Great Location. I frequently visit this location to shop for my skincare, makeup & perfume products. They are usually stocked with whatever product Im searching for and the associates are always helpful.

I normally have an AWESOME shopping experience in this store - would be there for hours. Its like a glamorous adult candy shop. This time I was LITERALLY ignored by the young cashier when checking out - even though NO ONE WAS IN LINE. Only me. I almost took my money somewhere else but the other cashier saw what was happening and gracefully stepped up and got me outta there. I was fuming though. Perhaps she fell asleep on that part if the training. Geez!😖
I got off from work took the train all the way up here. At 5.55 .I got here they refused to let me in because they said their registers were down and they were already closed. At 6.00 is when you close . So why would your registers be closed before then? They were really heres about it. If you close at 6.00 then 6.00 is when the registers are down not before. They were real heros about it. Horrible. Do not come to this location. They got alot of Jerks who work here.
This is a great little Sephora! Warm greeting when you enter and it has a great selection of products.

This location sells expired and near expired products.I purchased an expired perfume and near expired foundation from this location. I purchased a perfume last month that was manufactured 2years 8 months ago. A perfumes shelf life is 3 years including the period after opening. The recommend period after opening, on the bottle is 2 year. I cant get that value because it expires in a few months. With the foundation it was worst because I could see the break up of the liquid no matter how much it was shaken. Be cautious when shopping at this store. Over the years Ive gradually outgrown Sephora and purchase my favorite products directly from the manufacturer. But when I do shop at Sephora I plan to do all my purchases online.Another point to mention is the weird interaction that takes place at this store. The store reps follow you around the store and try to force a conversation especially when you walk in the sore. Its awkward and makes me uncomfortable. An outdated business practice.
I had to run in here because they are the only store close by that sells Huda. I wish I didn’t like this one product in particular so much because I just can’t get over how uncomfortable they make me feel in the store. They still have the “gate keeper” telling you all the rules when you walk in. As you look around I feel like all of the employees are just stalking me making sure I don’t touch anything. They don’t offer you a consultation. You can’t have a seat and talk about products. It’s just very uncomfortable. I was here a few weeks ago and it was just as bad. The world is uneasy feeling enough...I hate when I go shopping and am made to feel like I’m doing something wrong by just wanting a long wear lipstick.
The staff was so unbelievably rude and not helpful at all. I couldn’t even find someone on the floor to help me and the woman at the register was snippy and gave me attitude for no reason. Yikes
I was on the phone with my daughter while she was at this location buying products for her clients. She has her own business in Suburban Square. She had asked for help for one ;because she is short and couldnt reach the item she wanted and two; to make sure that the product she was getting would work for all of her clients. She had to track someone down to get the help she needed and the only person who helped her was basically the person who was following her around the store. Reading some other reviews, this store has an issue with PEOPLE OF COLOR. Their customer service only extends to people who look like them. My daughter usually shops at the King of Prussia store, but she was at her shop and in between clients and needed to make a quick purchase. PEOPLE OF COLOR, PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION. I dont know if these stores are independently owned or not but I am looking into it and will report them to a corporate office.

I went to this Sephora store for the first time and its a very cute location and they carry more than the other Sephora off of 309. I prefer the store at King of Prussia its the biggest so far.

Ever since I became a beauty insider at the NYC store, I’ve been a fan of the selection at Sephora. Skincare and makeup has become a big part of my everyday routine so it’s nice to have a place to find some of the best.

Ive been treated poorly both times I visited. Tonight I walked in 5 min before closing, I had one item to get. I was met at the door and was told they were closed. Looked at my watch and asked if they were supposed to be closed. The woman said well, we are closing our register. I told her I just needed one item. She reluctantly helped me, while behind me 3 other women were stopped at the door and told it was closed. I made my purchase and was out. Not going to return to this location.
Its a smaller Sephora, but I have never had a bad experience here. The store is always clean, has a good layout, and the customer service is top notch.
My daughter received Fenty foundation as a gift from my sister. We went to this store to exchange it because it was the wrong shade and were told they cant do exchanges without a receipt. That is ridiculous. How would we have the receipt if it was a gift? I used to work for Estee Lauder and they never had such a ridiculous policy. I thought I would go back and purchase a lot from this store, but I wont, Ill stick to Ulta, where they treat me like a person.

This is the only Sephora store I will walk into. The staff is usually friendly and willing to help with whatever you need, especially if you have a specific issue. It is also generally not very busy and when it is, its not noticeable due to the layout.
The overweight Hispanic security guard at this Sephora is very unpleasant she followed me and another woman, that happened to be African-American, around the whole entire time in the store it made us feel very very uncomfortable to the point we had to report to the manager . It is very unfortunate that we still have to face this type of discrimination when today I spent well over $100 today in Sephora. I am a human being that deserves human respect. Sad. I do not appreciate the stores treatment of the incident as well. Please don’t do this to other people.

A month or so ago I made a large purchase. I was unhappy with the foundation and primer I purchased. I travel a lot for work so I went to another Sephora in Massachusetts, which was located inside. JcPenny’s. I purchased different foundation and primer. Loved the primer but not the foundation. I returned went to return the first primer and they told me they couldn’t take it back because it was 25% used...I only used the primer 3 times. Then they would only give me store credit for the foundation I purchased in Massachusetts because it was a JCPenny. This has been super frustrating for me. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere no more Sephora for me.

Very friendly staff. They spent time with you to give you the right advice. One tip on weekends go in the mornings when they not super busy.
Be careful of Sephora employees with there tactics to upsell more products than you need. Im totally for moisturizer and primer but these can actually cause acne breakouts so you have to be careful. Also they love promoting there sephora brand and keep finding ways to steer you away from the brand you actually came to buy. A quick tip I you love a particular brand sometimes you can buy from the actual company brand website and save money instead of sephora . For example the DIOR Show airbrush foundation spray was $62 in store at Sephora on DIOR actual website it was $50 free ship. So.you should always check the brand website first before going to sephora it may be less expensive.

The staff are very knowledgeable about the products.
The manager here, Janine (sp?), is the rudest person I have come across in a long time. Every time I come to this location she is throwing dirty looks and me and her employees. The attitude that comes off of her is unbearable and I have seen her demean her employees. She is the reason I will never return to this location and if I had to guess the reason why the turn over with employees is so rapid.

I came here to get my make up done and I was 10 mins late they told me I could no longer get services...Mind you I called 15 minutes before my appt to tell them I was late and still they turn me down...They were very rude.I been getting my make up done by Sephora for years and never was turn away.Daniel does a horrible job of make up by the way she did my eyebrows and didn’t conceal them at all and she had me standing up while she did them...Cloe is a very good make up artist by the way.
