I live about 2 hours away from any Kesslers location and was recommended to go there by my doctor. I’m SO thankful I did! It’s absolutely worth every trip I’ve made. We brought my wifes diamond ring to Kesslers to be re sized, and appraised. After being resized the ring looks just as good as it did when I bought it. The appraisal came back faster then they originally quoted as well. All of the work was done at a very reasonable price. I will return to Kessler for any other jewelry work I may need.
I went to Kesslers of Appleton for an engagement ring last year and was able to look at many different options. Sales associate Amber Rettler helped me find the perfect ring with no pressure. I just went back to get the wedding band and requested to work with Amber again. Once again I was very impressed with the service and walked out with the perfect ring. When going to Kesslers you truly receive nothing but the best service. We had visited a long time before getting engaged just to see what they had and loved our experience. When finding out that putting a wedding band with my engagement ring was going to be a bit tricky due to how it sat, their staff were so patient with us and brought many ideas to the table. Sweetest day was approaching with me looking for a way to show Suzy how much she means to me. I set up a same day appointment online looking for earrings. I mentioned some styles and my price range. When I arrived for my appointment, Amber, who had previously helped us with my wife’s engagement ring, remembered who I was and based on the ring, had a selection of earrings for me to look at. As before, her service was amazing and I chose on of the pairs of earrings she had picked out. Just another great experience! Kessler’s is our first choice for jewelry!

We went to Kesslers as our second place looking at engagement rings. They were so welcoming and helpful. I didnt feel pressured at all as they let you browse first to see what they have and then go from there. Amber was able to answer all of my questions and led me to the perfect ring. I showed her some photos of rings I liked and she found the perfect band for me as well as the main diamond. I loved that we had a second appointment where she brought in other diamonds from different locations for me to compare to my original choice which helped me confirm I was in love with the one I had picked. Considering the size of the investment in a ring, we felt so happy and confident leaving the store both times. Not to mention how incredible their coverage is if you happen to lose stones etc. I walked into this experience with anxiety that I wouldnt find something I really felt was for me but left feeling that I truly loved this entire experience thanks to Amber at Kesslers!

My diamond fell off my ring and my shower is on Saturday. Naturally I freaked out because my diamond fell out and I can’t show my ring off! WELL let me tell you! Amy came to my rescue and instead of 5 days to get the ring fixed I am getting it Friday!! I brought the ring in Wednesday. She was great! Then we have Britni(spelling?) and she was great helping my fiancé and I pick out wedding rings. She also went above and beyond for me to see if the designer can match my engagement ring to the wedding ring. The staff at Kesslers are all amazing.They always have a friendly greeting when you walk in the door! When I picked up my ring after a minor repair they also inspected and cleaned another ring I had from my mother which wasnt even bought there. Truly great staff and service.

Getting our jewelry from Kesslers has been such a good experience for us! Not only do they have a beautiful selection of jewelry, but their customer service is top notch. From cleanings, checking over my pieces, and other maintenance, everything is always included and they are happy to help me. I’ve never walked through their doors and not been greeted with multiple smiles and asking me if I need anything. I will never go anywhere else to buy jewelry. And their Kessler 81s are so beautiful. They sparkle so much more than other diamonds. I get SO many compliments on my ring to this day. Today when I went there- they did the radium plating in my wedding set- normally they take my ring and I pick it up a week later- but today he offered to do it on site and it was finished in ten minutes. Saved me a two hour trip with young kids back to pick up my ring- and I didn’t have to go without it for a week! Such great service!

My boyfriend(soon to be fiancé) and I called ahead for an appointment. We met with Amber. I explained that I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for but explained to her a few details of rings I have looked at that I liked. She listened to me and pulled out the ones I asked to see and ones she thought I might like. I ended up picking a band that I was unique and getting a stone placed. I teared up when it was on my finger, and that’s when I knew it was the one. Amber was extremely professional and personable. I’m so excited to get the wedding band from Kesslers. Also, their warranty plan is awesome!!! Along with the insurance plan they recommend if the ring is lost or stolen. It was an extremely great experience and we didn’t feel rushed or pushed to buy something we didn’t like.

We came to Kesslers for my engagement ring and then for both of our wedding rings. We worked with Amber the first time and then reached back out to set up an appointment with her for our bands later! The sales person gave me a whole lecture on why I should not look at the GIA certificate/report on their diamonds, and he was very reluctant to pull out the report even if I requested for three times. I am looking for an engagement ring. I am not gonna spend 10 grand on stuff that I don’t even know what it is.
Hadnt had my wedding ring professionally cleaned in a long time, but I needed a repair and resizing. Kesslers did a great job on the repair and the cleaning. Cant believe how much it sparkles!

I had to bring a necklace because the chain had broken, their policy is awesome, the chain was replaced with an upgrade no charge! My first experience with a jewelry store and it was great. I purchased my wifes engagement ring here and have since returned several times for various gifts. After ten years of continually wearing my wedding ring, the unthinkable happened. A row of diamonds broke off and was lost. Unable to repair, Kesslers had a whole new ring built for me. The staff was most friendly and helpful. My new ring was ready in less time than we thought. They really do stand behind their warranty.

Everyone was very friendly, but they told me they wouldnt be able to repair my ring, but they would be able to make a new one with my same diamonds for 1,500 and than referred me to expert jewelers. I went to expert jewelers and told me this is a easy repair and only charging me $170.

Excellent experience! Very friendly and courteous staff. Went there to get my husband a new wedding band and they noticed my ring could use a good cleaning, the prongs were a little worn and needed to be put together so they said they would take care of it. They stand by their products for life!
