did she want to take the time to help me because I spent upwards of $100 to replenish my (and my husbands) supply of B&BW. We both were COMPLETELY OUT! If she was helping, I probably would have spent more. Next time Ill find a different store.

I love their winter candy apple scented candles the manager Jen was super helpful and even let me exchange my peach ballinis out for the winter candy apple!! will definitely be back such a wonderful store with wonderful employees

Chain store so nothing special or unique. However coupons are good, product is not luxe but is above average. Sales people are nice.

Always clean and organized with helpful staff. They always help me pick put the best wallflowers. I actually had to return a bunch of the rhe plugs that had worn out and they were able to exchange them for me quick and easy!

This one has constantly changing employees and bad service. The product I bought was $1 too much to use my coupon on and instead of mentioning this the clerk tore my coupon in half and charged me full price . So I had to go the next day in return it because she was embarassing me so I felt forced to pay $16!!!! For a tiny body mist, instead of her helping me figure out what to use it on.

Was helped by a lovely young lady who name was Shanna. Very nice . Lots of sales items, something for everyone...

We had fun shopping here. The staff was fun and the lotions were great. Be prepared for sticker shock though.

I love Bath and Body Works, and having worked in retail before I understand employees can make mistakes, so if Jen still works here, I dont hold it against you that you mistakenly thought you had 3 wicks in stock. A small error was blown out of proportion and I hope you didnt get into too much trouble over it!

Not a fan. They are on the floor with 1 person at the register. Line of people, and instead of more open registers, just talking on the head sets.??? about where to move stuff.?? Finally get my purchase. Then, I get home, try my car freshener. Super excited. WaWaWa.. My Walmart freshener, and, candles, are much more pocket book friendly, less hassle, and dont soot as much as your candles.

They were so wonderful and more than helpful! They even gave me a hand massage!

The staff is very courteous and willing to help you with any of your needs my wife had a trouble finding the sanitizers but the staff was quickly willing to help if youre looking for soaps any unique Aromas this is definitely the place to go

Friendly staff, clean store. Sometimes the staff seems close to begging to help you because they ask more than once or stand close by waiting for you to have a question or look confused. They must either be bored or forgot they already asked if you need help. I think there are too many staff at times so they end up standing around talking to each other. I still gave it 5 stars because theyre just doing their job and its nice to know they actually want to help instead of looking annoyed that you asked them something.

Not impressed. They are ridiculously overpriced. Ive used MANY of their products. I dont understand paying 20$ for lotion. Because it smells good. I buy lotion to use as a skin hydrator. When I want to smell good I use perfume. Rubbing all those perfumes on your skin cant be good for it. My daughters buy me Bath and Body Works products all the time. I use them a couple times. Then throw them in a box and use the lotion I got from Wal-Mart for 5$.
