I paid $6000+ for a brand new massage chair, it was broken at the first day delivered. And the company does not offer Return or Exchange service because they said the reason is the massage chairs are consumables”. Right now I can only use it as a stupid chair!!!

Paid $7600 on a massage chair and the merchant failed to deliver in time before we leave town as they promised, and refused to cancel order and refund. 6 weeks already since we paid full amount, still no sign of massage chair. We had to call them, email them, text them multiple times before they can spare some of their busy, precious time to work on our case. Salesperson knows nothing but charge $7600 to my credit card account. No delivery schedule, no nothing. Salesperson and customer service defer the case to each other. The key point is: you want your money back? No way! Since we have NO REFUND POLICY ON STORE PURCHASE! Think twice before you decide to purchase anything from this store, you dont wanna get into my current situation: paid $7600, but received nothing (only $50 gift card and head massage device as free gift)!
