I have had my hearing aids for more than 3 years. They are the first hearing aids I ever had. I choose Miracle Ear because they have been around longer than I have. I was draw into the office for a free hearing test. I didn’t really believe I had that much of a hearing loss and went because I wanted to prove my family wrong. I had no idea what I was missing. Conversations with family and friends are no longer a guessing game as to what is being said. I have 3 month check ups where my earring aids are cleaned and checked and annual hearing tests after which adjustments are made to accommodate my continued decline in hearing. All this included in the original cost. I can’t say enough about the professionalized service and support of the staff. They have gone above and beyond to give me the best hearing experience possible.
