Very nice and the gentlemen that works there is very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Rue was extremely helpful and led me to the Make Up Forever matte velvet skin burring powder foundation. She also gave me a couple of wonderful samples! I highly recommend Rue if you are looking for someone honest and enthusiastic to show you around the store.

One of my favorite Sephora stores of all time since the pandemic they were nice enough to let me sample the foundations on a pallet and transfer it to my face versus some other stores at Sephora that wont allow to do any of that .sothis is my go to store because of their good services all the ladies are so friendly and sweet.

The return policy for online orders is awful. I ordered items on December 31. Received them on January 5. Returned some on February 2 in store, and they gave me a store credit because I was past 30 days from the purchase date. I didnt even have the items for 30 days. They used to have a great return policy. I dont know why it had to be changed so drastically

Went in just browsing product for eyebrows. Had a few questions answered by a lady named Marissa. She was amazingly helpful and honest. I had absolutely no idea what I was doing there and she helped me find an item I like, along with the type that was best suited for me. She even directed me to Macys where they had a Brow Bar to wax my brows on the spot by another lady named Amy. Both were refreshing courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you for the lesson and I will be back.

Nice customer service. Store seems to always be clean everytime I come here. Products on display are always stocked. Workers seem to always be attentive and ready to help out. So far good experience.

First time ever going to a sephora store, and I was pretty anxious since I never really wore makeup and I wasnt sure what to expect when I went for a custom makeover. When I went however, the staff was very friendly and would ask if they could help with anything. The makeup artist who did my makeover was patient with the many questions I had and recommended great products to me. As a clueless newbie to makeup, they really help you find the products that work for you. Overall I really enjoyed my time here and I would go again.

THIS REVIEW GOES OUT TO SEPHORA STORE Alex (short black hair Bob cut ) has such a horrible attitude, shes in the perfume section. She immediately rolled her eyes and gave us an attitude right after I asked for help. I was extremely nice and asked for a sample politely because unfortunately not all of us can buy and exchange all the time so she didnt even have any manners with costumer service just basically waved the like perfume sample without saying a word. Super disrespectful and its childish. Im writing this review not to bash on her but its not the first time that I seen her do this

Im not the one who writes negative reviews but Ive had a horrible experience at Sephora in Santa Anita. Ive been experimenting and trying out different samples for about a month. I just wanted to see what brand named cosmetics best suited my skin type. Ive made trips on several occasions asking to try something new. Its not like I can spend a fortune buying full-sized bottles without knowing how it works. At first there was nothing unusual however, after some time, the staffs became very rude. A cashier at the register literally threw my cosmetics in the bag and gave me a disrespectful attitude...seriously? Ive finally invested money in a good foundation only to be treated ridiculously... Maybe its from working long hours and dealing with absurd customers, who knows.👎😒

I just stopped by Sephora and I had an amazing experience with Victor. He was so sweet and helpful and he actually knew what he was doing. He helped me find the perfect foundation and primer, too. I really recommend him. He turned this princess into a queen, haha!

One the African American Clerks today, March 21, 2017 I wasnt happy today with Her She was very rude. I wanted more samples for the face like what My Friend Wendy got from the another clerk today and this Clerk said absolutelely no because I gotten my samples from the perfumes already today so did my Friend Wendy and that is not Fair I was not able to get my other samples like think that should apologize the way She reacted towards Me or She should not talk to customers in a rude way like that ever again and She should not work at any make-up company ever again because She should be Kind to be customers as all times and She should give them what they ask for at the time They are otherwise They will leave and not come back to Her, And They go somebody at Sephora.

Went to this sephora for first time at this location and was right away greeted with smile and hello from a employee named Michael. First I love his hair and second he was so helpfull and patient, he helped me choose the right foundation for me and gave me sample of another I wanted to try, he gave me advise and over all I loved his patience, reccomendacuon, and suggestion really nice employee alot of cosmetic companies need great customer service like sephora. Michael was a amazing employee. Definitely coming back again and get more stuff with help of michael.

This location has a HORRIBLE management team, if you can even call it that. A lot of the cashiers are rude, especially the management ones. I have had not-so-decent customer service various times at that location. While a few of the girls do help you and ask you if you need assistance, many do not. Ive noticed that depending on what youre wearing (Clothes-wise) determines many of the cases whether you will be helped or not.
