Is an okay place to shop. Like any retailer they cant stock everything for every patrons needs. The employees are friendly and willing to help. Their prices for what they are is fair and reasonable. Am certain I will be returning. Beats the heck out of the competition to the south.

Pretty great store, a lot of merchandise, neatly arranged. A couple of suggestions, make sure every item has a price, and train your employees that if they dont know if you carry something or where something is, find someone who does. All in all, ok.

We bought the wrong grill last night and they were willing to let us exchange it for the right one! However, they only had the floor model in stock and it wouldn’t fit in the back of our vehicle put together, so Michael went out of his way to take it apart to fit! Michele was such an angel with the checkout process and Sue was so kind to see if they had another one in stock. I’m so impressed and grateful for the help we received today.

Easy to reach location, friendly and helpful staff, plus seasonal animals such as rabbits, ducklings, and if you come at the right time you can pick up chicks.*Update*We did indeed pick up some chicks, five to be exact. A benefit to getting your chicks at Orscheln is they offer pullets and you are guaranteed they will be alive. They sell all the accoutrements you will need for a small or medium sized chicken operation. We bought chick feed, a heat lamp and bulb, wood chips for bedding and a feeder and waterer for them.They also offer an extensive range of hand tools and power rools, clothing, smaller tractor implements like box blades, and trailers.We also got a mineral block for our goats and nipples for a new bottle kid we acquired.Truly a one stop shop for a homestead.

I love Orschelns they have such a variety of merchandise. There is a lot nobody else has.

Went in for antibiotics for a sick cat. They was out as it turned out after looking for it and a employee for about 15 mins. They staff was friendly and knowledgeable. So all in all just a average experiance.

Took my daughter in to see the chicks and ducklings not really planning to buy anything but walked around and found parts needed for a mower I am working on in the clearance section. SCORE!

Only shop here if they have what I need. Their employees were rude and it too 45 minutes for us in line. The lady checking was slow and we were 6 group back and she didnt even bother to call for a mother checker after I suggested to an employee to ask her

Nice variety of stuff not just for farming. Bought 2 shirts for myself, then bought pink cowboy boots, a dump truck, and an RC dinosaur for my great grand daughter. Oh, and cheese balls too.😂

Orschelns is my 2nd choice for feed because we have a superior co-op in town with employees who actually know what theyre talking about.

My boys (2 and 4) love to visit the tractor store. They have any farm supplies you could need as well as farm kid toys, such as tractors and farm play sets. They also have a good selection of old fashioned candy. We really love to visit during chick days to see the bunnies and the chicks.

I went with another guy who farms. I needed dog food and got a cart when I entered. I had a little time to kill and walked around browsing approximately 45 minutes . I was ask if I needed help finding anything. I was not harassed in any way. It was an enjoyable relaxing experience.

The cashier gave us a senior discount it was Wednesday. Then let us know you could get A military discount on Tuesday. Very pleasant person.

During spring and summer do not keep up there stock of V-BELTS...1/2 the sizes are out of stock.normally have 2 of each length.

We went to check out fleece lined jeans but ended up getting the nicest looking TV stand with a fire box in the center.....we have a place to put our stockings on....Merry Christmas to us.

This was my first trip to Orscheln. They have some great smokers lawn mowers n a nice all terrain vehicle I saw. Their selection of clothes is impressive! I saw some bling jeans I HAVE TO GET FOR ME! Staff was friendly n helpful to my bro. In law who has great difficulty in walking....the guy went to see if they had any Boric Acid...unfortunately they had none they carry.In walking into the store one of Orschelns people was watering the outside plants...more kudos to them than Wal-Marts plants!

The staff are very good and personable, their only problem is to and too many customers is their lawnmower supplies lack, use to be able to get parts for our lawnmowers, this is really sad.

The older women at check out is helpful, very polite. Their clothes are nice, kids love the toy area, clean. This store isnt just for farmers.

Shopped in the store today, I overheard the assistant manager being very rude to the cashier over their radios. He was being very and condinsending towards a truck driver making a delivery. This guy is a real jerk, very rude, very unprofessional! I will not shop at a store that employees managers that treat employees and vendors with this attitude; Infact, I walked out and didn’t make the fence supply purchase I came for.

Clothes selection good for me.

They have some stuff that other stores dont but we have bought two big riding lawnmower from them and now they dont carry the belts for Thors mowers they have belts for mowers that they have never sold but not the ones they sold us, we will never buy another mower from them
