Amy at this office is exceptional. Prior to the pandemic, my dad had been a patient at the office for years. Since the pandemic, I have had to bring him myself. Amy is professional, patient, kind, respectful, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I am also a healthcare provider and was impressed with her “bedside manner” at every appointment. My dad has severe hearing impairment. I observed how well she performed the hearing test and the hearing device my dad has now is perfect. Amy did not pressure us to buy the most expensive one; in fact we ended up the the less expensive one and it works well for my dad. Thank you Amy!
