Nice looking store. Really good selection of fresh food and prepared food. They have a good selection of beer and wine. A decent selection of seafood and meat. Full service deli with a olive bar and good selection of cheese and deli meats. Though the service at the deli counter was super slow, only one slow person working, though nice. I was going to get some roasted chicken but gave up after what look like a much long endeavor than I wanted to endure.

Says they take google pay, but attendent not interested in helping. Staters and Arco work fine. This place doesnt take google pay. Went down the street, Vons didnt have any problem taking google pay. Rang right up.

We forgot to write down the name of manager tonight on Jan 26th 2021, but that lady try to overcharge us and she changed the price three times! I think she probably think we looks easily to be taken advantage of. So if you guys want to buy stuff here make sure the price is right. Don’t be tricked by the night mean manager over here! She does overcharged people by whatever she wants!

Im giving a 2 star just because I do still like coming here. But Debbie the sales manager is very sarcastic and did not like it one bit. If I asked what the price was after the discount is applied. It doesnt mean you have to be rude and say the price and point at the computer. Im not dumb. Just be careful with this lady.

The store is well laid out making everything easy to find. I will definitely shop here again.

I have mixed emotion, Ive been coming to this for about 7 years... Most of them are decent people.. today I have to deal with the cashier Arlene,,,,,Arlene is not the greatest lady I observed her dealing with two different people ahead of me she was so nice to them when it came to me she was very rude .. I called her manager I let her know that happened, manager was a decent lady... All Im saying if I Arlene she dont like her Job go work somewhere else simple as that. Happy holidays everyone.

Very good grocery store, high quality produce, but, like other so-called supermarkets, does not carry some basic goods, e.g., frozen pineapple juice and malt vinegar. One can buy frozen orange/pineapple/mango juice which is really apple juice. Be sure to read all labels of all so-called juices, drinks and punches. I was driven to start shopping at Wal-Mart to get frozen pineapple juice, and now shop there regularly. Still, it is a pretty good local market, and some of the Kroger-branded products are excellent and well-priced.

The food is good but there is a big guy cashier who was prejudiced against the Chinese/Asian customers. He is only nice to the White customers. He never said hi, or thanks to any Chinese/Asian customers. The other cashiers are ok.

Its close to where I work so its a very convenient place for groceries on the way home.

This Ralphs has been remodeled to a Fresh-Fare. It now has a Starbucks inside. All new shelving and is very nice. Highly recommend that you pay a visit.

No cashiers available here in the a.m just like at at all the other Ralphs. Maybe 7am is to early to shop or purchase anything here. Ralphs is force feeding their customers to the self check out stand so we can do their job so they dont have to. Maybe if we were given a discount it would be worth the time, trouble and inconvenience but self checking and bagging a full basket of groceries on your own is another reason why Im opening an Amazon account for my groceries. Good Riddance Ralphs.

Recently remodeled. Has fresh fare now. Everything is great. You should be a member. Being a member is free and you get a discount on everything. There is as also sushi.

Visit @7am early small stocking and cleaning going on little. bit of happy customers everything fresh staff was very nice and friendly. I went when I was hungry but made it out without breaking my budget. Everything look good very clean easy to spot what you looking for.

I recently spent 4 months working in the area,found Ralphs about 3rd day here.I cook all my own food,never eat out.This store is super fine! The entire staff was friendly and always helpful,Al the butcher,thanks man,always ready with advice on cuts of meat,cooking tips,and an all around great guy!! I highly suggest that a place be marked on the floor where you should stand to wait for the self service check out...I stood by it and was told there was a line of two people across the aisle in the freezer area...I moved up after it was my turn and was told to get in the back of the line...also the lady that should know me acted like I was a nobody and was very rude...THIS IS WHY I SHOP AT AT TARGET AND TRADER JOES...

I have been frequenting this Ralphs market since November 2011. The produce and meat have always been fresh and they usually have a great selection. The food products are well organized and fairly easy to find. Not only that, if you have Ralphs membership card, you get up to 20 cents off per gallon at participating Shell gas stations. Nice market with good parking, competitive pricing and the customer service is quite good, highly recommended.

Despite the expired and moldy grocery that they carries, the customer service is terrible. Thinking Im just run right in and pick something up real quick. An item was placed at a wrong spot, I walked the cashier to where I found it. He told me its at a wrong place and suppose to be here but its overstocked. So he ended up taking the item I wanted to purchase and place it at another wrong price spot because the original price spot is overstocked. He didnt say anything to me... no sorry... or I can price match it for me. He simply took my item and just place it at another wrong price tag where theres space for it. I walked right out. Didnt even want to bother to speak with such a poor customer service cashier. Thanks for so much for trying to save time and not going to Walmart. Keep up the good work Vons. Let see how much longer you can last.

Despite what Google Maps currently has listed, this location is open for business. The store is clean and seemingly well managed, and I have yet to have any issues here. Personally I prefer Trader Joes, but this grocery store is convenient for small shopping lists and more basic food items.

Place is got or miss. Most of the staff is great some are not too nice. A lot of items do not have a price tag so you have to take it to the register to find the price. Location is currently under remodel so hopefully things will be better.

Friendly helpful staff. Store looks really nice since the remodel. There is a Starbucks now inside the store. Aisles are well marked. Items generally in stock.

Much easier grocery store to shop in than at Hastings Ranch. It needs to be updated. But better parking and bigger space.

Been shopping there for almost 20 years. I always find what Im looking for. Employees are very helpful. I love that they are unionized so I dont worry about them being as exploited as non-union workers are in other stores.

Love this Ralphs. Be sure to ask the helpful staff at the Deli to let you try a slice of the curry chicken and/or the chicken that tastes like chicken soup - seriously, Boars Head makes both and theyre delicious.

Love shopping at Ralphs but they need to move the magazine racks from next to the disabled shopping carts. It is nearly impossible to get on them with the rack there. Already spoke with the manager to no avail.

Theres always parking, the carts are usually clean, the shelves are full and its easy to find what Im looking for. If I cant the staff is very helpful. Overall I love this store. My only unpleasant experience was with an older, blonde manager acting as a cashier who just looked and acted as if everyone is beneath her. As long as I dont interact with her I can always expect a pleasant experience.

There is never enof check out lines open and staff has no urgency to help. Every time I come in. The meat is cheap but you get what you pay. You better eat it with in 2 days to or it will go back. Chose a different place

Worst experience with manager Rosie I am disabled and she refused to let me in without me waiting in line. There was also a man in crutches she refused to let in. She needs to be retrained

This place keeps mixing up the item locations. If I spend more time asking where something is then going to the store down the street and just buying it there.

This is a nice clean store with a good selection. It is a medium size store. My favorite Ralphs is the store in La Canada which is a larger store. I also have a Pavillians on the way home. I prefer this Ralphs deli selection over Pavillians deli.

The remodel is way more better than the original look. They replaced the coffee machine with a coffee shop.

Consistently in stock on key items, and fresh produce and meats, busier since the Sunset Ralphs closed, avoid around the times when the elementary school gets out!

Always stop for lunch when working in the area. The best deli people.

RALPHS grocery has been my favorite grocery store since returning to CA in 1983. I am sad soo many are closing down.

Ralphs is fine for a quick shopping stop, but I wouldnt make it my regular grocery store. The produce is sub-par, and their ethnic sections are lacking.
