Great overall experience start to finish. Came in as a walk-in, was greeted immediately and set up with an appointment in the next day or so and given a loaner vehicle. Darius Duquesnay was my point of contact. Exceptional customer service: professional, responsive. Communicated daily updates on my vehicle while it was getting work done. Poor communication regarding service time. I had to go to the register to alert someone to the fact that I got a diagnostic completion notification about 45mins ago and it wasn’t until then that anyone followed up with me. There was a delay in them contacting my warranty provider, which they mentioned was out of their control. All in all I was there for 4 hours for one fuse to get replaced. Biggest waste of time I’ve ever had. This was my first experience and it wasn’t a pleasant one. I hate when companies over promise and under deliver.

I was greeted by an agent as soon as I drove up. I explained why I was there and they proceeded to take my car for service. I spoke with the proper agent to make note of the problems :1. front passenger tire was almost flat2. had trouble operating the window washerI was told that it should take approximately an hour and half to complete the workI left the center and returned about an hour and forty=five minutes. The car was almost finished. The agent shared with me the work that was done and I was ready to leave. I was so grateful of the cost.

Super slow this time. why have appointments if they won’t look at the vehicle for 3 hours? i could have slept in.30 minutes of work took 4 hours and then had to wait another hour for a bad car wash leaves and moss were still on my window corners.. nothing was vacuumed..i would have passed on a good wash if it saved me an hour of my time. they could have told me car wash was “gonna take an hour, we won’t vacuum or dry the windows so you’ll have steaks and water spots”. instead they said… “ur the next car going in the wash”… and let me stand outside for an hour waitingpretty bad experience. everyone was nice. we’ll mostly.

While the customer service met my expectations, rhe actual service for my car was the worst I ever experienced.I try to make a long story short. I set up an appointment for a standard oil/filter change and dropped it off the night before on Wednesday, and my car was not ready for pickup up until Saturday 10/2/2021. Three days for an oil change. REALLY!I was told prior to pickup until Thursday evening that the service manager that was helping me no longer works for Infiniti and my car was never serviced. I will never return to this location again!

Darius Duquenay was responsive from the moment I called! I was visiting Philadelphia and needed the warning code checked on my vehicle before driving back home in 2 days. Darius was able to fit me into the packed schedule to make sure that my children and I would be safe on the road. He was professional, very pleasant and, although he was very busy with his scheduled clients, he gave the requisite attention to my needs. He also went above and beyond duty when, after my services were complete, I returned after hearing a weird sound. He drove with me on the street and clarified what I was hearing. I was super relieved. Thanking him for everything. Special mention to the young man who stood outside the building flashing the biggest smile and waving me into the dealership when I first arrived and was trying to find its location. His smile made me feel like they were happy to see me and I was going to be well taken care of, and I was. THANKS TO ALL.

He gave me an appointment with very little notice since my state inspection was expiring despite me not being a regular customer. I needed to get my State Inspection done and I called the dealership where I purchased my 2020 infiniti QX60 vehicle to make an appointment. As per usual I would have to wait 2 weeks out before I could get in. I made a call to the Service Department at Infiniti of Ardmore and was able to get in a week later. This service department rocks!!! Not only do they get the service/job done that you are seeking, but they go above and beyond with the washing of the car and a quick vacuum. I appreciate the extra steps Infiniti of Ardmore takes to treat their customers well. It does not go unnoticed. Thanks to the team of two who walked me out to my car today to connect my audio in the car with my new cellphone. Buying experience was just OK. The salesperson was OK, Finance Mgr was exceptional but the buying experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. II purchased a 2019, Certified Pre-owned QX50 from this dealer ONLY because they had the exact car I wanted. The car is perfect except it was delivered without a 2nd key fob and owners manual.Seems to me a luxury Certified Preowned vehicle should not be sold without these.I have less a problem with the missing key fob but a missing owners manual is inexcusable considering how electronics laden thIs vehicle is. Yes I can download a manual to my phone but have you ever tried reading from a 500 plus page manual on your smart phone?The dealer would not even take a manual from another pre-owned vehicle. This is so nickel and dime and certainly not putting the customer first. So I will be purchasing these out of pocket and will likely not be buying another vehicle from this dealer again.Hey Ardmore Infiniti, if youre going to call yourself a luxury car dealer, try acting like it!

Environment is very cleaned, safe to sit comfortably while handling your business with your sales associate. Our sales associate Brian Dahl is the best ever. Brian really worked to help us with a great deal. We are very pleased with our purchase. What I really liked about this location everyone is super friendly. They provide water, tea, coffee if you like. The manager Ted is really nice, Forgive me I forget the other managers name. Im sorry . Great overall experience while my car got serviced. Clean, socially distant waiting room that allowed only 5 customers at a time. My service manager Alan kept met up to speed throughout the process and provided me with options on how to best address immediate needs and options we could put off to preserve the longevity of my car. This was my first time coming to Infiniti of Ardmore but definitely wont be my last! I wanted an oil change but with the times we are in now, you have to have an appointment everywhere you go. I initially called another Infiniti dealership closer to where I was at the time but they had no walk ins and no appointments until next week so I tried Ardmore. Allan was very friendly on the phone and accommodating and told me to bring my car in and they would take care of me today. When I arrived, he was just as friendly and personable in person as he was on the phone. Made me feel important and good knowing that my car would be in good hands. I got my oil changed and tires rotated and they did it in about the time he quoted and gave my baby a wash. I appreciate the great service!
