These people are liars and crooks! I recently put my truck in the shop to get 2 things fixed, I have an extended warranty as it is a used truck. Brian, the service writter, called my warranty company and told them that my oil was black and there for they should void my warranty since I apparently was not servicing my truck. (obviously there is to much paper work on extended warrenties for Brian to deal with) Joke was on him because I had only owned the truck 2 months and it was NOT even due for an oil change yet. Then when he called to say it was done. I specifically asked him if both items were fixed. At first he only remember one item. Then when I reminded him that HE said they had to fix the first thing to see if that corrected the 2nd issue. He suddenly remember and said, It must be fixed because my mechanic said it was done. NOT!!! Another lie. What I took time to put it in the shop for it was not fixed. Plus there were new charges on my bill after the warranty company paid for the the part they did fix And the price of hourly labor changed drastically. DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP OR BRIAN. On top of the hourly labor they charged me 100.00 to diagnose it and that was not part of the original charges.

I recently bought a used truck from Zeller. I had an issue shortly after and Zeller stepped up and we worked out an agreement to get it resolved. I was very pleased and am enjoying my truck.

We bought a truck from Zellers years ago and was thrilled with them, so came here first when looking again. Found a truck and sat an appointment to test drive it since I was driving 2 hours. Got there and they sold it 3 hours before my appointment and didn’t think it was important to call me and stop me from coming. Then they didn’t even offer to pay for my gas. Very disappointed that a past client wasn’t important.

Brandon was very helpful and attentive. Even though it was blowing snow he still took the time to show us several vehicles to ensure we were comfortable with our purchase.

Id just like to say sweet mint hooked me up with a very good jeep mechanic Brandon. Ill be back. Also got me into the truck I needed with good interest rate.

Zeller Motors was so awesome!!! Told them the situation and gave them all our info on Monday and set an appt for test drives for Friday morning. I went in to test drive a vehicle and liked it so much I was ready to buy it. Brandon was my sales associate and he was very pushy and dismissive. I was trying to tell him I had a loan through my bank but would be putting some down as well. Before I could even finish telling him that, he cut me off and said they wouldnt negotiate at all and basically to leave. I drove two hours to see the car because my sister bought her car through this company 3 years ago and had a great experience so I figured it would be worth the drive because she was so happy with her purchase. I will not be looking at their inventory again.

My husband loves the service and attention to detail he get from the service department. We have a dealership in our hometown that services Dodge, but he would rather drive the extra miles to get the trust in the service dept.

Came to zellers dealership. Had a terrible experience with Callie Price. Did not feel welcomed. Felt that Callie only wanted the money and did not care for customers satisfaction.

Wasnt able to find a car I wanted, but the sales person Jeb and manager Wit were very helpful and easy to work with. They knew exactly what we needed to have to meet my chapter 13 bankruptcy guidelines. Two days later they had inventory, but I had found another car closer to Wichita.

Tim and staff were such a joy to work with. We were going through a hard time and they still managed to help us get a nice reliable vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone! If you go there ask for Tim you won’t be sorry!

This is a new review has of 2-2-19. I give this business a revised 2 star. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Zellers over a 20 year span of time amounting to approximately $100,000.00. I have spent another several thousands of dollars for up keep and repair on all of these vehicles. Just recently I and my son in law spent just at $2,000.00 of repair to a Dodge 1500. Zellers would not e en after all i have spent in their business would mount and balance two new tires for free that cost me a additional $40.00. If this is how the new owner treats loyal customers. Im done with them.

Had the pleasure of speaking and purchasing directly from Mr. Clay Roberts, General Manager. He quoted the best price of any other dealerships I had contacted throughout the country (we live in Gilbert, AZ and Zeller in Ark City was highly recommended on the Cummins Forum). Very professional, knowledgeable of the product I was searching for, and closed the sale over the phone. Possibly not in all their sales, but to me, it appeared conducts business the old fashion way. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! This place is a joke, they sold my father a truck that they promised to fix!!! Which they never did! They took advantage of him! Made him pay full price when half the stuff in it dont work, tire monitoring system(they promised to fix and didnt), the rear speakers dont work( so amplifier is problly out), the spare tire mount is rusted out and wont hold a tire under the truck, the engine light has stayed on(they said they would fix)which is cylinder 4 misfire and now it is pouring gas in to the cylinder, the center console was broke, rear passenger door cable was replaced and not put in right so fixed myself, and it is suppose to have remote start and it dont work either, etc. Etc. Etc. the list does go on but i dont have time to keep writing!!! All they would say is sorry if we would have known we would not have sold it, so evidently they dont inspect the trucks that they sell!!!
