The process of my comprehensive eye exam, as well as picking out my frames and lenses was extremely quick, in and out within an hour, and the doctor was very professional and educational. The woman that assisted me with the frames and lenses was also very professional and had excellent customer service skills. I left the office completely satisfied and very happy with every aspect of the appointment.

My husband had an eye injury that required immediate attention. I was so impressed with A-Z in their quick decision making process and for seeing my husband at 10:30 in the evening. Dr. Johnson provided excellent care and made my husband feel at ease under a stressful situation. After the emergency visit, Dr. Johnson saw my husband for a follow up appointment. My family is very thankful for the caring staff and great care of Dr. Johnson. I will continue to recommend A-Z to all of my family and friends.

My previous experience with the staff was not pleasant and I only returned because I had trouble finding an alternative provider. But Dr. Johnson restored my faith. He showed genuine interest in my vision health, was very personable and attentive. I’m very glad that I came back. To be fair, the providers have always been great but the staff, not so much. I hope the current owners are more intentional in monitoring staff and how they interact with their patients. And again to be fair most of the staff are fine but the few that have not been were enough to send me looking for other providers.

Amazing service overall. From the call for an expedited appointment which was done very quickly, the helpful and very hospitable reception, the lady who ran my tests, the doctor who analyzed the tests and the lady who helped me pick my amazing glasses 👓. I am very thankful for your service. I just moved to the country and to the area and havent felt that genuine welcome from anywhere else. You gave me hope that there is unscripted hospitality here. Trans friendly!! As a trans person, it can be scary going to any doctor especially with your name not legally changed yet. They respected my preferred name and they seem to have a lot of updated equipment. All the staff was very nice and honestly, one of the best eye doctors I have been too. Dr. Johnson was great.

Very friendly, caring, efficient staff. Really made me feel at home and well taken care of. I was surprised at the number of patients and staff in the office - it looked so small from the outside walking past it many days. Dr. Appy was also very friendly, courteous, and patient with explanations and answering questions. While there they also adjusted my progressive lens glasses so they fit much better and improved my vision. In all, Im very happy that I went to them and will consider them my number one eye care provider from now into the future.

My husband took my 6y old daughter yesterday to eye vision check and they both were extremely pleased with level of professionalism and kindness of the people at the clinic. I am now thinking about making an appt for myself within the next months.

Eye exams are always thoroughly done, my husband and I are patient here for over 10 years. We trust Dr Appy, he is great and straight to the point. Clinic environment is always clean, well organized and very well run. Most importantly, we like coming here because they are honest. They don’t try to push you for eye glass sales like other clinics.

They were very professional, prompt and courteous and a large selection of frames to choose from.

We have been going to A to Z for four years now. The doctors and staff are professional, friendly, and caring. We highly recommend them!

When making an appointment for an eye exam, I was told that the exam shouldnt take more than 15-20 minutes (the soonest available appointment was right before one of my classes so I wanted to be sure I made to class in time.) The eye exam went fine but it took over an hour, which caused me to almost miss my class which was stressful but that was my bad for scheduling it right before a class. After picking out glasses and paying for them, I was told they should be ready to pick up within the next 2 weeks. Long story short, my glasses were not ready to be picked up until yesterday (almost 6 weeks after my eye exam.) Over these 6 weeks I have been the one to reach out to the office to see what the delay was. I hadnt received any call, text or email from the office to let me know that there was a delay or why there was a delay. The only reason I found out was because I called to ask. To me this is not very professional and is frustrating for me as a client and customer. Id also like to mention that throughout this entire delay of my glasses, not a single staff member apologized for the inconveniently long wait for my glasses. The staff otherwise was pleasant and polite in person and on the phone, but I didnt feel as though they made an effort to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience. Coming from a background of customer experience I acknowledge that in most settings, it is expected for the business to take ownership to take ownership of any mistakes or inconveniences, even if it may be out of their control. With all of this said, my overall experience at A to Z was not very pleasant and I probably will not return or refer anyone to this location. I hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration by the staff at A to Z Eye Care.

Ive gone to the Costco eye exam place it was okay. A to Z is like a fine dining experience after fast food. Really professional staff and high tech equipment. Prices on glasses are a bit high but not bad.

Dr. Azevedo and the staff were all super friendly and their equipment is very up to date. I needed new glasses and they were very helpful in working with my two vision insurance plans to get me the lowest possible price. The staff helped me choose a new pair of frames and they led me to the pair I bought the very first time! That literally never happened before and I have been wearing glasses for 60 yrs. The staff is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Nice office and good parking. What more could you want?

A to Z Eye Care provides the best, most thorough eye care Ive ever had (and Ive been wearing glasses or contacts for over 50 years! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and Dr. Loren is fantastic. They have the latest equipment and testing for eye health, if you want it, but they never pressure you. I love the fact that they are environmentally sensitive, including a re-usable sign-in form. Theyve replaced my scractched lenses (my fault) with no questions or objections. A to Z makes eye care enjoyable!

I have been going to AZ for years now. They continue to perform quality eye exams. My wife has gotten her glasses there for quite some time. This last time she told them she didnt need upgrade her prescription or buy new frames so they cleaned her old one and sent her on her way. They continue to let me buy my reading glasses at the dollar store. What a savings.

Been going here for years. Tried Site for Sore Eyes, and costco before but now I just go to A to Z. Theyre so friendly and their selction of frames is the best & varies (which I love). Things tend to get a bit pricey sometimes, especially with my lens taste, but I feel its so worth it.

The glasses they made for me were so well done, I felt like having new sets of eyes. When that specially made glasses had a small bit of scratch at the corner one year later, they replaced it under warranty right away. I cannot thank all enough. THANK YOU!

Loren Azevedo has been my eye doctor since I arrived here in 1990 and I wouldnt consider changing. I really appreciate the personal care and service offered by him and the entire staff. They ensure that I am up-to-date on my appointments, and even send me birthday wishes each year! Its really a first-class operation.

My family have been a patients for four years. Ive referred several friends and coworkers. Wonderful staff and great selection of eyeglasses. They would get 4 starts except I was told they dont take my new insurance, United Healthcare. Im beyond disappointed! Now I have to go find someone else. I doubt the service will match the excellent service I got from AtoZ, but I have no choice.

The office has up-to-date equipment and my eyes were tested in ways Id never known about before. Dr. Cole listened to my concerns about my vision and gave me information and suggestions which were helpful. The woman who fitted my glasses took into consideration my request to have my glasses sit higher on my nose so that my tri-focal lenses were located where they should be. The whole staff was very friendly.

Dr. Linda has been my doc for many years. Last year I had a major eye emergency, she took me right in, checked me thoroughly and sent me immediately to an opthomologist. She is a caring, intelligent, knowledgeable professional.

Cannot believe that i stumbled onto this outfit. Got care here that i havent had since my mom passed. They tested and figured things out that i did not know existed. I wound up with new glasses because they figured out that i had the wrong pair all the way (and i had gone to another eye doctor not that long ago).They showed class when they urged me to cut the other eye care place slack. If you employ them, i actually cannot imagine them failing you.(No. I am NOT related to them, and know absolutely no one working there, now, or in the past.)

Seemingly polished and professional, this place appears to do things right. After working with them on an eye exam and contact lens refitting, Im completely unimpressed. They refuse to work with me to try different contact lens brands after spending more than $500 with them. Even though I was given the choice of contact lens at the time out of 3 brands they let me try, they have revoked that choice and now refuse to alter my prescription in order to try different brands that they do not offer. I recommend going with a more trustworthy, less expensive option in Eureka. This place has been a pain since day 1 and I wont be working with them any more.

I used to love A to Z, so much so that when I moved away I traveled back to go there. I have recommended them to many of my friends as well as getting my parents and in laws established there. In the past couple years I have noticed a significant decline in customer service. I believe that the decline is partially because of how big they have become and how modular they make everything; contacts, glasses, insurance... I recently got Lasik and asked for my records from there because I will be looking for another doc closer to me. Theyre certainly not worth traveling for anymore. Very sad, because I really liked them before.
