Ever wish you lived in a small Mayberry like town just for the friendliness and personal service that those businesses offer? Look no more! Hometown Pharmacy is a fantastic, charming place. Walking in you will feel like you are in a boutique or gift shop or relaxation center or coffee shop or pharmacy, all rolled into one. Whatever it is, it is a welcoming store that offers excellent service. Most of my prior pharmacists likely never knew my name and said no more to me than the typical “is this a refill?” Or “Do you have any questions?”. Sometimes I never even spoke to the pharmacist. At Hometown, I was greeted with a friendly smile as I took care of the usual parts of a prescription pick up transaction. Then the pharmacist, Jessica, took each bottle, opened them up and showed me the pills. She asked if I suffered from any muscle aches or pains which is a common side effect of one of my scripts and proceeded to ask me if I had any questions. I have never received this level of care and am extremely pleased that this is standard procedure for Hometown. I have the common option to mail order a 3 month supply through my insurance company or getting a 1 month supply from Hometown. Guess which method I will be choosing?

We absolutely love these pharmacists and their new store!My family had previously worked with them in another location and when it closed, there were MANY people in the area upset with the thought of losing them. Learning they were opening a place of their own reassured us all there would be a place of integrity, quality, and above all, TRUST in knowing we would again be receiving true service, along with friendliness and compassion.Their store is both relaxing and enjoyable to visit; interesting, whimsical, insightful things to peruse and buy.We wish them many years of fruitful business and success!

The pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful. So happy to be back with them. An added bonus is the gift selection. If anyone misses the quality of Memorial Florist, formerly at this site or the old Ford Drug check it out

The staff is very helpful and their prices (at least through my insurance) are much more reasonable than CVS or Walgreens.

Ever wish you could go back to a time when doctors, and pharmacists knew you by name, knew what medications you and your family members were on, called you when something didnt seem right or to check in and make sure that a new medication is working the way it is supposed to? Jessica and Allison at Hometown do just that. The name is reminiscent of a time when relationships and people mattered and that is the way you are treated at Hometown. I cannot imagine going anywhere else!!!
