Terrible customer service! Was buying a shirt that was marked down and the manager charged me the full price of the item and wouldn’t give me the refund!

I went in to buy my son a pair of soccer cleats and they didn’t have his size. The girl offered to order some for us but I didn’t want to do that because we needed them the next day, so she called all the surrounding stores to track down my son’s size. She was so helpful and we were able to drive to Ponca and get the cleats we wanted.

I went in there today to exchange a basketball that will not keep its air. He looked up my receipt by my phone number and was able to find my rewards account. I had just bought my son a basketball for Easter and a week later it was flat. It should not being going flat within that short of time. The employee asked me many questions making me feel like it was my fault. It is obvious the ball is defective. He aired the ball up and said it was not loosing air. He said it has been used( of course it has been used, what 10 year old gets a basketball and doesnt use it?) so there was no way he would take it back or exchange it. I left the store very upset and decided I will never purchase anything from them again! They do not stand behind the products they sell! And if you expect any store to stand behind the products they sell, DO NOT BUY FROM HIBBETT!!!!!!

I had a great visit the ladys in there that day went above and beyond to help me fix a problem with a jerseys that was bought to big and after searching for what seemed forever the Assistant manager Jessica was successful at getting it taken care of thanks ladys it saved my bacon

In store they do not sell collegiate sports gear to the state. No Kstate gear! Very upsetting considering the out of the way stop to drop a couple hundred dollars on gear and absolutely NO luck!No wonder stores are closing, they wont carry anything!!

I visited the Hibbits store in Arkansas City January 31st to purchase shoes. When I entered the storestore two workers were carrying on a private conversation and did not stop to greet me. I browsed the store approxomatly 5 minutes before leaving and never once during that time did anyone offer to assist me in finding shoes.

They have cool clothes and friendly staff
