Social distancing is enforced at this establishment. All of the staff wears a mask. All customers are expected to wear a mask too. They also wear gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use when you walk up to order. You can also order through the drive through. They are also sanitizing in between customers. I always get the hamburger with onions and some fries. Sometimes, when I want my fries to be a bit more crunchy, Ill ask for my fries to be light well or well done. I hate soggy fries. Get their animal fries if you have never tried it before. It is so tasty! Also, if you dont want to pay a bunch of money for the animals fries, just ask for the thousand island spread and place it on your fries. Boom! Now you have created your own animal fries :) Personally, I believe that IN-N-Out is far more superior than Shake Shack.

Ive eaten here a few times and service has remained good every time. Prices are always reasonable and the food is cooked quickly and well. Generally, my order is exactly as I placed it.

Never ever had a bad visit. Always consistent and outstanding taste and quality. The lines can get long here but well worth the wait, especially when you start to get the smell of the burgers in the air. They got you. Small parking lot you can use.. You can also buy a shirt here.

Had In N Out 3 times while on vacation ... From the Midwest and frankly, NO burger place holds a candle to in and out double double animal style!!! Absolutely a must if your out west and come across one... In 53 years of life this is my favorite burger ... Enjoy

The lines here are insane. Most in-n-out stores have well strategized drive thru traffic, but this was obviously not thought through. The entry lines cross the exit lines making it impossible to leave. The line blocks all of the parking spots. The entire process was infuriating. Worst in-n-out experience I’ve had

Yammy burger. Grew up with their burger. Never get enough of them. It is just the way they prepare their burger with secret sauce that makes hooked on this burger. Got a cheese burger with grilled onion and a extra crispy fried to go with it. Lines are long here at this outlet. But there is trick to have a shorter wait. I drove around the corner to the other side away from Santa Anita and there is practically no cars. I got my order in less than 10 minutes.

To experience the Dodgers beat the cardinals in the bottom of the 9th inning live @ Dodgers stadium was so amazing, and then to have a No. 2 with onions ( not grilled) @ out in Arcadia on the way home..the best.

One of the iconic burger joints in America. Not the over the top blue cheese with sprouts and tofu type burger, just the genuine In-N-Out great cheese burger. Always good.

Almost always great and great value. Sometimes the food is not as hot as it should be. The associates are well trained, which I mention because this was not always the case. The counter and drive-thru wait times are reasonable.

Great burger! However, it is almost never in and out, if you have ever experienced the drive through... although, dont let that be a deterrent, they actually move pretty quickly, and the sandwiches, flying dutchman, and animal style fries are well worth it! A must for both out of towners and locals! (Dont forget to add a shake!)

Im originally from LA but I dont live there anymore. Which means I visit each In N Out I can while visiting. This was by far the best of the 3 i went to on this trip. I always get animal style fries and this is what sold it for me over the others.

This is not the best burger we have ever eaten. It has no taste and the fries were not hot and tasted like paper. Saw the long line didnt know what the big fuss was over.

This place doesnt have any indoor sitting. Even restroom is outsid . Line isnt long either. Restroom was clean. Everyone was eating outside in the patio area or waiting inside the car on the drive through area.

I like In-N-Out - its literally the only fast food I ever eat, and thats literally only 2-3 times a year if youre lucky. Whats that old tequila commercial? I dont hamburger often, but when I do, I reach for In-N-Out Burger.Make sure you pick the right line. One is full, one is empty. We got our food in under 3 minutes in the short line at lunch time. I was impressed.

Weird drive thru entrance and exit, actually got stuck with cars trying to get in and I was trying to drive out. But then again what In-n-Out isnt jammed with traffic.

On this visit, cheeseburgers were way too salty. Fries lacked flavor. Shakes served lukewarm and gelatinous. Big disappointment.

The service was fast despite the usual long lines at In-N-Out. This was my first time at this specific location and for some reason their burgers tasted fresher than previous In-N-Out locations I visited in the past. The fries were also nicely salted, crispy and served warm. Overall an outstanding location.

Man, they gotta be on the order of a 45 minute wait at least. Is *any* junk food burger worth that? Granted, n-N-Out is cheaper than other burger joints, but the wait alone cancels out any savings (youre in effect working for far less than minimum wage).No, I have to conclude that people are coming for the product, which is pretty okay. It is NOT Whataburger, which doesnt exist in California, but my final assessment is this: it is medium grade product excellently and speedily prepared by friendly, cheerful staff. While thats not worth a long wait to me, its very clear that IN-N-Out Burger knows their niche and has a good thing going.I got the Double Double all the way with fries and a Coke, because its By God America and thats the law. The burger was American Cheesy good and hot. The fries (like McDonalds of recent years) have a definite crunch half-life and as such are good for about 5 minutes max, after which they become cardboard. During those five minutes, though, theyre serviceable. Get salt for them. The coke was properly mixed and had the soft-crunch ice - bueno.I went on a night a bit late when the line was only about 5 minutes. Do that and youll be okay.I see online that my calorie sin tally was about 1,000. Thats a lot, but surprisingly less than, say, a Chipotle burrito with chips and a coke.
