19 July 2016: Had an O2 sensor replaced to clear a Check Engine light and also had the muffler replaced on my 2002 Isuzu Trooper. Bob was courteous, professional, trustworthy and honest. Highly recommend this shop!

Very honest and polite. But do not use gps to get there because it will bring you to the wrong place. Drive 1 minute past scrap humboldt and south on g street, and look for an orange sign.

Want a kind, honest, and professional mechanic - go to Arcata Muffler. There was nothing wrong with my vehicle, and they told me that straight up. No waiting around for someone to inspect my truck - they looked at it right away AT NO CHARGE. And how often can you walk away from a place without some kind of suggested repair? Not often, but I did. When my truck does need work, I know exactly where I will be taking it!
