Love this place I was introduced to this stores products went myself following day and love it !!!

I will always support this beauty brand because their mission is to do good in this world. Fair trade ingredients and products that work! My faves are the Oils of Life range, Seaweed exfoliation cleanser, and the Vitamin C serum for that glow ✨ You also save money on lotion with their body butters! Best used fresh out of the shower 💆‍♀️

Good customer service. I was skeptical at first when the employees kept suggesting stuff and trying to upsale but I am really glad I took their advice. My skin has never felt better. I have extremely sensitive skin and this brand works REALLY well. I’m very satisfied with my new skin care routine.

Really nice workers, and its great to support a company that makes top-quality products without all the unnecessary stuff. They also do great work for environmental causes, and the founder is an admirable person as well. They have a chapstick with SPF that is natural and moisturizing. Their lip gloss is really nice, and the Watemelon color is a bold pink that is perfect for the summer. The store smells lovely, too.

I hate going into this store when Lisa, this older lady w/short white/grayish hair, is EVER working in the store. She seems to be a sales manager since shes been working there ever since I started shopping there!! Anyhow, I just want to say that thats she absolutely RUDE!! When I wanted to return some products to the store w/my receipt, she asked me why I wanted to return them. I told her that I saw that the products contain paraben chemicals that are cancer-associated. She then retorted, There are 10,000 parabens out there, and there are only very few that actually cause cancer. I say, Id rather be safe that sorry. She retorts w/attitude, Well, Id say youre being PARANOID! What kinda of response is that, especially from a sales manager!! Lisa is a rude, pushy, attitude-giving person who I would never want to come across again. As I said in title above, Lisa makes The Body Shop look bad!
