Disappointed with the my 5 year P/L warranty we purchased for our treadmill. Waited 7 weeks for a service tech to arrive and diagnose the speed issue, another 5 1/2 months for the parts to arrive. I notified the service contractor that we received the parts however another 5 weeks have past and still waiting for them to return the call, still dealing with the issue after 8 1/2 months

I hate working out. I never go to a gym. I bought an elliptical at Walmart and never used it. Kent Hackbarth sold me a treadmill and a seated elliptical, and I use them almost every day. He spent a lot of time with me. I tried all the equipment in the store. And we found something that worked for me. Was it cheap? No. Was it good equipment? Absolutely. Im very pleased with my experience with them. They are a huge help to someone who is new to working out.

Bought a machine at a Home and Garden show and was told they would refer us to someone that would set it up for us. Sent an email and left a voicemail message to our sales person Rocco L, to get no response from either. I was able to find someone on my own. Feel as though they just want the sale and dont care about customer service or follow up. My first and last experience with Johnson Fitness.

This place is the berries! They had exercise equipment for every need as well as result nice used equipment for really low prices. The man that helped us, I think he was the owner, is college educated on the subject so its like having getting a free consultation with a personal trainer when you go to purchase your equipment. I was super impressed. Delivery was prompt, delivery guys were professional and neat. Weve had our pierce for about a month now and its perfect for our family. It really does fit everybodys goals. I didnt think it would be possible with one piece of equipment but it was.If you need something, this is the place.

Jimmie and Alex did a fantastic job delivering my treadmill. They were careful when bringing it in and removing the old one. Jimmie also gave me a quick overview of how the treadmill works.

Strongly do not recommend. Spent a few thousand on a new piece of equipment thats been sitting in my home for almost two weeks in disrepair with more parts on order and continued delays. They made a mess of my home when they set up the equipment. They are working to get it repaired but not offering any compensation and were so rude as to tell me its my fault things are delayed because Im letting them repair it instead of swapping it for an identical unit. Would you want you house destroyed twice over the same piece of equipment without the guarantee that the second will be working any better than the first since their delivery setup crews do a terrible job? Will shop elsewhere in the future and refer my friends to do the same.

Sales people are kind of pushy. Dont leave you alone to just look and check things out. Decent selection of items, but be prepared to pay for it. Most of the equipment is closer to commercial grade so it is pricey, but a lot better than you will get most any other place locally.

Knowledge about products is strong and quality of equipment is solid and they back up there products.

Kent Hackbarth is great at customer service. He got me exactly the weight bench I was looking for!!
