Had some excellent sales going and saved a lot of money.

Staff is always excellent and the store is always clean and like every jc Pennys Ive been in they only have mens Arizona jeans in skinny jeans so dont even bother looking for straight cut or athletic cut or even boot cut. You can dream about it but they dont not have it. Iv been watching for months and nothing but skinny jeans.

Ive always loved JCP but I cant spend much time in this store bc its so hot in there!! I wouldve tried on more clothes but it was too 🥵 😔

Usually they have great deals and wonderful inventory but my last trip wasnt so Im giving four stars... though before this trip I would have given five stars 😊

I usually find what Im looking for but they didnt have the slippers I wanted & were practically out of socks (that was strange). But there were still good gifts.

The selection of clothing was ample. They had some good sales. It was a pleasant shopping trip.

Today was my last visit to Pennys, Ardmore. The cashier was HATEFUL and condescending, she was so disrespectful to customers because we were not properly lined up while waiting to pay for purchases. She could use some customer service training!!!

I rarely get chances to make it to these stores before they close,but I found the perfect work pants.for great price.

It was okay they have a lot of clothes and stuff. Not a very big shoe selection. They usually have good deals on pants. I dont buy pants that often but when I do its usually a good deal. They have pretty neat t-shirts not a huge selection but still.

I have shopped here for years, and for the most part it is usually a very good experience. Today was just the opposite. The people were not helpful or friendly. Maegan was about as friendly as one of the poles holding up the building. She needs further training or does not need to be in customer service. I know people have bad days, but you could tell as they worked with several customers, that they werent having an off day, that they were just not very nice. When they tried to be nice to someone, it was very forced and fake. I hate that for this store. 😟 On a good note, the young girl that checked us out was apparently new because she needed a lot of help, but she really tried.Dana White

They have such a variety of men and womens clothing. I really like the jewelry department when they have 80% off on all. I love this store!!

This store is so unkempt. Half the lights are out and the dressing room is always full of clothes and also so dark you cant see what your trying on. Ardmore doesnt have alot of places for women and men to shop,they need to step it up

Could not find what I needed in the size I needed and the ones in my size were so ugly fabric selection I didnt buy... they sure need some buyers or designers that just get some plain old blue, green, red, black or standard colors NOT WIDE STRIPE RED AND GRAY OR BRIGHT LIME GREEN WITH AWFUL LOOKING PRINTS

The staff is friendly, but the dressing rooms are horrible. Half of them wont even lock and are so tiny. Dont plan on taking anyone else into a room with you. You have to go outside the dressing room to see what you look like, which isnt always the best thing. They are also filthy. I dread taking off my shoes on there. The rest of the store is decent.

It was okay but the sales were amazing.

Ive been shopping here for 24 years and cannot remember in that time if theyve ever upgraded their womens dressing room. Its absolutely disgusting with stinky brown carpet, sloppily painted doors and locks that barely work. I try very hard to keep my shoes on when trying on clothes.They have great sales but not a very big selection compared to other stores because were a small city. Also, many of the sales associates are of retirement age and really show it in their mannerisms and style. And at slower times I can hardly find a cashier to check out. This store just feels so worn out and is in desperate need of a makeover.

Went to JCPennys in Aedmore, Oklahoma. Customer service was wonderful and helpful. Didnt have product in the store I was looking for, but she was a to order it for me, with free s&h to my store in Texas! Awesome!

Bought an item at the store...I am from Houston...realized the Thunder Sweatshirt was too small for my mother so I called to see if I could return that to the store instead of my local JC Penney store, since it is a specialty item, but when I called the Ardmore store to see about the return...no one answered the phone at all...Kept getting a recording that the Operator wasnt available...duh! What is her job? How about answer the phone...Very frustrated...
