No glass cutter on duty today had yo go somewhere else.

After looking at our 100-year-old very tall and very narrow window, Mark recommended that he take it back to his shop, where he could do the best work on replacing the glass. An hour later, he was back, the window was in and he didnt upcharge us.. He also replaced glass in one of our sash windows that has been painted shut for the past 50 years. I am extremely happy with his professionalism, his efficiency, his friendliness and his enthusiasm for his work. Thanks Mark and Slater Glass!! (And since we have 76 windows and doors in this old house, Im sure Ill be seeing Mark again. )
